Food was delicious! Coffee and chai latte were also fantastic...and great service to boot! This was a lovely find on our way to Vegas. We will be back!

Great coffee! Great food! Great atmosphere! Great wifi! I work remotely so having a good place I can sirens the day is really appreciated, but often hard to find. Firehouse is a perfect place. The coffee is great. They do free refills! The food was exceptional which I didnt expect from a coffee shop. I had the Cali Wrap, Roast Beef Sandwich, Homemade Chili, and the Spinach and Feta Quiche. Each one was delicious! The chili was worth getting twice! The staff is really fiendly. The wifi ran at about 15Mbps and I was able to do video conferencing with little problem. I did have to reconnect once when I stayed the entire day. But that was quick and easy. This place is fantastic!/** If you read this review and it helped please give it a thumbs up! **/

This is a VERY nice eatery. Selection isnt huge but the food is tasty. Great selection of handmade hot and cold beverages. You feel comfortable going in there. This is a Private owned establishment (not corporate) so you know the food will be satisfactory. Employees are super friendly. Price wise I would say, a little bit pricey but the quantity makes up for it and you are supporting small business. Definitely a go to place for sure.

They used to have the best smoothies in town. I have tried them several times now in 2019 and I would not recommend that anyone order one, they are horrible. The food still is good when ordering a sandwich. If the new owner really wanted to continue with the success that Firehouse used to have they should try and implement a lot of the same menu and smoothie recipes and mix in a few of their own that are good. I will now go to Starbucks for a cold coffee or find another venue in town that sells good smoothies.

We have been loyal patrons since our first visit when they were at the Avi, and continue with their mall location. Firehouse has been our GO TO stop on the way out of town...always for the quiche and a specialty coffee. Last few stops we have noticed that our TO GO orders take an exceptional amount of time, and they always get the order wrong. Pretty simple order; two pieces of quiche (which are in the display case and need no food prep time), and two specialty coffees. This morning, they only had one piece of quiche, so we changed up the TO GO order for a bagel, a scone, the last piece of quiche they had in the display case, and two specialty coffees. The order took quite some time to fulfill; the food items were in the display case so no food prep was necessary. The young ladies couldnt get the order right; kept forgetting to give us what we paid for, and we had to keep reminding them. There was one young lady who did put black gloves on to get the scone we ordered, but she put the scone to her nose and sniffed it. I dont know what that was about, but that is not good food handling and unsanitary. We had to tell them three times that our order was TO GO because they brought the food to us on a plate. We had to remind them that we were still waiting on our specialty coffees, and when we finally received them, the drinks appeared to have been made rapidly, and were only lukewarm. Needless to say, we have been disappointed by this poor customer service. The quiche is fabulous and rates high on our list! The service was lacking, and appears to be status quo. We are going to take a hiatus from Firehouse.

Went to Firehouse Coffee this morning for the first time. Great customer service and amazing coffee. They have perfect hours for a coffee lover like me. Ill be back, probably tomorrow.

Most excellent. Love the atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My latte was incredible. I asked for extra foam and the barista delivered. When Im in the area again Ill definitely come back.

Best coffee shop on Hwy 95! Full-service (with an assortment of hot/cold drinks, pastries and snacks), quiet and comfortable. Nicer than Starbucks, but not drive-thru like The Hut or Human Bean.Highly recommended for a quad-espresso with cold milk...and reading the news on your phone!

First impression walking through the door is... Omg this place is so cute!! Firehouse theme in every way! Its very clean and obviously well taken care of. I ordered a vanilla caramel & a Heath bar frappe. They were beautifully constructed! Taste great too! The only thing I would do next time is order my drink with an extra espresso shot or something. I know everybody has their preference but I like my coffee very robust! I will express that next time around. So excited when I found out they have a rewards system in place for loyal customers. My barista Dallas was very kind and gave outstanding customer service. Give this place a shot its worth your time!!!

This place is a joke. Went there and ordered french bread for my sandwich, they didnt have any. Ordered the soup, they didnt have any. Ordered a soft drink which is on the menu, they dont have soft drinks. Needless to say, we wont be back.

This place is so cool. Staff are friendly and food is so good ...like your walking into a friends house . Warm and welcoming. We have a 2nd home in bullhead, which we go often and we have gone twice. Each experience the same..very very happy.

Ordered cob salads. Asked for ranch and got balsamic vinegar on all salads. Lettuce was almost shredded. And took more than 30 minutes. Paid 27.77 for 2 salads way over priced. Ordered the same 3 salads and they all came differently.

