Mr. Tire located in Cambridge md had outstanding customer service and I would recommend this location for anyone. I went in stressed not sure how car was getting fixed or what was wrong with it. Came out as happy as can be. The mechanics were on point with everything and were very polite. Explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. Outstanding care from employees Andrew, Jeff, and Chris. Thanks again for everything!!!

They said 20 minutes and 2 hours later... $75.00 diagnosis!! Getting a second opinion...my truck didnt cost me what they wanted. I was told not to go here.

My boyfriend booked an appointment yesterday, I came to said appointment & they said they had no record even though I gave them the name of the person that booked my appointment. So I left. My boyfriend shared angry words with an already rude person on the phone then I called to rebook which I was able to do today. I came to my appointment and they denied my service. I called after I left to get the name of the person (whom I believe was Andrew) and was hung up on by Michael. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Luckily, tire world got me right in! I would recommend and they’re cheaper!!

The absolute worst customer service experience I have had in recent memory. Having been a customer for over 25yrs of Mr. Tire in many different locations I used this particular location after moving to the area. I had what I thought was a serious issue with the manager and made a complaint to corporate over a month ago. No response yet. Apparently Mr. Tire is now run by Monroe. Its unclear but stay clear of this store. They overbook and promise you things they cannot deliver. Dont waste your time making an appt because they DO NOT honor them. Get a quote and shop around. They are an absolute rip-off. I have also dealt with other stores and found them to be more professional but still unorganized and overbooked. Get a quote for instance on a brake job and compare that to a local reputable garage and you will be shocked. Sometimes you dont mind paying a little more for good work and subsequent service but absolutely not the case here. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS.

Customer service is awesome Andrew and Pablo gave me a great deal for a transmission with very low miles and two year warranty unlimited miles come to find out they do more then just tires and the job was done fast! recommended them to anyone.

I am so relieved I finally found a shop that does great, honest and professional work. I love my toys (cars) and Andrew and Chris know what they are doing. I literally have anxiety when I know my cars need work. I think the worst to say the least. Honest guys working for a reliable shop. OUTSTANDING! Friendly, knowledgeable staff Andrew and Chris are wonderful to work with. Every time I come in they provide quality work with the service to match. Recently got my alignment done. I was not disappointed they had me in and out at reasonable time. They provided education with regards to the problem, and the fix so you understand whats being done. The price was very affordable compared to other places. They are good and respectful people who Ive witnessed on numerous occasions treating customers like family and friends. Im thankful for the good work they did to keep my car running today and in the future.

BEST PLACE EVER to get your car fixed. Andrew and his crew are everything you need in car care and more!! My first visit was in the summer of 2017 and a week later, I moved to Baltimore. No matter, I continue to drive the hour and a half to Mr. Tire in Cambridge even though there are other location closer to me for something as basic as an oil change, and its worth every mile. My car is in top condition, and I credit Mr. Tire for that. I dont have to even think about maintenance these guy always seem to have it taken care of. They never make a move without clearing it with me first, and their prices are more than fair. Their records are so good that they can tell me everything Ive had done since Ive been going there. Before leaving, they always let me know what is coming up in the way of routine maintenance my vehicle needs. They go above and beyond, every single time. LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys. Stouchs is OUTSTANDING.

Ive been taking my car to this Mr. Tire location for several years now for a variety of services from standard upkeep (brakes, oil change, etc.) to unfortunate fixes (e.g., rack & pinon, struts). The team has been great and easy to work with to get to a speedy fix.Recently I had a rather complicated warranty issue with my car which was complex to navigate. Andrew was great and helped me navigate a resolution to get my car back in working order. You could tell he and the Mr. Tire team were looking out for what was best for the customer.Ill continue to take my car here and recommend them.

Efficient. Friendly, Amazing service. Reasonably priced. I needed a new tire to replace a blow-out from the night before. My regular mechanic was closed so I called here due to the my neighbor recommendation Called on a Sunday and made an appointment for later that morning. Two other shops were too busy to do the job and wanted to keep my car for the day. Not this place. I was in and out in about within two hours They had the same tire (make, model) that I needed on site too. And they didnt try to up-sell me on any other tires or services. Plus, when it came time to pay, the cost was less than the quote. I appreciated the honesty and savings! Job well done! I would recommend and go back here again.

