This is for Robb in electronics specifically. Hes one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people Ive ever met when it comes to anything electronics. He also tries his best to make everyone smile and/or laugh when hes helping them. So if you talk to Robb, be prepared for a joke or two.

As Walmarts go...this has to be one of the best operated and cleanest. We regularly get curbside grocery deliveries. They are always punctual and accurate. Well trained staff.

The cashier lady was slow. Wasnt paying attention. The shirt section was all messy. Two of the toilets had human waste. Just standing by. Yet they did have the new x box s series. Only three. Yet thats something.

Come all the way from the Burg to shop because it is well stocked and always has a motor cart available for me. If they arent at the one entrance a worker will walk to the other one to retrieve a cart for me. Such nice people and they have ERNIE!!! Ernie is the nicest man and certainly miss seeing him in the little Walmart in CH, but nice to run into him in Carlisle.

Went to Black Friday at 5:30am Had plenty of staffEveryone was friendly and very helpful Was pleasantly surprised! Got everything on my list! Yeah!

Unusually well stocked for Sat night. Inventory resilient. Had everything. Despite depleted shelves. Layout, although standard, for some reason worked better than many others. Checkout clerk was too alert and helpful. Standing way away, she somehow noticed I checked out two same items. And made sure scanner did not scan same item twice. Never happened anywhere anytime. Brilliant!

Typical Walmart experience. Cleanliness is not really something they appear to care about. Most of the staff clearly dont care about their job (some are fantastic though!) Selection is good, food quality had been above average. Always have several self service registers not working in both areas, maybe 2-3 manned registers open. Doesnt appear to be much change over 4 years from the management side to improve cleanliness...

Every time I go in here theres never anyone in sporting goods. When you do ask for help, the associates get an attitude. Overall though the store is more organized than other local Walmarts.

I went to the store for a hunting license. I chose a day and time that should see less people traffic. My decision was correct for less people what I didnt know was how few employees I could find. From hardware through sporting goods and all the way around to electronics before I found a Walmart employee. The young man in electronics informed me the person for sporting goods was at lunch. He then told me he would contact someone else to assist me. Luckily for me the electronics employee was the one who assisted me with my hunting license. So refreshing to see a young person to take the initiative to provide excellent customer service. This is a very rare occasion in retail these days. As a former Walmart manager who worked for the company when Sam Walton was alive, I know for a fact he would be extremely disappointed in store operations today. Sam cared about his employees, the stores, and understood that customer satisfaction was the key to Walmarts success. Like what happened to Kmart when Walmart came along, Walmart has fallen into the same trap. My prediction is one day Walmart will be the next Kmart. Always diversity! I always see people who identify as something they are not. Last time I saw a person identifying as a hippo, a man who thought he was a woman and a few more people who couldnt be identified . This is a great time to raise children. The confusion that must be going through their little minds. However who really cares about children? They should just be happy that their birthing person carried them till birth. And if they are younger than 3 according to liberalism they dont have a soul yet anyway. So why am I even talking about this? Just go to town and see for yourself. You will be glad you did!

Only one cashier. All of the other lanes are scan your own giant cart of groceries. The only problem is, the customers have not been trained to be cashiers. This is a big and busy Walmart. Only one cashier so I would try another location. It is a bigger store so they do have a better selection than most of the other locations in the area.

It is walmart. Some times it is busy, some times the lines are ridiculously long. Sometimes it is hard to find any assistance. Sometimes it is clean. Sometimes they have what I need. Sometimes the shelves are stocked. Sometimes I do not mind going there, as long as I can get in and right back out. Sometimes you just have to stop and ask yourself why. Why do I come here. Why do people dress like they do. Why do people act like they do?

The prices on their meat was out of this world! I was literally shocked at it. Never been in a Walmart this expensive! And their bathroom? Dirtiest Walmart bathroom Ive been in. Mine if the toilets were flushing. There was some brown liquidy fluid all over the floor from the sinks to the stalls. Paper towel looking paper littering the floor everywhere even though the only way to dry your hands is with a blower. Over all a disappointing store.

I didnt entirely visit. I was getting sleepy and found this lit gem. The were a few others catching some zzzzs, and the lot was immaculate! One of the only Walmart lots Ive found in awhile that felt so controlled. I hate having to show someone Im the wrong one! I will, but Id rather just be left alone...

Its walmart, but at the time I was there the clientele looked respectable and the store was clean.

