It was time for my 74 year old Dad to get a different car. We were looking for something a couple years old with low miles and clean. We spent a day looking around the Skagit Valley area. Ron at Pacific Coast Auto greeted us and let us ask questions and was informative but very low pressure. We left knowing the car they had would be a top contender not only because the car was a great fit and the price was right but because of how comfortable Ron made us feel about doing business with him. We returned later in the day to drive the vehicle, met with Ron and ended up making the purchase. Pacific Coast Auto Center was such an amazing help getting my family back onto the road. After our car broke down we were out of a vehicle for months and getting turned down time after time for financing due to a past repossession on my record. Once I applied for a vehicle at Pacific Coast Auto Center I was contacted immediately by the owner and they started getting to work on my approval and within a day they had everything they needed for an approval! Not only where they fast at getting me approved but the staff was also very nice. They even came to pick me up so I didnt have to walk to get to the dealership. Buying a car can be such a stressful process but the team at pacific coast auto center made this process so easy. They were an amazing team of people to work with and Id recommend them to anyone in need of a good used vehicle.

I cant tell you how much I was dreading going to a Used Car Dealer to purchase a vehicle.....normally I buy from Dealers but because of the specifics of this vehicle, Pacific Coast was pretty much the only one in the region that had it so I didnt have much choice. I had to Fly In to see the vehicle as I was 500 Miles away and then drive another 150 miles. They actually met me at the rental car drop off point WITH THE VEHICLE! Which I wasnt expecting, they were very professional, clean cut and personable and just super friendly nice people. After the test drive we started heading back to the dealer and thoughts of that shady used car lot started creeping into my head, you know the one with the 1970s Used Cars sign with two of the letters blinking On/Off? Nope.....not the case, as a matter of fact I mistook it for part of the Dealer Lot next door as I was turning in. Clean a very well maintained, I breathed a sigh of relief and told them Well, we better get paperwork started! their reply? Your paperwork is already done.....Im a very busy man and was very appreciative of Pacific Coast not wasting a minute of my time and going the extra mile in all aspects of something I just loath doing, they made it easy and were very accommodating. Sure theyre still a Used Car Lot but theyre a Used Car lot....with a lot of class and I will be buying from them again in the future!! Thank you Pacific Coast Auto!!

I recently bought a very nice used F150 from Pacific Coast Auto Center. The price was very competitive compared to others I looked at in the Seattle/Tacoma area. I saved several hundred dollars in sales tax by driving a little further north to Burlington. The owner and salesman stayed well past closing time to final the sale.

When you a car sight unseen you have to put a lot of trust in the salesmans description. I bought a 2010 Camaro from them - there were several issues that werent disclosed and you couldnt see the issues in the pictures. I might buy from them again but never without seeing the car in person.

I purchased a 2018 GMC truck from PCAC on 3/20/21. I had never even heard of them prior to seeing the ad in AutoTrader. Im in my 60s, so have had many opportunities over the years to work with new and used car dealers; the industry has a well-earned bad reputation. I found these guys to be different. They were straight forward, professional, and respectful. Most importantly, they were not prototypical sales people in their behavior toward me. I am very intolerant of that kind of behavior, and would have walked. By the time I finished purchasing my truck I concluded that I could, and would, recommend them to anybody I know who needs a vehicle, and I will certainly start my next vehicle search with them. The salesman I worked with was Ron, and I also spent time with the owner Mike, and the Finance Manager, Mark. I highly recommend them.

My first time purchasing a car from a dealership. Overall a great experience. Workers are happy and not pushy. They are also local to Burlington where I live. Got a great deal on a 2018 Nissan still with factory warranty. Thank you!One reason why this is a 4 star rather than 5 is they failed to mention there was only one key to go with my push start car until we were walking out the door papers signed and all. I felt I was getting a honest experience until that point. I would have appreciated that information when I asked about any downsides to the car. It will cost me time and a few hundred to get a spare ordered and if I had known, I would have asked them to get one ordered for me as part of the vehicle purchase. I feel like a spare is an obvious NEED, not want, especially on a push start.

I bought a pickup from them. I had a very good experience there. Andy was my salesman and i spoke directly to Lindsay, an owner, to finish off the deal. I thought they were both great guys. I was treated fairly on my trade and on the new truck I bought.I traded in my single cab Chevy for a quad cab Dodge. To preface the rest of this, Im a car guy and I was impressed by their knowledge and how straightforward they were with me. Lindsay and Andy answered all of my questions and at one point Lindsay was under the truck pointing and explaining what theyd done in response to one of my questions.I moved to Mount Vernon from Boise a few months back and needed some recommendations for machine shops, exhaust, etc. Lindsay wrote down a recommendation for each service for me and told me who he even recommended talking to at each place.Good guys. Really guys? Knew were were coming from hours away for one specific car. Took one look under that car (they said was in pretty good overall shape) and could not believe my eyes. Newer car and the rust was so bad the actual frame rails were brittle. Very dangerous car and they tried to pass it off as good. The rust laterally was from the front to the back and seemed to be on everything under this car. I would not ever buy from these guys nor would i recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

The sales manager even turned his computer screen towards me when I was questioning what charge was being applied to which part of the price and why. Very patient and transparent. My truck had low miles, was in perfect mechanical and physical condition, and it was clean as a whistle. They even cleaned the undercarriage and dressed the tires. No stone left unturned. Id happily recommend this establishment to anyone in Skagit county.

This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE since buying a vehicle from this dealer less than 2 months ago. Not only were we given the run around on financing but our trade-in was more reliable than the vehicle we purchased. We have driven it for two weeks with no issues but after that it has been un-drivable 4 times since we bought it. We have spent thousands getting it running again. It is currently not running - again. And that fix will cost thousands. Yes, it was purchased As Is, No Warranty BUT we were blown off on given the option to purchase a warranty. We were ignorant and trusted that this dealership was trustworthy. That they were selling us a safe and reliable vehicle. That they were going to honor the first interest rate we were approved for and not give us a higher rate with a different lender. I trusted that they would know more about the vehicles that they sell.

Just bought a 2013 Ford E250 from Pacific Coast Auto Center on 10/27/14. Ramiro Baldovinos was great to deal with. Very pleased with the whole experience. Well worth the 350 mile drive to get there and back with my sweet new work rig. The easiest vehicle purchase Ive ever had at a dealership.