Mr. tire did a great job for us! Toni and Andrew are our heroes for staying late past closing to help us after our tires were slashed and car was vandalized. Had they not stayed late to give us new tires to ride three hours home we aren’t sure what would’ve happened. They were very professional, friendly, and did a great job! We will always be thankful to Toni and Andrew for helping us out when they didn’t have to. They are our hero’s!

Borrowed my father in laws truck to move into our new apartment. Check engine light came on and Mr. Tire was the closest shop to take it. Andrew and Pablo checked me in, and Chris took the truck back into the shop. I was able to wait in the waiting room (full of cold A/C), and about 20 mins later Chris came and got Pablo and I to look at the problem. It was a broken hose on my truck leading to some sort of valve for the emissions system. Chris was able to replace it with a new rubber hose and clamps, and I was back on the road.Whole visit was less than an hour and cost less than $200. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Andrew was awesome!!! considering the restriction with the social distancing. From the time he assisted me on the phone with pricing a tire, all the way until I drove off with my new tire. I went to few other places before coming here and they were all rude and tried to get over on me. It’s safe to say that I will not be going anywhere else for my servicing needs. They are affordable. Just the energy and customer service alone has got me sold! Thank you guys for your hard and efficient work. I was in and out in no time. I want to say that my experience at this location has been awesome. I have been here many times and on this occasion there were a couple of people that i feel i need to give mention to. First i have to say that Chris handled my situation with my vehicle flawlessly. He was patient in looking for a solution because i was missing a part that i needed for my vehicle and he was willing to ensure that i would be taken care of and not have to make a return trip. Tony called around town to locate the part that i needed as was able to find a store that had it. Tony went and picked it up and i am grateful for his effort to ensure that i would be back on the road again. Im glad that this place have these two gentlemen working here and i would recommend this place knowing the care they have given me. And Pablo was very informative and courteous. Customer service was excellent. I am def switching over to this place.

We were gauged money the last time we were there. We love working with Pablo but it was his day off which he needs to rest. But the other guys just want the money, they don’t want to honor promotions or coupons. They don’t know the cars. They aren’t interested in what the car may need genuinely, just squeezing more money out of the person. It shouldn’t cost $79 for an oil change and to top off fluids which I’m pretty sure they didn’t do. They fight with you about using coupons instead and act plain hateful. Next time I make an appointment I’ll ask for one when Pablo’s there, other than that, I won’t come in.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for years. We always have exceptional service. The gentleman Anthony has been taking care of us as long as I can remember. This is a very busy location, but he runs this place smoothly. We always get treated great and our cars run beautifully! Thanks for years of amazing service Tony!

Had a tire blow out on Route 50, almost caused a wreck! Thankfully Mr. Tire was right around the corner. I threw on my spare tire and drove over to the nearest shop, which was in Cambridge. I explained my situation to them, and Andrew, the Manager, told me they would get it in as fast as possible. They were extremely busy but thankfully they got my tire replaced in under an hour. After that they put the wheel back on the car, and topped off all my fluids and set my tire pressure too. While I was there, they were doing free air checks and checking fluids for anyone they could get in to help. Everyone was very friendly. They have definitely earned my business from now on.

Had a list minute issue with tires and they had to be special ordered. They got the tires in quickly, scheduled and completely quickly. Every person I spoke with was polite, professional, helpful, and patient.

