I’m very disappointed with an arrangement that was delivered to me on Tuesday afternoon. My cousins ordered this arrangement because my father died unexpectedly. The card said the delivery date was scheduled for 7/31/2021. We we’re home all day and there was never a delivery. On 8/3/2021 we get the delivery in the afternoon and when I took the plastic off it dripped with a lot of water and the fruit was soft. This morning the strawberries were molding and we had to throw the whole thing away. We didn’t even feel comfortable eating anything because it looked like it had been sitting for awhile and the fruit was rotten. I don’t have the heart to tell my cousins that they wasted their money. Maybe it was a fluke thing but it was very disappointing and this is the first time this has happened. We have ordered several times over the years and I wish we never had this experience.

I ordered an Edible Arrangements from the nearest one closest to me per the website for Valentines Day delivery on 27 January 2021. Not only did she not get the delivery, but the store is temporarily closed. The website keeps referring me back to the same store. I finally went up there and theres a number on the store to call a different location. No one answered and it went straight to voicemail. Not only did she wait all day for a Valentines Day gift she never received, the customer service for this brand sucks!! I will be filing several complaints until this situation is solved!

If I could rate this location zero, I would! I placed a order as a Christmas gift and I live in another state from this location. They called me to say that it would be after Christmas and that two of the items are not in stock. I accepted this and agreed to a replacement for the missing items, as well as a deliver of 12/26. I just received a text stating on 12/26, they would not be able to deliver today because their staff is enjoying time with their families and if Monday delivery is not acceptable, they would refund the money. I tried to call the location to discuss and there is no answer. I will be making complaints as I think I should be compensated for this inconvenience that I have had to deal with twice!! I ordered a hello kitty edible arrangement for my sister birthday. When I received the fruit basket the fruit was already going bad. The name was fell apart. Also, I was mixing the numbers I paid extra for and did not receive. Overall this was not a good experience.

Ordered a special arrangement for my mother on Monday and to be delivered on Wednesday. I received a missed call from them Wednesday with no voicemail. Found out nothing was delivered Wednesday and called Thursday morning to be told they didn’t have a specific vase for the package I ordered. I asked why I wasn’t notified earlier and why they couldn’t put it in a different one. They refused to help besides to up sell me on something more expensive. Very disappointed in the customer service. Will never recommend or order from there again.Then, the response from the store is an argument? I’ve been in customer service for the last 10 years and never would I respond to someone this way. The response is a lie, I have one missed call and have the phone records to prove that. I would have preferred a solution of getting the gift to my mother on Wednesday like I had asked rather than ruin her day waiting for something that never came and getting a refund the next day.Very poor business practices.

If a 0 star rating was available, thats what I would give. Terrible customer service in the Cape Canaveral location and it appears mgmt spends a lot of time arguing with people who have given them a poor review which is quite a few. Definitely dont recommend spending your money with these people.

I Received a gift on my Birthday few days ago- box with chocolate strawberries and upon opening already notices not very pretty or fresh strawberries. White chocolate was so badly separated and chunky and not smooth, that I didn’t even touched that! Black chocolate was smooth, but strawberries themselves had tops that were already wilted and not fresh green..:( seems they were not freshest and all they went to the garbage. Packaging was nice, but my mood was ruined and Birthday surprise was ruined ..:( we purchased from this shop before and this is first time that was disappointing, hope everyone has better experience on their Birthday!

I received some beautiful fruit yesterday. Unfortunately I also dealt with some uncalled for rudeness. The wrong address was listed for me, I knew they were coming so when I saw the delivery van at the wrong address I texted the women who texted me to say they were coming. I told her the driver was at the wrong house in hopes she could let him know. However when I call her I was treated so rudely. I even yelled HEY to get her to stop, I told I just wanted to let her know it was at the wrong house and to let her driver know. She insisted that because they were given the wrong address it was not their fault, which I understood. I just wanted her to know to let the driver know before he got too far. So the driver comes back hands me a ripped package and I thanked him, I was going to tip him because its nice to be appreciated but he as well was rude I said thank you and he muffled under his breath ya. so I tell my friend what happened and she wrote a bad review, oh boy did I get some texts after that stated how horrible I am for not respecting a veteran, and I was wrong for thinking he worked for tips. the texts were so uncalled for. I never treated this gentleman with disrespect. Not sure who the woman was with the accent but I can assure you We will not deal with her again.The fruit was delicious

Customer service stinks! Sir, this is not a fake review. Your customer service is horrible. Threatening to contact someones employer because of a review regarding the way you treat your customers only proves more that people should not patronize your store. Isnt that the point of a review system? This is how customers share their experiences and warn others of poor service or products.

I would give this location a negative star if I could. The chocolate covered strawberries were soggy and small, very disappointing! I will never order from them again.

