I was inside this store for 20-30 min, and was so pleased with the staff, the service, and the safety standards during covid-19. I received top notch service and observed more than a dozen other customers come in. Each was greeted and offered service immediately, and every employee was on the ball-attentive, observant, helpful, courteous, and quick to serve.I have travelled extensively, owed a thriving business with my husband, and can say that this team is an excellent one. Malik, Adam, Bryan, Jimmy, and Keilann. You have earned another loyal client.

This is my favorite UPS location! They are always friendly, helpful, and work with you to make the best choice for your needs. I’ve been going here for 15 years and have never met anyone who didn’t make me feel welcome! Today I met Bryan and appreciated his quick service and bright smile. I wish I could give this store a nice review, but I can not, and I would caution any one to use this site to send anything of value.Last year in December I decided to ship a Christmas gift to family in another state. It was an expensive gift, so I chose to add insurance on the shipment... When you chose that option, you have to say what is in the package and you have to chose how much money to insure the item for... so as you can imagine, we were very surprised that the gift did not show up to my family... well the empty packing did... but no gift.... we then filled the claim with UPS and they send the money to the store as it is (I was told) UPS standard policy... UPS Store #3651 that is... but interesting enough the check never arrived at the store!! I wonder how that happened?! anyway it has now been 10 month and I have not heard anything from the store Manager since the 27 of May 2021... so... I feel I should warn others from using this store, as they clearly do not have you the customer in mind when they promise to deliver your goods...

OMW - technology changes too fast...and we got caught in the middle! Lori and Adam helped us out tremendously! The Amazon seller sent us TWO QR codes--one for Wholefoods, and one for UPS. UPS worked with us to get the correct info. from AZ which saved us time and mileage to correct. FROM US TWO OLD FOLKS, WE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I was recently at this location and the workers are fantastic! It was a rainy day, I had my baby in the body carrier, and needed to send out two large packages, so needless to say there was a struggle. Bryan heard me mention that I needed to go back out in the rain for the second package, that I just couldnt manage with already full hands, so he immediately volunteered to walk out and bring it in for me! From start to finish he and all the workers in this store were kind, courteous, and professional. I didnt even have to wait long to be processed. Getting in and out quickly, with baby, meant a lot to me. Such a pleasant experience!

Very helpful! I was turned away from USPS and came to the UPS store for help. Not only were the attendants able to solve the scanning and printing problems (not able to be solved by post office) but I was not charged for their time, expertise and paper. Definitely superior customer service!

Traffic was heavy this evening, so I ran into the store at 6:27 with a package to box and an order to return to Amazon. I told Brian I would come back with the package that had to be boxed since it was closing time. He smiled and said, Dont worry about it. The team who runs and works in this location might have perhaps the best customer service and community spirited ethos I’ve come across amongst service providers around the world. Simply put, they’re the best.

The people that work at this location are always so helpful and pleasant!Even if there is a long line, they make sure to calmly and politely help each customer.But please bring back the complementary office supplies that used to be next to the copiers for customers to use while at the store (wite-out, scissors, pens, etc.)

I received 5 star service from Malik & Austin on Friday 7/23/2021. I was greeted immediately with eagerness to assist in my first Amazon return. I was given instructions and coached how to process the return using the Amazon app on my phone. The QR code was scanned and my return was processed. Thank you for all your assistance and more importantly, the friendly service with a smile.

Great service and very helpful staff. I took in a large amount of paper that needed to be shredded. They assisted in bringing it in the store and even in placing the empty containers back in my car. The staff here are exceptionally friendly. I visit at least once a week, usually with a prepaid label package or an Amazon return, and they are always quick and helpful.

These guys are just great. Really excellent customer service, and always getting through the line politely and efficiently. I had to pick something up and i couldnt get there before they closed, and they kept the store open five minutes for me! I will definitely come back in the future.

The people here are not only professional but beyond friendly. I had a difficult freight shipment that I needed help with. There were a lot of timing issues that made it complicated. The staff here worked with me to make sure my shipment arrived on time and could not have been more helpful!

The UPS store had 3 employees serving customers early morning when demand was high and service was fast, courteous and friendly in setting up a 2nd day air shipping of legal papers for a closing. I am a repeat customer of this store for all my shipping needs.

This store has always been quick and efficient. Even to the point of price comparison with shipping!

I usually go to locally owned places to ship packages and but I did find that this UPS Store was locally owned and operated, and they ship UPS, US Postal Service, and DHL. The staff was friendly but it almost seems like a brand new store in that it was almost completely empty of any displays and almost the whole front of the store was just empty space. I wish they would have had a section where I could pick up a birthday card or something like that since I was shipping a last minute package for a birthday and had forgotten to get a card but didnt want to carry my package across the shopping center to Food Lion to buy a card and then return to the UPS store with the package and a card to ship. They did have materials available so that I could package my own item although my guess is that they also offer packaging services for you if you dont have time to find the right size box and packing peanuts or if you need something more than just a padded envelope.

Fantastic PO Box services. To print an Amazon UPS return label they charge over twice what Amazon charges to have a UPS driver deliver one to your front door.I apologize I lied, it wasnt twice, it was more than three times as much to print a label I had pulled up for them to scan.Edit in response to response: properly prepared how? Such as having the Amazon return label pulled up with a bar code and QR code showing it to someone, or offering to email it if thats easier for your staff and then being told after the fact its not twice as much as Amazon shipping you a label, its over three times as much. At what point do you count it as properly prepared, when we show up in a ups uniform? If so I have some bad news, I dont have my uniform from when I used to work for them anymore. So I guess Im not able to properly prepare a package.

Went in to complete last minute project and the staff was very patient and helpful. Great that they offer so many services so everything was done at one time...we made copies, faxed and scanned everything in no time

We have used the UPS Store in Carrboro since they opened. We are proud to support this wonderful local business, and the services have always been top-notch. I was disappointed in the service I received here. I went in to drop off some packages and greeted the lady at the counter with a “hi, how are you” and she did not smile or respond. I had her print a label for my package, she handed me a piece of paper without a word. I stood there for a moment unsure if anything else was needed and asked if everything was taken care of. She just nodded without a word. I do not expect a full conversation, but a simple response to a question and maybe a thank you or yes all is taken care of would have been nice. Maybe she was having an off day, but the encounter was disappointing.