I have visited this location 3 times to do one thing, put new tires on my vehicle. This didnt happen for the following reasons:- Tire unavailability, although confirming ahead of time (2 attempts to get shop to order, 1 attempt with me providing the tires that I ordered off of Amazon)- Rude employees (Assistant Manager was helpful, other employees were the issue).- Employees will flat out lie to your face.- Special conditions for service appointments when a customer brings their own tires due to shops inability to order tires for scheduled service appointments (Rules for appointments change at employees will)Here are the details:1st attempt, went online, selected the tires I wanted and scheduled the appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early. At time of my appointment, I find out that the tires were not ordered. I was informed to call ahead before the next visit to make sure the tires were ordered. Thought to myself Okay, things happen.2nd attempt, again, went online, selected the tires I wanted and scheduled the appointment. I then called the shop and confirmed the appointment and confirmed that the tires were ordered (so i was told). I indicated that I would be waiting while the service was completed. Arrived at the shop 20 minutes early. 5 minutes prior to appointment, I confirmed what I was there for and they went looking for the tires at the shop. 15 minutes later, I was informed that they couldnt find the tires. The guy then looked in their system to see what they did have in stock. They had 3 tires for my vehicle that were $100 more per tire than the tires I wanted. I then questioned him on why the tires werent there and was told that the tires were discontinued. They never told me when I called to confirm the appointment and confirm the tire order that the tires I wanted were discontinued. This was a flat out lie. I confirmed with Mr. Tire in Salisbury, MD that these tires were in fact available for order. At this point, I had enough and left.3rd attempt. Gave the shop one last try. A family member knew the assistant manager and suggested that I speak with them directly. This time I pre-ordered the tires on Amazon and took them with me for this appointment. I received a $50 discount coupon from Mr. Tire customer service to be used at this appointment. I once again, placed my appointment online 2 days before the appointment. I called one day before the appointment to confirm my 9:30am appointment (which was available online as a time slot). I told them that I would be waiting for the service to be completed. I was told, that they overbooked the early slots and they asked if 10:30am would work. I confirmed that would be okay. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. At the time of my appointment I told the guy what I was there for. He didnt seem to know I had an appointment. He then stated for customers that bring their own tires, would have to drop the vehicle off and couldnt be waited for. He then states we will not be rushed by any customer to put tires on a vehicle, that is why we have a schedule. Okay, I was scheduled at 10:30am?? I then immediately asked who the assistant manager was and stopped speaking to the rude guy. Upon trying to speak with the Assistant Manager, the other guy continuously interrupted me saying it will be a 3 to 4 hour wait. I looked at him directly and stated, I am done talking to you and am now speaking to the assistant manager. This only made him angrier. He continued to get louder and louder and continue to state that it would be a 3 to 4 hour wait for installing tires and that we are too busy for this. At no time during my prior calls did anyone indicate that I would have to drop the car off if I were to use my own tires that I brought with me. I had to bring the tires because the shop failed to order my tires the first 2 visits. At this point, I decided the service wasnt worth it, it was safer for the repair on my vehicle, and an attempt to diffuse the situation to take my vehicle elsewhere.

I would not recommend doing business with Mr. Tire, if you do get a quote IN WRITING. There are much better alternatives. Shop around.

Was way overcharged for plugs and coils on my truck when I needed it fixed on Saturday and no other shops were open.....I will never go back and will not recommend to my friends

We were *about* to head out of town and... flat tire. AAA recommended we go to Mr. Tire. They were friendly, quick, efficient, super nice to my son and dog, and got us back on the road safely. Definitely recommend.

They stayed late to help us out after our tires got slashed. Bless these people for taking us after closing and helping us out even though they could have refused!

Went there once w a slow leak and they were nice but couldn’t figure out leak. Went there today w an appointment and stood at the counter for 15 minutes with at least 4 staff people seeing and then ignoring me while smoking and chatting on the repair side. Ended up just walking out.

