Recently purchased a home that had old blue carpet everywhere. Floor Coverings International provided me a very competitive and reasonable quote to install luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the house and they were able to start installing it the day I closed on the home. For such a large amount of space (whole house except bathrooms,) it was amazing that they were able to finish within 3 days. So happy with the crew that came out and the overall outcome. Justin took time to come out to our home multiple times and show us all of our options before we decided. He was wonderful to work with! The installation employees were quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves before they left and went above and beyond by replacing a small piece of baseboard for me before they left, which was very kind. Thank you for your exemplary work! We replaced the carpet in our bedroom and home office with hard wood floors to match the floors in the rest of the house. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Greg came to the house for the initial consultation, the wood was ordered that day and it was delivered less than 2 weeks later. The installers came a few days after that and took out the old carpet and were able to lace the new wood into the existing floors to create a seamless transition. They cleaned up after themselves and had the whole job completed within 7 1/2 hours. The next week Greg came back to inspect the floors as is their policy. I would highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and highly professional.

The owner actually came to the house to show us sample flooring. We finally decided on engineered hardwood. He came back out with several samples to the house which were large enough to envision the end result. The flooring installation crew was fantastic. They knew exactly what they were doing snd finished putting hardwood on our entire first floor in 2 days. They were very professional. We would happily recommend this company to any of our neighbors or fridd we nds.

We came home determined to find a balance between a good value and a Top Tier flooring company.Floor Coverings International of Carmel won our business despite NOT being the least expensive quote for our project. We chose this company because of the openness and detailed approach of Co-Owner Ann Beriault. She was really informative and not at all pushy trying to get the sale. As for the other 2 vendors we checked out, lets just say one never called us back after sending us the quote, while the other vendor made us feel like we were in a Timeshare presentation.Ann came to our home armed with a multitude of samples for us to look at and was patient as we went back and forth using those samples to determine exactly what we had envisioned for our home. Ann was very detailed in her approach to our desires and did a wonderful job detailing the entire process from the quote to the installers and what to expect as the project moved from moving our furniture (including a heavy antique piano), to installing the carpet and the luxury vinyl plank we had chosen.The installers were courteous and some of the hardest working people we had ever seen. Justin and his team do fantastic work. They can handle commercial and residential floors. They bring the flooring samples to you so you can see how it will look in the actual lighting of where it will be installed, which is extremely helpful!

Kasey was very helpful and the services were great! The installers did a great job and worked very efficiently. We were a pain and had to keep moving our installment date, and Kasey made that as easy as could be! Our tile was a perfect match to the tile we had in our existing bathroom. It was great to see samples in the room that was going to be renovated. It was very convenient! They also worked with our schedule, as we get out of work very late on weekdays, so we really appreciated that as well.