Dont bother applying to this Walmart for a job. They left a voicemail saying they would be interested and to call them back to proceed with the process. I tried for a couple days and literally couldn’t ever get ahold of anyone in management. I left my name and number for an associate to forward to a manager to call me back and they never did. What a joke

Many shelves were empty. Checkout lines very long and not moving. They must not have had UPS units installed for th hey computer system. Power took the hold place down and they didnt come back up.

Not enough cashiers. Long wait to checkout. Not all yransactions can occur at self checkout. Staff was polite.

At least 4 stars if not 5 compared to other stores in Pennsylvania. Shelves were well stocked and didnt look like 5 minutes after Black Friday sale had ended with merchandise just tossed about anywhere. Im gonna go an hour out of my way so I dont feel like Im about to get robbed at any given second (Harrisburg and Lebanon Im talking about YOU).

Shelves never stocked nothing is where it should be.. plus excuse after excuse why things are not done.. never more then 1 Register open even when there are 50 customers line and still will not open another should I keep going...

I do not understand why this place has gone so wrong! Maybe not enough workers but nothing on the shelves and dirty. The only good thing about it is a pharmacy and the people that work at the pharmacy they are wonderful people

Very nice garden section and bought lots of orchids for my daughter’s college room

I lowered my rate because customer service here is lousy except in the pharmacy. The garden center is a big joke. I am disabled and went yesterday to pick up some plants. There was no buggies in the garden center. I was not able to buy plants nor will I ever buy them from this location. An employee sits on her backside out there doing nothing. The cashiers in the garden center were both closed. My other items that I was purchasing were set down which I never do. I will never go back. I will pay more for plants at Lowes

I went there for bread crumbs and spring water but ended up browsing the workout clothes. I bought a really cute and comfy one piece jumper and a plaid shirt along with my gym clothes and a few of my clothing items that ranged from $15 to $20 rang up for $1 & $3 unexpectedly. They werent on any clearance rack and they werent marked down. My total ended up costing me about $50 less than I thought.

Friendly and quick service. Always able to complete my shopping list and then some.

Although the store is much nicer than the harrisburg location. I went for 2 things that they usually have and now they dont. Its ok though the store was clean and I didnt hate it lol

I went to get a new laptop. Not a good selection. Other electronic equipment selection was also not good. But I gounf what was right for me. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

Nice people and some cashiers! Although other cashiers were extremely rude and dented thing and shook up soda cans in front of our faces. Just watch where you go.

Mens wear section has no organization. They no longer carry complete normal warmup suits as in matching Jacket and Pants !!! Dept is a Mess !!!

This store has always and continues to run an unbelievable and unacceptable number of out of stocks. Doesnt matter the dept. Grocery, innumerable outs. Tech, outs everywhere. Clothing, many empty or neatly fixtures. Toys, constantly wiped out. Health and Beauty, holes everywhere.Even the checkout stands are 50% empty. Who runs this poor an operation and keeps their job? Where is the District Manager? Is the Regional Manager aware?

Typical walmart, most of the discount products said on site are not there at the store.quality clothing per say isnt gonna do a better avilibility than amazon.Does everything basic such as buying money orders to deposit cash to ur online bank, or getting ingredients from recipes linked to tasty by buzzfeed, but yeah.

As always my experience at Walmart was good. Employees are nice and respectful.

Drove up checked in.Staying in Vehicle, while my order that I put in for Pick-up on Saturday for today.In Less than 5 minutes,Ashley brought my order out, very pleasant. Put it in my trunk and wished me a good day. Great smile and pleasant. Best way to shop in a Pandemic. This is about the 10th time i have done this in a couple of months. All have been great experiences.Thanks to all that are doing this; in all types of Weather and Temperatures. ♥️🌹♥️

Attention Commercial Driver’s. The local police will come out and tell you that you cannot shop this Walmart because it’s private parking and, it’s considered vehicle trespassing to park your truck here. My driver was asked to park at the HomeDepot and walk over to the Walmart or go to another Walmart to shop. The officer called out corporate office to report that our truck was not allowed to park here and, because it’s above 80 degrees outside with a pet inside the truck, it was illegal to idle. Our trucks have optimized idle with internal comfort which runs the truck eliminating the need for an APU unit. The truck will start and stop on its own. When outside temperature are high or low, the truck will run much longer sometimes up to an hour before it stops. Be forewarned that police will come and tow or ticket your commercial vehicles. It’s best not to shop here.

