Clean store with exceptional help. Headlight was out and guy behind counter was very helpful. Asked him if this was something I could replace and he told me exactly what and how to do it. Worked out great.

I had called this location looking for information on a alternator I had bought and David (General Manager) answered the phone ( not knowing he was GM), and let me tell you he is beyond awesome!!! I had lost faith in this store over the past year but Daid definitely restored my faith and has a customer for life. He went above and beyond and took the time to work with me and look at my car and telling me what I needed to do to fix my problem as well as lending me his personal tools I need to do it. I can not express how grateful to him I am.

Our car spark plug stripped on our way back to Ohio but when I tell you we stopped here David went above and beyond assisting to get us back on road again. He ( David ) is a true definition of customer service wish all encounters could be as pleasant..

Very surprised to see a community tool box at this store.Yes, most auto parts stores have friendly staff who can give you solid advice and a few stories about vehicles. This location was no exception to their service. What was a ‘delighter’ was the offering of simple tools for customers who may not have everything to make smaller repairs.Screwdrivers, wrenches, and yes even rags. What was shocking was gloves. Not the cheap white examination gloves. They had the tough black mechanic gloves. Cheers to your location and your staff. You are raising the standard in the car care experience. 🔧

The gentlemen that were inside during my visit were very unhelpful. I asked for a tool and they said if its not in the box then they dont know where it is. Everything I asked was like a bother to them as they leaned on the counter doing nothing.

Sucked. Bought a radiator with lifetime warranty. They couldent find it in the computer. Got riped off. How can u lose somthing that is supposed to b in the computer. The money I spent shows up. $2377 but not my warranty on my radiator or alternator. Hmmmm. Crooks