Our business had to send Thank you Gifts to our business partners in various location. The beautiful platters were delivered on time. I had used Edible Arrangements before, but never knew they serve smoothies and Frozen yogurts. As I was trying around before taking a cruise from the Port of Cape Canaveral saw the smoothie sign, walked into the store out of curiosity. This new store has smoothie/salad bar and also serves soft serve frozen yogurt and the guest has the choice of fresh fruit flavor they want on their yogurt. If you love fruit which is fresh not frozen, want to eat health and also want to indulge, this is your stop.I tried Liquid Sunshine its made of fresh strawberries, pineapple and banana. It tasted so good....and did I tell you, NO SUGAR or SYRUPS. They use Organic Agave which is a natural sweetener with no side effects. If you do not want any sweetener you can request them to hold off the Agave !!!!The ambience of this store is nothing but splendid!!!!! They have set it as a Cafe, where the guest can sit enjoy the treat and relax.Good location, close to the port. This is the healthy food choice close to the port if you are taking a cruise. Highly Recommend!!!!

Excellent service AND production quality.They were immediately responsive to my presence as I walked in the door and I was met with a friendly and eccentric staff who helped me pick the right bouquet for Valentines Day and even paired a teddy bear on the side. Valentines Day was a hit as they managed to deliver and I was able to see that radiant smile on her face. I definitely have to say that this review is long overdue, but Edible Arrangements definitely saved Valentines Day as Im not very creative for gift ideas. Thank You so much to this helpful and reliable staff.

I would absolutely give this store zero stars if it was a possibility. I went into the store and placed two orders for delivery for fathers day. I paid and left the store. On the day the first order was supposed to be delivered I called to check the status of the order because it was already 3pm and I was starting to get worried that the order hadnt been delivered yet. When I called the store I was on the phone with the employee and the manager for 30 minutes because they lost my order. After getting it sorted out they let me know that they would get it out for delivery right away. Ten minutes later I get a call back that I need to pay $5 more dollars if I wanted my order to be delivered (I already paid in full and paid the $14.99 delivery charge!!)! I reluctantly paid the $5 because the employee said it would not be delivered if I didnt pay. Who has the audacity to call a customer after losing their order and demanding $5 more dollars, especially when the arrangement was going one block away and I already paid for delivery. The next day my second arrangement was delivered without the balloon that I paid for! I called the store letting them know that the balloon was not delivered and that I wanted a refund for the price of the balloon. I gave the manager my card information and have yet to recieve my refund! It has been a month and a half! Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. There are amazing mom and pop florist shops around that sell fruits as well. I will never step foot into this store ever again. These people have no sense of customer service or pride in anything they do.

I spoke to a woman that helped me with my order and I specify that the order needed to be out before 1030am and she told me it would be. I stayed the person wasn’t going to be home after that time....then I called the next day at 11:15amto inquire about the order and the man told me it’s not going out until r td he hours of 12pm - 5pm and that nobody would tell me that they could guarantee an order out at that time, which I then told him he needs to take it up with his coworker that I spoke to that initially placed the order not with a customer! He Was very dismissive. So I’m not ordering from this edible arrangement anymore. What’s the point of asking for a time frame to deliver just to do what you want and the recipient not be available to receive the product? 2/6/2019

His review was long due. Today while I was trying to order for Easter gifts I was surprised to see the new feature of ordering Smoothies or any Edible Treat which can be picked up at the store. This brought me the memory of how this store went out of way to help me out last year.Last year my mother who resides in Cape Canaveral was sick and was not able to drive to grocery store, I wanted to send her fresh fruit salad as that was the only diet she was able to eat. But as we all know grocery stores or amazon do not delivery fresh cut fruit.Checking out this location serves fruit salad in store, I called Edible Arrangements, Cape Canaveral to check out of they can deliver. The Sales person told they do not delivery Fruit Salads . I explained to her the situation and told her I am willing to pay the $14.99 dollars Delivery charge if they can deliver 3 fruit salads to my sick mother who lived in Cape Canaveral. I was placed on hold and the sales person came back and told me they will just charge for the Fruit salad with free delivery as they understood that I wanted to help my sick mom.This was a great gesture, within less than one hour of my ordering, the fruit salads were personally delivered in their refrigerated truck. Though I had callled the store and thanked them for helping me out.Today when I saw we can order Edible Treats, Smoothies, Frozen Yogurt, Fruit Salads, Fruit Parfaits and pick it, I remembered I never provided a review for the store which went out of its way to help me reach to my mom when she was sick.

Excellent service..fruit was beautifully arranged and super fresh. The chocolate used to dip fruit is heavenly!!! Definitely will be a regular customer!!!

