We do delevery& charge to take the old one out & for delevery they will call you before they go no time limit

Wow, this place is beyond horrible. Take your business elsewhere. This establishment will sell you used appliances but you are taking a gamble whether it works or dirty. They make it nice and clean up front but do not get tricked. Customer service is very unprofessional, no help at all and do not hold up to their promises. For ex. Delivery time, service repairs. Warranty is a huge headache. Shut this place down, nothing but scammers!

Bought a washer/dryer and followed up with them to deliver three times. they didn’t show up three times so i had to drive back to the store to get my money back. the other feedback is true. they dont keep their word when delivering

Bought a refrigerator less than a year ago and here I am about to buy a new one because this one just broke down completely to where we can’t even repair it .

Called to ask about washer/dryer repair. So rude on the phone, would never hire or refer to anyone. They have zero customer service.

Stay far away from this place. They are never on time for their service calls. Theyll tell you theyre on the way but will never show up. I seriously do not know how their business is still open. Id give a negative star if I could. Absolutely horrible.

Went in the store asked for service job to be done, guy took down my info said will call me within the hour, never called me ! I called & they said they didn’t have my info.... go elsewhere

Absolutely terrible. Sells you broken appliances and takes days to come out and fix it with their 3 month warranty stay far far away from this place
