Don’t get scammed. This place is a total ripoff. They told me they would put the $99 diagnostic towards my repair and when I agreed to the repair the said no. There are so many places better than here. You will be scammed. Avoid avoid avoid.

I love this service store and their employees… I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for overheating. They fixed it, did a great job and also one of the employees, I think Micheal, took me to work so I can leave my car there all day.. they found the problem that my past three service shops couldn’t find so I am a new customer for life…Great customer service..Fred is funny and great with the customers…When I need anything pertaining to my vehicle this will be my new service shop

I had a tire blow out on my way home to Florida from North Carolina, only to find out that another tire was about to blow and my mechanic in FL put the wrong sized tires on my truck. The people at Firestone, Leighton specifically, were extremely helpful in making sure that I got my tires fixed, aligned, and in a timely manner so I could get back on the road. Leighton made sure I was taken care of and I want to note that as a woman I sometimes feel taken advantage of when getting car repairs, and I did NOT feel this way at Firestone.

They changed all 4 tires in about 30 min. I called ahead and they answered all my questions. They were very helpful and polite.Edit: I was able to avoid a head on collision thanks to my new tires. 👍🏽

Always an awesome experience when I have to bring my automobile in for service, the people are as awesome as it gets and the products are just as good. My tires always get far more miles than the tire warranty say I should.The lifetime alignment is an awesome bargain.

Took my daughters car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got the car back and it was riding really rough when going over speed bumps - a distinct change from when we brought it in. Spoke to Mike, the store manager, and he said to bring the car back in to have it looked at. Took it in that evening and the shop supervisor, Nick, said he was not expecting us, but he looked at the car and said the right front brake caliper was locked up. The rough ride didnt seem like a caliper issue, but I checked the caliper myself, and yes, it was starting to lock up, so I spent an hour and replaced it myself for $70, but that did not fix the rough ride from going over bumps. Had to bring the car back in a second time and handed it off to Fred. Fred and the mechanic, Jimmy, test drove the car and said that all four of the KSport coilovers on it needed to be replaced, but they couldnt quote the repair cost because they said no one had the parts in stock. I took the car back and did about 15 minutes of research on the web regarding these coilovers and found that theres a dampening adjustment knob on the top of the front struts. I discovered that someone had set the drivers side strut to a very hard setting and the passenger was set to very soft. I was able to reset the settings to the same adjustment, and the harsh ride problem completely disappeared.Firestone has been notorious for fraud in the past, and I do not trust them at all. My issue was caused by either gross negligence or deliberate sabotage, either one is unacceptable in my book because it resulted in a lot of stress and loss of my familys time - and of course, no one at Firestone is willing to take responsibility for either case. I called the area manager, Julian Marchi, several times to discuss this issue and left him three voicemails, but he never returned my call. Everyone we talked with at Firestone was more than willing for us to spend hundreds of hard-earned dollars on spurious repairs with no concern about the effect it would have on me or my family. Its only because I have a level of mechanical ability that I was able to save that money. Those folks know how to talk courteously and all, but they also know how to bilk customers out of their cash. I do not recommend taking any car there ever unless you dont care how much money youll be asked to spend to repair it.

Been here twice. 1st time the person at the counter was ok. Did his job. 2nd time, the older gentleman was great. Tire replacement was quick each time.

This place is awesome for people like me who don’t like appointments 🤷🏽‍♂️.You can as well book appointments but as for me, I like doing walk-ins .This shop is very visible to vehicles in normal traffic.The other great thing about this place is it provides a variety of options for vehicle pickup ; you can either wait on spot or leave your car and they give a call to come pick it up as soon as work is done .-The average wait time for someone wanting to do car inspection and oil change is 50 minutesDid I mention that they have crazy low prices ?? During my visit to do a car inspection and oil change (which includes tire rotation) just cost me $42 .I highly recommended this shop to everyone who wants a 5 star service with excellent customer service experience ..

