Its exactly what youd expect from a place that sells shoes and shoe accessories. It was slow when I was there and I was in and out with new shoes in 10 minutes.

I went to this store today with my 5 yr old that has autism. He was already done with the public from clothes shopping but needed new shoes for school. We went in and he started getting anxious and had a meltdown. One of the sales women came over and asked if there was anything she could help me with and all I said without explaining his situation was I need a shoe with Velcro. She proceeded to ask him his favorite color which he said was blue. Then she went and got ever pair or blue Velcro shoes in his size for him to try on. He picked the first ones cause they light up. Then she had another associate check me out in front of everyone else just to hurry up and get him out of his stressful situation. I will use this shoe carnival for all my purchases for now on.

I had a great experience at Shoe Carnival today. I went and looking for some work shoes and possibly some casual boots. No Associates offered to help me as they were busy helping other customers, but I actually like that because I much prefer to shop for my shoes alone without the help of an associate. The store was clean and I found the size I was needing for pretty much everything, which is rare. During checkout, the sales associate was very pleasant and professional. She told me about the rewards program which I was happy to oblige to. I walked out of the store with a new pair of shoes for work and also a pair of casual boots that I got because of the buy one get one half off promotion going on at the time. Overall, I am very happy with my visit to Shoe Carnival today and plan on going there first next time I need shoes.

Great prices on shoes. Have to pay attention to quality, but leather is available. Best place for sneakers with the buy one get one half price promo. Name brands are offered.

3 women standing behind the register, 1 working.15 mins just standing around. Horrible customer service, horrible manners towards people in general really. Wouldnt recommend to a single soul.

They have shoes, socks and bags for the whole family. No matter whats your age or what type of shoes you prefer Im sure they have one for you. Anything from boots to sandals, tennis shoes to flats. Work boots to Hunting boots. And they always have BOGO 1/2 OFF. Not everyday but most of the year. Its the best time to buy. Sometimes you can get their clearance 1/2 price and thats awesome.

They do not have carnival rides. Do not go in and ask Where are the rides? because there are none.
