My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and adjustable base, we did research on line first and decided on The Original Mattress Factory and one other. When we arrived at The Original Mattress Factory we were pleasantly greeted by Mike, allowed to browse around and answered all our questions. We explained our wants in a new bed, he was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the mattresses, allowing us to lay and try the mattresses as long as we wanted without hovering over us but near enough to answer questions.We did not make a decision that day, Mike printed out what we talked about and gave his card saying if we had any questions to call him, no pressure, no “today only “ just thank you. we came back about a week later to order, they were very thorough making sure we got what we wanted, no up selling or pressure. Our mattress arrived about a week later, the delivery people were very courteous and professional, made sure where to set up, explained everything and removed all packing. We have had the bed about 3 weeks now and extremely happy, some of the best nights sleep. We would and have recommended The Original Mattress Factory to anyone

We started to consider a new mattress in November but didnt get around to making a final decision till February. The salesmen were always courteous and treated us like it was it was our first visit to the store. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever; AND we love our new mattress.

After searching far and wide for a king mattress I finally found these guys. Great product and no games. Their price is what it is...always. Other places play the shell game, but not here. Our bed(s) is awesome. The beds is because we ended up getting twin longs to go on our king box frame. This way the wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Been sleeping awesome ever since. The OMF are by far the best that I found anywhere and they are local. The price was great and the service has been excellent.

We were encouraged to lay in the beds to decide which type suited us. The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful but did not pressure us. After our bed was delivered and the old one taken away, we received a card in the mail signed by all the employees involved in making the bed!! The matresses are made locally ( in Gibsonia) and made to order. We most heartily recommend The Original Mattress Factory!

Only thing wrong is that they never called me when the items got to the store for me to pick up, they said teus-wen-thur, i called them fri and they said yup they are here!