I ordered last week and they were quick to charge me and promised delivery to my Mother on Mothers Day but it didnt happen. She was home all day and no delivery. I called at 6 to verify and was told its out for delivery but obviously that was just meant to placate me since it was never delivered. I understand the busy holiday but if you cant deliver, then dont promise. Never again and I dont recommend as service means nothing to them.

Rude staff. They have posters offering products that they do NOT have. Have not ever had and have NO idea when (or if) they will EVER have. I truly do not understand how they stay open.-- oh yeah! Their exorbitant prices for their arrangements... Please !! Stop ordering here!!

Great place to taste smoothies made with fresh fruits, no additives or Frozen ingredients. Even Agave a natural sweetener is optional!!!! Excellent service by the friendly staff!!! They even offer samples of freshly dipped fruits for sampling!!! Will visit this location often. Ha I forgot to mention the store is very clean, refreshing and Inviting!!!!

Great Ambience....loved their Mango smoothie made fresh. Good healthy treats to indulge...everything is $5 dollars each. Edible is launching a new product next week and the staff were kind enough to offer me a sample they had made for practice. It was a novelty item which will replace a traditional American Staple snack Doughnut....and made with a fruit. June 1st all Edible Arrangements stores nationwide are giving free sample marking the product launch, walk in and try the yummiest treat you will not be disappointed!

Super impressed!This was from the old owner after Mothers Day last year:Wish Id read the reviews about this location before ordering. Ive ordered Edible Arrangements for years at various locations across the US and had never had a problem until now. The order I placed never arrived for the recipient. I called her to ask how she liked it and she said she never got. When I called the store, she said they had no excuses and she had no idea why itd happened. I appreciated the honesty and just asked when we could get them out. She said they could do it the following day (2 days from original date they were to be delivered) and that for the issue shed refund 15% off plus add an extra dozen strawberries which seemed like a nice gesture. My order was finally delivered yet the additional strawberries were not included. I figured oh well, Ill just leave it but then I never got the refund either. So after calling in for 2 days during business hours yet receiving their after hours message with a mail box full message to check on the refund I finally get an answer this morning. The answer was literally edible arrangements please hold. It took several mins for someone to come back on. I explained the situation and was put on hold again. 15- minutes theyre now processing refund and delivering the make good strawberries today *supposedly*. When you spend $75 on fruit, you really expect much more than this.

Received a gift from them in 2017. Loved it delivery guy very nice. Yesterday stopped by thinking my family got me another arrangement this year also. After they looked into it turns out I was in the wrong place. I was give. 2 chocolate covered strawberries for my mistake. Great people

My daughter sent me chocolate dipped strawberries with swizzle for Valentines day. The delivery was made before noon. When i opened the beautiful box, I was surprised to find huge big Strawberries . They were fresh, juicy and delicious. Five star service and product.

My children have ordered this store for year. In the past the quality was always excellent. On Sunday we received a call that the delivery person was at our door. Unfortunately we were out of town. I called right back and told them we would be back in town on Tuesday and would pick it up at the store on Tuesday afternoon. There have been other times that this has happened and when we recieve it the fruit was always fresh. This time however we strongly feel the this is the same fruit that was there on Sunday. The strawberries had mold on them, watermelon inedible, kiwi fruit slimy, and mango pretty much rotten. I am extremely disappointed and we will tell our children to please save their money and not order from here again. I am sad because we always loved getting our Edible Arrangements.

Picked up an arrangement for my anniversary.My wife loved it!!! In store service was great. They even gave me a free smoothie as an anniversary gift!!! It was delicious.

Placed a delivery order at about 9:50am to surprise my girlfriend at work for Valentines day. She got off at 4pm and they never showed up. I called them and told them to deliver it to my address after they failed to deliver it and Ill bring it to her. It is now 6pm and they still havent showed up. We had dinner reservations that we cant go to because Im waiting on her arrangement to show up. This is unacceptable and has ruined Valentines day. I strongly suggest to stay away from this place. I guarantee they will ruin your day too.

Despite the awful reviews this location has, I was actually quite impressed with their customer service. I placed my order at 9:30PM on a Sunday for delivery before noon the next day. When they were unable to deliver my item to Merritt Island (to my mother at her place of employment) by my very strict time restraints, they took it upon themselves to drive all the way out to Port St. John to deliver the item to my mother at her home. As this day was the anniversary of a very important date in my family history, Im grateful that this Edible Arrangements location went the extra mile (literally?) to make sure the job was done right. Thanks again to the employees at this store for your professionalism and dedication. Ill be returning in the future for all my arranged fruit gifting needs.

