I needed some papers faxed. I couldnt get out because I covid. I called Office Depot to see if they could help me. They did with no question asked. I forgot to ask if there was a charge. I have to make it right if there was,. I want to thank the young and Lady that helped me. 12/9/2020

Great service! If you need help and ask, you’ll get help. In addition to that, they have a lot of products. For back to school shopping you can get high quality stuff here, for a not much more than low quality junk you’d find other places.

They have very poor customer service. Nobody bothers to offer to help, and when you ask someone they get upset or moody. Waited 35 minutes and even after asking several people for help, nobody would. Absolutely not recommending this place or going back to purchase anything. The surprised it hasnt shut down!!

This is where I go to grab office supplies. Plenty of items in stock, helpful staff, and the prices are good too. Nice clean store. They have good sales too. Easy place to get the items you need quickly.

The print/copy service is needlessly complicated. Otherwise, the store layout is excellent for finding whatever youre looking for. The associates are always knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to get a document off my email and fax it to a destination. So quick and reasonably priced. Great workers and service.

The beat place for my home office needs. Ink always in Stock. Easy to find everything I need. I can be in and out quickly

Good prices but was dissapointed when the cashier said he could not get me a military discount although the last time I did get one. He said he would speak to the manager but it seemed like he didnt even bother. Most likely will go elsewhere.

I will never again shop at this Office Depot. Went to the store to return three obviously unopened, unused items and they (they being the manager) refused to do so. No reasoning... just plain out refused to refund, exchange, or give store credit. I admit I did not have my receipt, but I know that had I purchased these items at any other chain store, they would have taken my items back in some form or fashion. Also, the manager I spoke with was very short with me and unapologetic. Not a good experience.

Was looking at online ad. Signed up for 20 percent off any item. No mention of what kind of item. Coupon wouldnt qork. Called customer service and was told it did not state that in ad. We kept talking. She was very unsuitable for her job. Then she comes back and states it does not apply to sale items. The coupon they gave me did not mention that. Finally she offers me 20 dollars off. I asked to speak to corporate but was told she didnt have number. Totally false advertising. I dc the call and went back on site to remove my order from cart. Guess what . Add is updated. No coupon on computers. No coupon on sale items. This was not there before. Maybe it was on the full site but it on my phone. I have been customer who was looking for a deal and found it and the deal was changed. I will never shop at office depot online again. False advertising pure and simple. Rip off Company.

Having pics printed via email before getting there... one outta four times I was served when I got there but still had to wait. They just need speedier customer service or something

Somewhat pleased with my 2 visits. 5 of my documents that i had printed were wrong, they reprinted my papers for free but i had to go twice.

Im a Contruction estimator. Ive spent lots of money with office depot in Calhoun Ga. I purchased a desk top scanner around 90 days ago. It stop working. I took it to them and to my surprise they wouldnt do anything for me. They only allow you 14 days on electronics . I will be moving all my business and recommending all my coworkers to do the same. So sad to lose all that business for 80.00 dollars that they could get back them selfs. Some body needs to explain. ..customer service to these people. Wal-Mart is across the road and way cheaper. And will return anything that breaks within a year. Dont know what I was thinking anyway.😮
