I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used Subaru Impreza and Andrew was a great salesman who did not make us feel pressured and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. I recently bought a new Palisade from them and was quite a price of 500$ to install a tow hitch, as good as from the factory the salesman said. After purchasing the vehicle I went back to schedule my tow hitch install at a convenient date. At that time the best then quote at 800$ I asked to speak with a manager multiple times and was only responded to once on the scheduled day of the install the ignored me completely and did nothing to right this situation. Complete failure on part the sales staff, service staff, each area’s managers as well as the GM of the dealership

During a routine maintenance appt. my car door was slightly damaged.Things happen. Andrew Parr, Service Advisor was very professional in setting up a time to fix the problem. He made everything easy, including getting me a new loaner Tucson to drive. My Sonata came back with a wash (expected) and was also spic and span detailed (above and beyond) inside. Ive been a customer here since I bought my car from this location a few years ago. I made a service appointment on Monday, July 12 to have a broken sideview mirror replaced. The appointment was scheduled for Monday, July 19. I had an unrelated service appointment on Tuesday, July 13, at which point the car service team confirmed they would order a replacement mirror to be installed at the July 19 appointment.I arrived for my appointment today (Monday, July 19) checked my car in, and waited for ~30 minutes before someone came to let me know that they would NOT be able to repair my car today because the mirror had not arrived in store yet. The mirror would be arriving on Thursday. I had rearranged my work schedule to accomodate for this service appointment. I asked if someone could have not called me to let me know about this ahead of time. They had nothing to say about this.I am so disappointed at this disregard for someones time and work schedule. I drove 50 minutes round-trip today for nothing. I will not under any circumstances be returning here for any future service and will let my friends and family know about the poor customer service experience here.

I thought that when the company sends you out coupons for comprehensive inspection that it would cover everything but I guess not since they want me to spend additional 161 for same thing that was with the $99 dollars special. I may be wrong but I asked several people about that and they all say that it shall have cover everything not what you wants to do but dig in deeper to find the resource of the problem.

Okay. I have always had great service at Hyundai. However, this time there was a miscommunication between the service techs because a declared “5 minute” job left me waiting comfortably in your waiting area for 45 minutes. I should have checked earlier but I am a very patient person. My car was ready when I asked about it. I am a business owner and understand about miscommunications so I still give you applause for fitting me in so quickly for a tire inflation.

This is a service review for 01/19/21: While I did not purchase my 2015 Hyundai Elantra from this dealer I bring it here for service. My breaks were leaking fluid and they took me in right away for inspection. Service completed the work of replacing break pads and all break issues along with it, oil change and filter change in one day. If I didnt work second shift I would have had my vehicle same day.They advised of battery issues so I took it today 01/20 to have the battery checked myself and they were correct. They saved me money as I could have been stuck somewhere if my battery went out.Thank you so much!! This is now my go-to shop for all of my vehicle needs.