Food was good except the got the order, no cheese no potato wrong, tried to correct it but the server was clueless, had to get the Mgr or other girl to u Der stand what that meant, honestly how hard is it to understand no potato or cheese

Stopped in for a hot cup on a very chilly day. Had their broccoli & spinach quiche, husband had soup & roast beef sandwich. The coffee and food was great, the staff so friendly. Love the firemen decorations/tribute. Definitely returning to do this again .. Folks in Kingman, AZ

If I could I would give zero stars I asked for a large peach peach mango smoothie they said they didnt make them anymore they even gave me a rude attitude about it because I knew they were lying because I bought one Thursday I even had a photo but they didnt care that Is why human bean is a better place to get coffee they have fast and friendly service I would recommend no one buy coffee from the shady people that work at firehouse

The food and tea were good but I think that waiting 30+ minutes for a cinnamon roll (which just needed to be placed in a bag) and a tea is really too much. Not to mention the higher price tag.While I was waiting, I also saw one of the workers clear used dishes and then turn around and plate food for someone else ( all without washing her hands or wearing gloves)

Great place to have coffee beats Starbucks by a mile. Good food items Prices are very reasonable staff is great friendly and helpful always smiling. Great ambiance love the original pole dancer in the back corner. Plan to visit more often.

Loved the decor! Had a French onion soup and a sandwich, both were very good. Definitely a place to come see, pick up a bite to eat, and hang out on one of their couches. You will be happy you did.

Quiet, small place. Good coffee, good food. Love the firehouse theme. Its interesting at all the photos and patches from firefighters. Decent for a lite lunch with a small group. Coffee is strong, but much better than Starbucks. This is a preferred stop for coffee and free WiFi.

For years I looked forward to our trips to river in Bullhead AZ ..not just for the obvious Fun!! packed good times but for my firehouse coffee experience delicious coffee and many tastey breakfast Quiches but for the relaxing inviting interesting firehouse decor..and very friendly staff...I really enjoyed exploring thur the shop taking it all in...last few years havent been the same ..as it turns out its under new management..my guess is it just not filled with the love & passion of its past owners..sadly it shows..😶

Awesome cafe. As a prior firefighter I appreciate the decor but the real is the coffee, excellent. Their food selection is pretty generous but only had the coffee.

Long wait. Bacon burrito sure looked like chunks of ham to me... They still said it was bacon. Undercooked? Why chopped up? Last time I ordered same, it was authentic.

Its firehouse coffee is one of the best places Ive ever I eating at its my favorite place I love their food and their drinks and theres sandwiches salad all amazing

Organic coffee beans ☕️ so thats pretty cool. Nice atmosphere, very quiet and relaxed. Live music on Sundays. Free wifi. Plenty of seating indoors, few tables outside. Bathroom needs improvement. Usually friendly service, not always. Lattes, Frappes, Smoothies, Tea & Breakfast items. Drinks are different from chain coffee shops. Much less sugar/sweetnesss. (Thats not a bad thing.) Overall, worth checking out.

The food was great. .....the staff were very friendly......and the decor was extremely cool. But really there is only one problem, to get that damn amazing Wasabi Dressing I have to drive from Vegas (2 hrs!!) To get it. And trurh be told, it is freaking awesome! ! No BS...THE BEST TUNA ON A SALAD EVER!

Wife and I visit at leat once when we are in the Laughlin/ Bullhead City area. We get great service, tasty food and wonderful service. Might have to go again before we leave on this trip.

Amazing decor... could spend an entire morning in this place drinking delicious coffee .Enjoy the fact that this is not a corporate owned super store ... much friendlier and inviting . TO WHO IT MAY CONCERN!!!! We went in to firehouse yesterday and when we walked in the door the very d iscouraging smell. ITS SMELLS LIKE DIRTY FEET.THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY THE TABLES WERE DIRTY.IT REALLY WENT DOWN HILL. SERVICE WAS GOOD. BUT THAT SMELL WILL STOP ME FROM GOING IN THERE AGAIN.THIRD TIME I WE WENT IN THERE AND HAD THAT SMELL..THAT PLACE NEEDS A VERY GOOD CLEANING...HOPE YOU FI X THE PROBLEM CAUSE USE I REALLY DID LIKE THE PLACE WHEN IT DIDNT STINCK..

Asked to add avocado to a sandwich and got charged for a micro sliver of avocado on only one half of my sandwich.

Been in there 3-4 times to get coffee and every time I get it half of the coffee is down the side of the cup. No pride in service by the staff.
