So today I went to auto zone to buy a new battery for my car. When I got there a man called Craig W. helped me out explaining the differences of the brands and guided me to get the best option for my car. He also helped me by pointing it out that I was able to get some discount thru my previous battery warranty on top of that he was very helpful and changed it for me! Saved me time and the hassle to do it by myself. Very nice service and I am definitely coming back! Thanks, Craig! You are awesome!

My car battery died, the timing couldn’t have been worse with the week I have coming up. Probably a blessing it died now rather then next week. I honestly did not know that AutoZone will install a car battery that you purchase there for FREE!Your employee Anthony was the BEST! This was a good place a few months ago. I didnt see the lady mechanic there today. Just 3 guys. One helping a customer. 2 that were on the computer or looking for stuff in back and ignoring me. So after 5 minutes I left. Would it hurt to at least say Ill be right with you?

Wrongly assessed the condition of my battery. Also, they have display boxes to trick customers that they have items in stock (the Noco Jump Starter). If you have battery issues or car start problems I HIGHLY recommend Batteries Plus. They will get the job done.

Most of the time they have the part I need. But today had to get it from another one of there stores. Said could have the part needed within hour or two. Sales consultants were great.

I went in here looking for battery jump starter kit, my cars battery keeps dying from the cold weather, but it is not quite up yet for replacement. The clerk guy was really helpful and recommend the correct item that I needed. However, the packaging was already opened, it was missing the manual, the charger cable, and the drawstring pouch. I had to go in twice until I was given a box not missing any components. So just be careful and check the packaging of the unit youre purchasing.

Under New Management. Two and a half years ago I bought, what I thought was a new battery, for my car. Turns out it was already a year old when I bought it. As of this date November 1st 2018 I brought my car in and they gave me a brand new battery because it didnt work anymore and should still have been under warranty. New manager is very honest. I wont be afraid of being taken advantage of anymore because I am a female and I dont have a male to bring to that store with me.

Theres a really rude and inexperienced guy who works here. I came to see if this place can install a new battery to my car. He came out the place to come out to see my car, and plan to take out my old battery. His hands was touching the battery, and a few minutes he stopped and told me, I never seen this before, and I dont know how to take your battery out. I cant do this for you. You can either go to the BP gas station, and have them fix it for you. Like, smh. Seriously?

Way back went here for a quick OBD2 scan to read the codes for my CEL in my M3. The woman that came out with the obd reader insisted she needed to use it and would get the codes for me. She broke the OBD connector under my dash. Never apologized, got her store manager who didnt bother to do anything about the damage to my car either. Emailed corporate and got nothing from them either. I havent been back since. Ill never set foot in here again.

Dumber than a bag of dirt.I had searched on the website for a break and rotor kit, found one, but instead of directly ordering I decide to go in to the local AutoZone to check their supply. Seems like that should be a simply enough task. Wrong!First employee I asked had never heard of a break and rotor kit. And he is an employee of AutoZone? Strange.Second employee had at least heard of them, but didnt know how to search for them via the computer. Said, Sorry and to have a good weekend.Morons. Absolute zero customer service.

I purchased brake pads for two vehicles here several months ago. I bought the Duralast cheapest pads available, because I was told that they have a lifetime warranty. Im not hard on my cars, but both have pretty high miles right now. Duane was more than helpful when I brought back the pads for one of my vehicles due to an issue with the heat plate.Not only did he help me swap it out, but I decided to take care of a few other maintenance needs on the same trip (including scanning why my check engine light had recently come on too!) He spent the time to make sure I was taken care of, and gave me some great tips for future jobs as well!Theyve got my business for a long time!

Ive come in half a dozen times in the last two weeks.One employee tried telling me they dont sell brake pads. Another tried selling me RTV when I asked for a silicone lubricant. An employee here even told to me to go to NAPA instead because It was less expensive and probably in stock there. before even looking up the part number. Another did an OBD scan on my car and claimed no codes came up. Drove to NAPA, they showed four codes. NAPA also didnt complain about having to go outside and scan a vehicle like the employee at AutoZone.This location has made me a NAPA customer.

My autozone Illinois came to jump my car. This Autozone location, when I advised stranded with dead car at hotel, advised me to bring battery in. Seriously not helpful.
