Bad manager cause good businesses to lose customers... ironically I was going to order my office chair from Amazon and I said to my wife and lets support local businesses. The advertised price for the office chair showed 89. 99. After carrying the heavy chair to the checkout counter it rang up as one 149.99. Inform the cashier that the 149.99 was incorrect, and it was advertised as 89. 99, he said the oh youre right it is, but because the sale expired the previous day he needed the managers approval. His manager said he cant honor it... even though admitting someone forgot to change the correct price

Great service. Team made sure that I got all my coupons very quickly and efficiently for my ink carnivorous printer.

Why would you advertise a big discount on a product and not have any available in store. I asked sales associate to order for me and he claimed he couldnt. Then offered me a different product with no sale. Sounds like a classic case of Bait and Switch. Thanks Staples...

I make many large prints at this Staples and it’s always been a great experience. The quality is exact to my prints. My husband and I also went the other day to pick out a new office chair. I believe it was Mitchel who checked on us a couple times, offered advice, met us at the counter to offer a warranty, AND even used a hand truck to walk the chair all the way to our truck in an adjacent parking lot. He didn’t even hesitate when we said we were pretty far. On top of that, he put it in our truck, too! If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is! That’s something really lacking in many stores today. So I wanted to give a special shoutout to this gentleman for taking his time with us. As for the store itself (which is a corporate thing), I think it may be overdue for a little updating. The old posters on the walls were reminiscent of the late 90s computers and old desk furniture. It was kind of funny to see but maybe bringing it up to date would give the space a fresher look.

The manager and Copy Center staff here are spectacular! We had a document of 1200 pages to print and they walked us through all the steps and legalities of printing medical records. When we had to reprint 250 of those pages they were there for us and had then bound sooo quickly! They have made us stamps that have been ready within an hour also. Thus location has a great culture among its employees and THAT is what makes us want to visit this location, even though one might be closer or on the way. I cant say thank you enough to the staff for their kindness and excellent service! Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!!

I was In Staples In The Copy Print Department, I was The Only One In There And The Print Staff Were Ignoring Me And When I Got One Of The Ladys Attention she was short and would not provide any help with the self print copy Machine so I asked to print it for me and she refused, She looked at me like how dare you bother me. This Was at the Staples On Del Prado, Around 5 Pm, Keep in mind there was no customers except me in the print department.

Every time I went in this STAPLES! The employees, have always been willing to help and answer any questions I have.

This store has the most wonderful tech department that I have ever encountered. I have had my laptop computers worked on all over the east coast and cannot remember service like I got at the Del Prado Staples. (2) techies, (Zack ? & Justin?) spent a considerable amount of time trying to speed up my computer but could not resolve all the problems. They suggested leaving the unit and their Matrix repair system would attempt a repair overnight. We set up times for the next day for the store to call me with the results.Lo & behold the store called on time and the computer was fixed. I picked it up and it has been fine since.Cant say enough about how impressed I am.Jim W

Credit where credit is due. This review is for corporate, although we like our local Staples store as well. We called in looking for the next step up in printers as we are growing our small business. We were reluctantly prepared to spend several thousand dollars on a printer that served our growing needs for bulk marketing printing. Instead of selling us on the needs for a more expensive unit, the over-the-phone salesperson directed us to an $800 model that has been absolutely perfect for our needs. He listened intently to our issues that we were having with our previous model, and found the perfect blend of high quality and acceptable cost per print. He knew the models extremely well and immediately directed us to the right unit, and even knew the printing costs and all features seemingly off the top of his head. Thank you for helping us be a better company through sharing your expertise and saving us from a costly mistake.

I witnessed a lady being extremely rude to a man who didnt know how to work the printer. it literally had me shaking my head. there was only 1/3 printers working. the other lady was nice though

Employees are always willing to help you find what youre looking for. Tons of office supplies. Some items are a bit pricey, but the friendly service is worth it.

Very bad customer service they ignored me and not helpful at all

Visited this location at 9am to get prints made, I was the only person in the store. Got my prints sent to email and as she was going over them with me. Another customer came into pick up a previous order, so she told me it would be a minute. Im fine with a couple minutes to check their order and check them out. But I waited over five minutes for her to go over all this discount and setting some kind of pricing thing up and still she didnt get back to me, didnt say anything else. Hadnt even sent one print so I could at least check the quality of it while (which I said I wanted to do) I waited on her to assist the customer who came in at least five minutes after me!!! Poor customer service and communication about what was going on. Im on work time to get these prints not just waiting around for customers to come in after me and finish before me...

Used the printing and laminating services and it was affordable. Customer service is at %100. I wish I could remember her name but the lady who helped me was great! 1/28 at 11:13am.

Mike. Was extremely knowledge, listened to what I needed in a laptop, took a great deal of time showing me the best options....and very interested in what I needed and made the correct recommendations for my purchase. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, rare qualities in someone today...just isnt trying to make a sale, making sure its what you need not whats popular.

Me and my wife were just treated super rude by a girl named Ali. When we asked what was wrong with her she was very passive aggressive and gave a sarcastic smile. Called the manager over and he apologized but she did not. She kept going and finally he told her to walk away and he would finish for her. She obviously hates her job. Will not be back in the immediate future.

I had to go to Staples to find if they had legal forms. I had no idea where to look. I explained to a worker and he was very knowledgeable . With in mins I had the papers needed for power of attorney. Thank you very much Staples !!!

Thw absolute beat place to get all your home and office supplies. The staff will greet you everytime at the front door and walk you right to your item if you need. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and the store is really clean and inviting. The deals in the store are always going on and always rotating. Good service but the store needs a good sweeping.

I mostly go there for their printing services and it is such a relief that they upgraded from 2 self-service printers to 4. No longer waiting as long especially when one is down. Whoot!

We vacation in Cape Coral for six weeks every year and I enjoy going to your store for the products AND the photo copying.This year, having visited your store twice in the last week and a half, I can honestly say that I cant believe some of the negative comments. I was treated with courtesy, politeness, friendliness and eagerness to help from all 4 employees I dealt with.Specifically, Lena went out of her way BIG TIME to help me with my laminating project and really went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. Then Dale helped me navigate the photocopier AND helped me find the exact Daytimer replacement sheets I needed.....in minutes.The two cashiers I dealt with, Kristin and Izabel, were SO friendly and accommodating when I had forgotten something and just such warm people. Got a quote for printing a simple 200 pages. I was told I could pick up same day. After I got the pricing approved and drove all the way to the store I was told I couldnt have it the same day. HORRIBLE customer service!!!! All management could do was say Im sorry Im not sure who told you that but we cant do it today

Staples is no longer just a shop where you can buy office supplies.In the meantime, it is also a mail order company, a repair shop, printing company ...It may well be that you get a similar service offer in the largest supermarket chain, but the professional care here in Staples is probably the small and subtle difference, which justifies the more on the price.At least we compare not only the prices, but also the services.