Worst place to ever take your car dont do it I went in for thermostat my car was running perfectly fine then one day the check engine light came on I took it to auto zone auto zone said all I needed was the thermostat I took it to Mr. Tired the next day to get a thermostat pay for the thermostat they said all you need a water pump the very next day I went into Mr. Tire with the water pumping hand and got it fixed I was told the previous day that it was gonna cost $438 to fix the water pump and thats with them providing the part I provided the part sociable less than $438 and I was still charged $650 for them to put a water pump on it only to 3 hours to do When I drop my car off on Wednesday the only thing that was wrong with the thermostat Thursday when I dropped it off to fix the water pump that they said I needed there was also nothing wrong with the car the check engine light had turned off since they put the thermostat in and the car was running pretty fine so I went out the water pump thinking OK well maybe I do need to water pump too so lets get all when I picked up the second day the light is back on and my remote start was not working and the shop refuses to fix what they messed up

They were rude, and unorganized! I stood and waited just to be greeted for over 10 mins with at least 4 workers walking around and pass me. Then I was told because I spoke up that I couldn’t be rendered service. I would never go here again. My word is bond stay away

Ive been a customer of the Mr. Tire in Cambridge since 2016. In that time, Mr. Tire has consistently met and exceeded my expectations. They are hospitable, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Whether I was there for routine oil changes or emergency maintenance, I have always felt heard and been taken care of appropriately and efficiently. I cant say enough good things about this branch and those who work there. Andrew, Pablo, and the rest of team stand leagues above competition in the area.

I had 4 new wheels and tires mounted and balanced. Also had my TPMS band sensors installed on rims. Everything was great, no scratches on wheels. Took a little longer than I expected but well worth the wait.A+ service.

Make sure to check your bill, overcharge and lie about fees. Never going there again. Suggest you find an honest shop, not this crooked one. Good luck.

These guys gave me a courtesy check up when I was passing through. I didnt end up getting the service because I could put it off, but I wanted to leave a good review because they were notably friendly and professional. I would have been happy to give them my business if I werent on a timeline. I cant speak for the service quality itself, but 5 stars for the customer service and transparency I experienced.

Best place to bring your project car and other needs. The guys at mrtire are awesome at what they do never will I go to the dealer again the mrtire shop next to Walmart is we’re I recommend anyone to go, they are cheaper faster and will make you feel like family.

On Sunday, November 29, 2020 I was traveling home from Maryland to Pennsylvania. I discovered I had a metal screw in my right rear tire and the only place that was open was Mr. Tire in Cambridge Maryland. I was happy they could repair my tire until they told me the charge to patch my tire was $51.14! That is an ABSOLUTELY UNREASONABLE PRICE for a patch job and I will NEVER use Mr. Tire again!

Went there to fix a flat tire on Saturday night. Finally after waiting 30 minutes the attendant came and said it was $45 to fix a screw in my tire. I was on a road trip and had nowhere else open to fix my flat. He would not accept the free online tire repair coupon. I explained how I had recently used another Mr. Tire and he reduced the cost to $34. After it was all done (1.5 hours), the bill showed he installed a TPMS sensor, which they did not! Just felt like I was completely ripped off for a simple patch.UPDATE: The owner refunded my payment and I appreciate that they corrected the situation.

I was charged for TPMS sensors that were not installed (this car doesnt even use them). I was also charged for tire disposal even though I took the old tires with me. They said they would refund my credit card for the erroneous charges. They never did. Its a shame, Ive been going here for years and even gave an old set of BMW wheels to one of the techs. So much for them valuing a long term relationship.

The customer service here is amazing! My husband and I had just bought a used F250 and were on our way to Ocean City when both front tires blew. This was around 6 p.m. on a Saturday and we desperately needed to get back to make it into work the next day. Neither of us are familiar with this area at all and are only in Maryland for work. There was no way we could have our truck towed there before closing time. When we called Mr. Tire and explained our situation Andrew the store manager stayed after closing to help us get back on the road. In addition to our unfortunate luck it would so happen that we needed odd sized and very expensive tires that had to be ordered and couldnt arrive any sooner than Monday. This team went above and beyond any and all expectations to get us rolling again. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Andrew and the mechanic worked together to get us going and stayed over an hour past closing time to take care of us. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. We highly recommend Mr. Tire, truly genuine, good people who chose to care about a couple of strangers from out of town when no one else would have

Such rude customer service, I didn’t even stick around to see what their work is like.I turned up for my appointment with them and when I casually (and very politely) asked roughly how long a tire repair might take I was told:I’m cleaning the office at the moment, I’ll get to your car when I’m ready. It’ll be about an hour. But this is like a doctors office, you don’t rush a doctor and you don’t rush me if you want things done right.Needless to say I called a competitor in the area and got my tire fixed within an hour with awesome customer service.So my recommendation is to try Bay Area Tire

These guys are awesome. My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years. They really just want to make sure that they do the best and most honest work that they can for you. Theyve always been honest with me whether I need work or not done to my car. I call ahead and set up a day for them and within a few hours they usually have an accurate and confident answer about what is up with my car. Got a life long customer here.