I called in from Los Angeles since my mother was in Cape Canaveral celebrating her 75th birthday taking a cruise and i felt super comfortable placing a blind order, and i say that because i dont know exactly what i wanted i just wanted something special for mom. Anthony was super friendly and very helpful, he walked through different options.. And this was also a same day order as the Cruise was leaving the port in next few hours . Anthony volunteered to personally deliver to my mom before she leaves the hotel to take the cruise . As a manager in the food industry in crazy Los Angeles i can never say this enough, a good experience comes from great customer serviceTrue to his words, Anthony’s team made this order, yes all orders placed with Edible Arrangements are made locally with Fresh Fruits and made only after the order is placed. This is not certainly a warehouse process but each order is a custom order . Not only was the order delivered within 90 minutes of placing the order, he even sent the picture of the arrangement which was made.My mom was happy and excited as the fruit bouquet looked wonderful was impressed by Anthonys warm and genuine customer service . Thank you Anthony and Edible Arrangements, Cape Canaveral!!!! I am glad I made the call rather place the order online where I could not have received this personalized and customized service.

Alyssa took my order I told her I wanted a dipped fruit cone and she proceeded to down sale me to a single cup because it was cheaper. Than I told her I also wanted a Pineapple honeydew kale smoothie. I had to remind her I wanted both that and the cup of strawberries. Than she makes the wrong smoothie. 🤔 When it clearly states it on the receite. Offerd to remake it but the first one was horrible so I left.

The company is very unprofessional. Did not deliver on time, never received a phone call. Then spent hours on hold trying to find out what happen only to be told that a new arrangement was made and would be delivered. Was told at that time I would receive a 20% refund and free delivery. Arrangement finally arrived and fruit was old and withered. 3 weeks later manager will not return calls after being told they would call. Also still no refund and its been over a month. No CHARACTER OR INTEGRITY. Will not do business with Cape Canaveral Office Ever Again.

If i could give this place a negative 5 i would. Not the origanization but this location. TERRIBLE. I placed an order around 10 AM got confirmation it was en route around 12:30 however when i called at 3:00 Pm because my order had not shown up. I was told byKAILEY that the order was still being delivered? Delivered!??? For almost 3 hours? I then asked to speak to a manager in which she says “There isn’t one” i then say well i need the order to be delivered because the school closes at 5. She responds “it’ll get there when it gets there”. I was livid!! I told her once a manager was on shift i would like to speak with them in which she said “well I’m the manager” BUT I THOUGHT THERE WASNT A MANAGER ON DUTY?? I then told her that why lie to me saying there wasn’t a manager available? She says “I’m a manager in training” what type of BULL is that? Then tried to justify her lie by saying what does her lying about a manager have to do with my order??!! TERRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I’m 25 and I’ve never written a review in my life up until this day! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Purchase from the one on Wickham.

The recipient never got their arrangement. I compromised for another day and it still was never delivered. It was a nightmare. I will be getting a refund but I kind of want my time back for the inconvenience and wasted time for constantly calling the store for nothing.This particular store is overloaded so customer satisfaction is going down. Given that this is my first time using edible arrangements, first impressions are as they say it.

I ordered a Valentine’s arrangement for my parents to be delivered February 13th. Unfortunately, they were not home to receive it. The driver left a message and we were able to reach him. He instructed us to the call the store to reschedule delivery. I did and was told that they were very busy due to it being Valentine’s Day and I could pick up the order in store or they would delivery it definitely by the 15th. The employee didn’t bother to ask the name on the order and was attempting to have a conversation with me and another person. I took him at his word, but nothing was delivered. I called back on the 16th. Another employee asked if someone would be home to receive it. I told her yes someone would be there all day. She said it would be delivered. No one called or delivered the arrangement. I called back on the 18th and asked to speak to a manager for a refund. I was told that the manager was not there. The employee looked into my complaint and saw that the arrangement was not delivered but saw no notes concerning previous conversations. He promised to relay the information to management and to call back around 2pm the next day if I had not heard from anyone. I left several more messages. As of the 23rd, no attempt to rectify the problem has been made. Management has not called me back, there was no additional attempt to deliver the arrangement, nor was a refund issued. Very upsetting that I have been ripped off.

I ordered two different orders to be delivered the same day to the same location. They couldn’t get the order correct and the second one was delivered to the same person. The counter staff did not seem very knowledgeable on the products or like they even cared to be there. I will not use this place again. Was not impressed or even close to it with the service. I will order from the internet next time and make sure it is not with this establishment.

It was supposed to be delivered and the missed my parents and didnt call. They refused to compensate for such an inconvenience. I tried calling to discuss issue 3 times and no one picked up.

Horrible called several times to verify delivery would happen on Mothers Day they said it would and deliveries would be made between 3-7 called at 7:30 then they said it will be delivered by 9PM. We waited at home all day cause they said it would be delivered. Never delivered when I called for a refund they said it would take 3-5 days for them to process.