The Carlisle store continues to disappoint. The store is an absolute mess with items strewn about in nearly every department. Most of the time items are not in stock. The staff does its best, but if you can, save your time and go to the Shippensburg or Mechanicsburg store for a much better experience.

Dont expect these people to answer the phone or try to help you at all with anything you call about when they finally do answer. I was hung up on three times when I just needed to ask a simple question. Do. Your. Jobs. No excuse for this.

I enjoy this Walmart immensely, it always has the things I need, but is extremely busy!!!

Walmart Auto Center is terrible. They put passenger tires on my 3/4 ton Ram. Luckily I noticed it immediately and had them switch to the correct tires before I tried to pull a loaded trailer which would have caused tire failure. Use a reputable tire store.

Pick up prescription great service

It is the most awful place to shop, I was there today 16 people in line to check out, only one cashier working, the rest are scan and go, many of us had cold groceries, I went up to the service desk and ask them to add another cashier, I was told no that they only have one cashier, very unprofessional, two people in line left there grocery cart in the aisle and left. Sam Walton must be turning over in his grave!

We go to this place all the time as we get our meds at the pharmacy there. I have to say that the pharmacy is great and the people who work in it are all friendly and helpful. That’s more than I can say for the rest of the store. The place is going to the dogs some of the people who work there act like they can hardly move or take their eyes off their phone long enough to help you especially the girl at the entrance don’t know what she is getting paid to do there was one in the seasonal section just pushing a cart slowly up and down the isles like she could barely move the shelves are not stocked it needs new management or something

They should have more cashiers. 2 is not enough and not everyone wants to check themselves out. Some people actually enjoy speaking to a real person even if its not as convenient to wait in line.

The store has been very clean and well-organized. Products seem to be in good supply across all categories. The crowds seen to be less than usual as well while safety protocols are in place

I only come here when I have to, there are usually only 2 cashiers if youre lucky and you have to bag your own groceries, but dont even get a discount for that! I feel bad for seniors and disabled people that come in here, its worse for them. If you are trying to get me to spend my $ elsewhere, Its working! So many dirty/empty areas of the store.

Unknown why the shelves are all empty, angry associates, and very little selection make a disappointing stop. Extremely unfortunate since only getting to resupply periodically.

People can get nice new phones with a good discount. Between $.75 to $30 month while getting up to $300 off the retail price...ya cant beat that.

Always a one stop shop for selection and good prices. I think they all Walmarts could carry more high end products. Sometimes I feel they are under staffed.

With all thats going on with the pandemic Walmart is doing an excellent job keeping us the customer feeling safe and confident that we wont catch some kind of virus while shopping at Walmart. I definitely would like to give a shout out to the people working in the parking lots and the entrances of the stores. They have really stepped up their game. They have to retrieve each cart from outside after each use take it back in where each has to be sterilized for the next customers. Everything is nice and organized and there is a greeter there to let you know that the cart has been sterilized. I also give two thumbs up.

No products on the shelves. The shelves that did have product looked like it shouldve been in a d.e. jones store, just thrown on the shelf. The few employees around are doing just that, standing around. I asked for a price check and you wouldve thought I was asking for a limb.

Staff was extremely helpful in finding the things I needed that I didnt know what they called. Fortunately brought the pieces with me. The men in hardware didnt dismiss me, but did go out of their way to hp me. Thank you!!!!@

Great selection of products and lots of checkouts. Customer service is great when the place is not understaffed.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the Company and Corporate Level Management cut costs by screwing over customers in the form of internationally cutting manpower and shortstaffing so that they never have enough lanes open to assist customers, especially during times where they have high volumes of customers at checkout. If Corporate would start caring about consumer care, then maybe they could get at least 3 stars.

There were not many people in Walmart this morning at 8:30. We were able to get around the aisles easily. The employees were restocking shelves and everything I wanted was there.

It was great today . In and out in no time. No long lines. Very pleasant cashier.

Always busy and clearly understaffed but if the unemployment would stop paying better than getting a real job, maybe more cashiers would be working at wal-mart. I dont care what anyone else thinks about this wal-mart but personally, I think for the amount of staff that are there and the amount of product that is sold every single day, its amazing how much is on the shelves! Several things need to be improved -Too long lines at the Return Center. Self Checkout machines dont take both cash and credit cards and all checkout stations cant Checkout all items, entertainment Checkout register cant Checkout fruit due to weight for example. They all need to be updated. Thx.