I have been a regular customer at Mr Tire for over 4.5 year since I moved to the area. A routine oil change and tire balance was scheduled at 8am on a Friday. I was told by the very nice and friendly assistant manager and the mechanic showed me that theres a leak in the seal at the front axle and that the tires were worn out and needed to be replaced. It would take 4.5 hours for the work to be done. Since I live 10 miles away, I called ahead to find out if the car was ready and was told it would take another 1.5 hour. I showed up 2 hours later to find that the car was not ready. I returned 4 hours later to pick up the car.Very next day, when I pull out my car out from the garage, there was a puddle of transmission fluid. I was told to bring the car back. The assistant mgr. showed me that that the front axle by the new replacement seal had popped out and I had to leave the car to be fixed. I was then told that it wouldnt be fixed till Tuesday. I had to rent a car for 2 days for 2 days for work. After not hearing from them on Tuesday, I called on Wednesday afternoon and was told they were test driving it and they will call within 30 minutes. Another 1.5 hour went by and no phone call, I decided to show up at the shop and was told the car was ready. No apologies for not calling. I told them that I had to rent a car for 2 days because they did not fix my car properly.So a service that was supposed to be done on Friday was not completed until Wednesday!! No offer to reimburse me for the car rental!!They have just lost a regular customer and I would not recommend anyone using them!!

We were passing through this town on a Sunday when our tire starting going flat. We live several hours away and could not wait to fix it. What an unexpected treat to find this place (the only one open in the area on a Sunday!) We were promptly fixed and on our way. The man helping us was friendly, efficient, and treated us like old friends. Cambridge is fortunate to have this Mr. Tire!

Its great having Mr tire in your corner when car repair time comes. And it will come. Andrew and his technicians have provided outstanding services for my car, so I need complex repairs done on my car at times. I have been a loyal customer since finding them, and have received skilled repairs, fair pricing, timely turn around, integrity, and honesty. The team there is very kind and professional. I have used multiple locations for service on my older 2009 Lexus ES350 and found Mr Tire to be the best. Andrew who is the manager was extremely helpful and took good care of my car. The shop did a Radiator and brake line flush because the car it is 10 years old and needed it. The heat is hot in the car and the brakes are more effective. After getting to know his employees more they are master mechanics and one is an expert in foreign vehicles such as mine ( mine was built in Japan). In the near future I am having my struts changed and their prices are half of what the dealership would charge using higher quality and more advanced materials. Mr. Tire in Cambridge MD has earned a lifetime customer!

Any interaction Ive had with service technicians has been polite and professional. The team is knowledgeable and very willing to help answer any questions about services and product warranties. The staff ask good questions to diagnose the problem and propose a range of solutions to fit the budget. I have found them personable and personally generous, doing little things for free and making sure I’m well taken care of during the wait. Outstanding service!! Best Ive seen in 30 years! We were broke down and they took us in and solved the problem. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very professional and courteous. We had his car towed to Mr. Tire and Andrew kept his store open after hours to work on his car to make sure he could make it home. Terrible service Andrew was not here seem like he have to live here. Made appointment for car 830 for a oil change.Walked to Walmart 3different times to shop here it is 12pm call still not done at all.I ask the man was they putting a motor in he was very argumentive with me.Please sir do not argue with a loyal customer I will not be back to this place ever again a oil change is 30 min tops and not 3 HOURS LATER

Great garage. The manger Andrew and his crew got me back on the road incredibly fast when an unexpected broken axle prevented me from making a very important trip. I limped my vehicle into their garage unscheduled and they were able to help me quickly for a very reasonable price. I will be going to this garage for everything I need in the future. I cant recommend them enough.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered tires off of Amazon to be delivered there, and even paid for the installation. The tires arrived and we had them put on as well as an oil change. Now, when I need records of this, they cant provide me anything. I have tracking receipts from UPS and amazon delivery receipts showing they shipped to this store. They tried to tell me they have no record of anything. When they looked up our car by license plate, they were able to find it, which they never would have had, had we not been there. Absolutely awful customer service and do not upkeep their records. They were the last people to touch my car for an oil change, and now I have a blown engine. Coincidence they have no records? Will never use them again.

