I use Toyota all my life but this place made my life so miserable as they damage my 2021 Avalon sensor and was trying to erase the error message on the dash board without fixing the damaged sensor It took them 2hr 46 minutes to install one single tire and as well gave me a different tire from what I initially requested for I have to consistently call there superior before they were probably forced to do the WRIGHT thing. I don’t think the so called technician/mechanic understand properly the technology in the car they work on. Because of there bad job I visited the dealership six consecutive times for just one tire and they continue to erase message. Thank good it’s been fixed and I will never visit passport Toyota ever. Pls fellow be aware.

JP made the entire process painless and seamless. They set everything up with the insurance company. He provided updates on how my car was coming along. I even was provided with a rental car at the shop. This place did a fantastic job on my car and is Toyota certified!I would come back here, but hopefully I won’t need too! I highly recommend if your car needs work done!
