Do Not buy a car from this place. If I could give it a minus 10 stars I would. My experience is mine only but I bought a car over a year ago and I have yet to get a title or malbete. I’ve been calling every single week for 7 months. The title department is useless. I get lied to, ignored and hung up on and still no results. I’m trying to bring the car to the US but a title is needed so my car is stuck in PR. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Shady, sloppy and overly aggressive sales practices. After an entire afternoon waiting for the car to arrive they accidentally handed me the keys to the wrong car and then tried to get me to pay (more) for the upgrade for it a few days later. They accepted to honor the price when I refused. Could have been an actual mistake, or a ploy to get customer to pay more after settling on a price. Either way Ive spent the nearly 12 hours here getting everything sorted out. Check your VIN before driving off. One extra star for having the most adorable and friendliest pet donkeys in the back.

The service is a bit on the slow side and you cant see the display of the parts diagram to verify if the parts that youre ordering are the correct ones.

Honestly, the best car buying experience, they go above and beyond for every need possible without forcing you to buy it. However, the service department has a terrible host. You can have any type of appointment, describe your situation and she will never do her customer service job, shell keep sending you to different offices around the dealer until someone else actually helps you or her manager shows up. I think you should fire her a.s.a.p. because I work in customer service and I have never seen an employee so mediocre without losing her job. The rest of the team works great, they all answer any questions you may have.

It took a while to fix a nonsense to the vehicle and the other fix you have to return because they asked for the part that is not, you have to take the vehicle and return when it arrives and that the part in three weeks was our experience. In the sale excellent sellers and good service in arrangements I did not like it at all. They should take that into account