Anthony at Mr. Tire always goes above and beyond to ensure a thorough routine check up. I came in today for my routine oil change and concern with a rattle noise - Anthony provided top service per the usual. Super fast and always reliable. Mike, the assistant manager, was very down to earth and sweet. Needed our tires balanced, after the place we purchased our car said they had done it and hadnt. Mike got us right in and out very quickly. I was very impressed and grateful along with satisfied. Awesome prices and cool staff. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone looking!! 👍👌😉😎

They provide good service but continue to change quoted price. The appearance is they are trying to get the customer confuse and charge the higher price. Be consistent and fair and your business will thrive beyond your imagination. Be fair and get those five stars.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’d trust them to do the work thoroughly, carefully, and honestly. Took my car in for winter tires install and they were very meticulous and showed me exactly what they found while doing the install.

Walked in to get 2 new tires put on my vehicle & quoted me a little higher price then what I got online so when I showed them, they price matched the online price no problem for me. I walked out exactly 30 minutes later. Quick, easy & polite service.

Really kind guys, checked my mom’s tires when the light came on for free and even checked the fluids and added some windshield fluid. Amazing service. They were really nice, Andrew and Chris took really good care of us.

Id been quoted insane prices at other shops for a repair and was on the verge of giving up on my car. Andrew did everything he could to meet my needs and help me fix my car in my budget. A real honest person who takes time to explain things and document the work. Im extremely grateful and will be coming back to this shop in the future. He was a total lifesaver

I have currently been waiting 2hr 30min for a scheduled oil change and 4 tire change. The woman next to me is at 1hr 45min for her scheduled oil change. Also, it wasn’t worth arguing over to me, but they are charging me and additional $15 in labor for using my own oil. The sign out front notes a $14.95 oil change, they’re charging me $30.Update 1.They just started an alignment check without asking beforehand. I know it’s standard procedure when getting an tires replaced, but I’d be much happier if they were conscious of my time.

Excellent service! They really helped us out when we had an emergency driving home from the airport and our wheels almost fell off because our regular tire center in Ocean City area didn’t tighten the lug nuts properly. Fast and honest service here. Highly recommend. A+++

I bought the road hazard warranty for BOTH of my front tires; Brought it in because the valve stem leaked and made the tire go flat. They WOULD NOT fix it, stating that Drove it while flat. I was able to drive it in while it still had air in it. They I was given a bunch of flack because according to them I didnt have the Road Hazard warranty on that tire but the one on the rear. I WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN, I recommend that no one ever uses them.

Great service and super quick! I have two under two and they were able to fit me in to take care of a slow leak. Manager Andrew was so personable and understanding, letting me stay in the care with my sleeping kiddos while they fixed the leak. I’ll definitely be back again.

Great experience at Mr Tire in Cambridge, Md. I have been using them for oil changes, tires, and air filter services. The manager, Andrew, always gets my 4 vehicles in quickly and calls me when the work is complete. Prices are good, service is good, they are flexible and get me scheduled when it works best for me ..... its the only place I use. No reason to go anywhere else since its been so easy for the past 5 years.

Brian and his crew took great care of us. Honest work and a fair price. Got us back on the road and heading home in no time. If ever in the area and in need of service, I would not hesitate going with the Cambridge Mr. Tire!

