My husband two little ones and I came this appliance store a couple of months ago, and we had a great experience! The gentleman was really informative and helpful which means a lot, and he got us in and out! We love our used washer and drier! I waited for my husband to run down the road to get some cash and the guy didn’t mind out toddler running around the shop, even when she threw a ball…. 😬 hahaha oops.So, very family friendly and affordable place. We have had no issues with our refurbished appliances and we can’t wait until we can afford a new (used lol) stove or refrigerator, because we know EXACTLY WHERE WE ARE GOING TO GO !

We purchased a gas dryer here about 6 months ago. Absolutely no issues at all since buying it. Great price and 5 star service.

1 Year later and washing machine is working great and for a great deal I might add! Very nice couple running the place. The owner (cant remember name over a year), was a very polite guy and Ill be coming back for another washer or dryer in the future!

The owner was very professional. He fixed the dryer I brought in to him while I waited. He did not try to sell me another dryer, but offered to repair mine. He could have sold me a used dryer and made more money, but is very honest and helpful!

The owners are nice and honest people. They know the ins and outs of the machines they are selling. Just bought a used washer from them and have put 10 loads through it so far and it runs like its new from the factory. I would highly recommend you check them out!

Was out of refrigerators. Had one and I would of been embarrass to have in my home was high on price I got one another place like new gor sa.e price deliver n set up.

I have a mixed review. I like to support local and small businesses when I can...so, originally, the couple was great when I went in to look for a dryer. Very helpful as everyone else has said. Delivery was very accommodating and they took the old one, ofcourse. (I’d buy my old one back if I could!) I understand getting busy and with the Covid...but the dryer started to not heat on sensor setting and now it doesn’t start at all. I pulled it away from the wall to check the vents and everything was clear. They initially couldn’t come to look at or remedy the situation due to Covid which I understood but I wanted to be sure he knew it was less than two months after I bought it and I was having problems already. I was concerned about the electronic panel when I bought it but he said they would warranty to a certain extent. I have texted a few times since to see what he could do and I have had no word back. Truly disappointed, I paid over $300 and was left hanging. So I guess you decide. Maybe don’t buy anything fancy that may have cheap electronic parts. Buy old and reliable. So five stars initially, but I’d say after purchase issues would be a one star. I’m pretty easy to please and again, disappointed that I am leaving this review. This is why it’s hard to support small and local. Big box customer service is hard to beat. But you kinda shoot yourself in the foot when you don’t even respond.

We purchased a quality washer & are extremely happy with it. I highly recommend this business! Its hard to find someone who is this dedicated to perfecting the quality of the products he sells. Very helpful and friendly purchase a washer on Sunday afternoon they delivered at 4 pm took away my old machine installed the new one stayed to make sure it operated properly. Very fair prices if I every need another appliance this will be my first stop.

We are repeat customers. We purchased a refurbished Whirlpool dryer in 2014 and it is still running great. We recently purchased a refurbished Whirlpool washer and it is working great as well. Same day delivery was excellent! Cleaned lint vent inside and out and pointed out how my old dryer was poorly wired. Took away the old dryer at no extra charge. If you need excellent appliances along with professional knowledge and excellent customer service I definitely recommend Pro Appliance!

I bought a dryer from Pro Appliance. They were very helpful. Delivered, set up the dryer, and tested it before they left. They even had to take my door off and disassemble some of the dryer to get it in my basement but did it without any extra charge. They are honest, hard working people who bend over backwards to please their customers. I wish more companies were like them!

Wonderful experience and highly recommended. Small family owned shop with very helpful and knowledge staff. I called to ask if they had an electric dryer and they were about to close and he stayed open an extra hour for me to come in and get a dryer that same night. Will go back whenever in need of appliances.

I was impressed with all of the appliances they had to offer for sale, it was hard to choose a washer and dryer set. I ended up buying a Maytag set, had it delivered and im very happy with everything. I will be back to buy a stove very soon. The owners went above and beyond to make these appliances exactly what I was looking for by changing the door around so it opened the correct way and switched the agitator out for a one piece.

These guys are a cut above the rest. They sell quality equipment and their service calls are reasonably priced. As long as you dont overload the machines they will last you for a long time. We purchased a used washer/dryer set from them over a year ago and they are still running strong.They are honest and will do what they can to fix your situation. He even showed me how to fix an issue should it come up again!! I will be purchasing my appliances from them from now on. A+ company.

My son bought a dryer from them and got a good deal so when we needed to buy one I gave them a shot. Im so glad I did! He sells quality washers and dryers that are fixed correctly, not junk and halfass repairs like so many of these places. He immediately delivered it and installed it, including the venting for a very small fee. I am completely satisfied and if my washer ever quits working I know where I will be going.
