I switched from another phone company to this one and I dont regret it one bit. I went to unlimited data plan and the service is awesome! The workers was very formative and friendly. Very nice atmosphere and friendly people. I am very happy and pleased with this company!

I have been with Cricket for about 5 yrs now and have had no problems with them or service till now...I went to the Campbellsville location to get an upgraded phone. We i got there at 1:10 pm i see 3 ppl outside waiting for the doors to open and the hrs posted on the door say Sunday 1pm to 5pm. The ppl waiting say an employee entered at 1:05, so at 1:15, one customer has already left so i start knocking on the door about 20 after then leaving at 1:30 along with the other 2 customers. Then i call the store and still no answer. This is ridiculous and since there was someone in the store they could of acknowledged us instead of ignoring paying customers! BAD BUSINESS!!

I think the man we felt with was very knowledgeable and got us set up with Cricket pretty fast. I also love how much money we are saving.