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. Andrew the store manager is the rudest customer service person I have ever met. Anyone who degrades you until they find out you previously bought your tires from them is a terrible person. He has a true ego trip that needs to be addressed by the owner. He also told me that normal people have to pay full price for their tires and I should be happy with the price he gave me since I was given a discount by Yokohoma. I will never bring another car to this service center again and suggest, after he tried to con another customer last night into the roadside hazard, that everyone avoid this place. Its horrible and lacks customer service.

I was so pleased with the service I received one morning. I was helped by a gentlemen by the name of Mr.Robert. During this morning I had a weird noise coming from my vehicle. I was able to take it to be seen. As soon as I was heading to the door It was opened for me and I felt so welcomed. Mr.Robert greeted me so nicely, as I began to describe what noises was coming from my vehicle he was already sure what it could be. As he took it to get seen he came back in a timely manner on updates and finally gave me the cause for my problem. As he did he was sure to take his time explaining what exactly was going on and what was needed. As a woman I didnt feel as though I was rushed or being haggled like most places and treated as if I didnt know anything about cars or being swindle for my money. But Mr.Robert broke down every last detail until I felt comfortable and he was so patients and knowledgeable. And he even was kind enough to show me the parts and even had the technician Mr. Mathew explain to me as well. They was so helpful and understanding. Mr.Robert gave me prices and broke down everything that was needed and I was fine with that. I felt so comfortable leaving my vehicle that I decided to go run some errands. By the time I was done I received a call from Mr.Robert saying my vehicle was done. Once I have arrived once again I was greeted by Mr.Robert and once again he held the door open for me. He Took me in to view my vehicle and showed me the old parts that was replaced and showed me how they was not working properly. Once then I was handed my key and was so happy driving home. My vehicle was driving so much better. I was a very happy and a pleased costumers. My overall experience was over the top. And he was such a gentleman I never had once had to reach for the door. I look forward to doing more business at this location as well as spreading the word for this kind of service I’ve received. I never been treated this way while even taking my vehicle to Capital Cadillac. Capital Cadillac has just lost a costumer. -Harley

The service adviser I had, Jimmy, was very professional and polite. He handled all my questions and concerns. The prices were just a little higher than I found at online tire companies, but Mr Tire prices included the mounting and balancing. This was the second set of tires I bought from this store. Good prices, good service and convenient !

Randomly stopped by while travelling home from Ocean City, in need of air in my tire. Staff was courteous and responsive to my needs. Very thankful. If ever in the area, I would not hesitate to do business with Mr. Tire.

I go to this Mr. Tire for all my car maintenance. After years of being ripped off at the dealership, I finally found a place I feel comfortable with. My neighbor told me about Mr. Tire and I’m so grateful. Jimmy and Andrew are hands down the best to deal with. When I make an appointment I never have a long wait time. And they don’t have me repairing things that don’t need to be done. I’ve got my son and daughter coming in next week for tires because I know they will get a fair deal and the job done right. So many repair shops out there now with guys who don’t know what they are doing but I have full faith that I’m in good hands here.

Was very pleased with my Service. Called ahead and spoke to Andrew about scheduling and oil change. He was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. When I brought my car the service from all was friendly. Had my car in and out in a short period of time so did not have to wait long. Will be bringing my car back in the future.

I have read the other reviews on here and can only assume that the people leaving negative reviews either got lost on their way to Mr Tire and ended up in some other shop or for whatever reason they are not being completely honest about their experiences?? I own three vehicles and have been going to Mr Tire in cambridge with all of them for probably the last 4 years. I have had everything done there from an oil change to injectors on my dually to a complete engine install and everything in between! The one constant in my 4 years of experience at Mr tire is the level of service has been first rate! And ...........on the rare occasion that something doesnt go quite as expected, the manager Andrew has always gone well above and beyond to make things right! I dont know where these other reviewers have been getting their cars repaired but I highly recommend the Mr Tire in cambridge the manager and staff are excellent!!!

This is a newer building in the Mr. Tire chain. We had a battery emergency and they were nice to take us right away. The waiting area is big, and clean with TV and magazines available. We were charged a lot for just a car battery, but were happy to have it done quickly. Both guys at the desk were friendly. I would recommend... but ask for an estimate first.