I went to change my oil today and my oil plug could not be moved. Since Firestone was the last place that changed my oil I called and they said to run it up there so I did. They took it back and gave me a new plug which I appreciate but when I got back home and jacked it back up the plug still wouldnt budge. Which tells me that they either tightened it more or did nothing at all. Maybe it was a mistake but I lost a lot of time today and now that plug is in worse shape than before because I tried everything to get it off. I have done a lot of my own work before.. Starter, Alternator. Brakes including multiple oil changes so I can rule out me not knowing what Im doing. That plug should have came right off after they loosened it. I will have to wait until tomm. to get this sorted out as I spent way too much time on a stuck plug today.

My negative review was deleted. I was turned away twice because they were too busy to see me. Ive called over the phone several times and it was the same result, no available apps, no help. Received a response from owner to email and the email address owner provided me blocked my email, which I posted. They lost a long time customer. I am now happy with whom I with, maybe it needed to happen that way. I do not recommend them.

Quick check in. Dropped car off and the did what they said they were going to do.They didnt try to upcharge me or sell me services I didnt need. Very professional.I received a call when I first made the on line appointment but never got a call that my car was ready. They said they tried 4-5 times but I never received it nor does my phone show missed calls. Maybe they were having phone issues. I acknowledged that was my correct number before I left. Oh well.

Came in Thursday morning they say its a 4-Hour wait for an alignment they have no help

1. Sold me lifetime alignment when all I needed was an inspection, which I ended up needing my rotors resurfaced. 2019 $180 increase.2. Sold me an inspection test instead of an oil change, which the person knew I needed. Ended up paying for the inspection instead of getting it free with an oil change. On top of that, they didnt even check my brakes. 2020 $20 loss.Dont believe me? Look up my records. Its only this location that does things like this. Never had this type of experience at other Firestone locations.

I live in Gainesville, but still drive back to this location to get service done. The staff are great and worth the trip! They are really willing to go the extra mile for their customers satisfaction.

We get our cars repaired here and have for many years and theyve always done a great job.

Getting your car repaired is always awful but I always take my car here. They will never try to up sell you, anything they recommend they would do for their own car. They are always honest and quick. We’ve been going here for 10 years and they’ve always taken very good care of us.

Im from SC I traveled to Florida to pick my car up and came to Georgia to spend the weekend with my friends. I called this Firestone because I needed a oil change and other lil things done. They told me sure and to drop my car off. So I dropped it off and they took care of everything. This was absolutely the best experience I had from Firestone and Ive been going to them for 10 years now. They were nice and did anything I needed. Thank you all

First and foremost, these guys deleted my last review. If THAT does not give you an idea of how much these guys value you and your experience than i dont know what does.Terrible service honestly. Your better off taking your vehicle to its certified service center.The mechanics are not quality prioritized. They are just winging it. They do NOT go by the book when it comes to repairs, which causes damages. In my case it was various STRIPPED BOLTS. And when attempting to have this addressed by the warranty. I ended up i a legal battle with these guys. Learn from my mistake. Please.

Came in for a tire pressure check and the service was quick. Was in and out within 3 minutes.

I had a flat on 85 north and this was the closest location. I called and the gentleman said it would take about 1.5 hours to fix. We got there and even with them having to drive to a different location to get the tire, it took less than a hour and we were back on our way.

I was really impressed. This was the first time i used this location. The employees were very kind and polite. They were very busy but i was treated like i was important. They got my problem solved and repair complete much faster than i expected. I will definitely be a return customer.

Auto Repair shops usually come with the general rule expect to be screwed over ...but NOT this location!! we started coming here a few years ago for our basic oil changes and small repairs, The more frequent we visit the location the more I truly trust what they are telling me on what’s needed and what’s NOT needed on repairs/maintenance. I love the guys here, all of them are so friendly no BS, they address you by name, not pushy and up selling everything they can, they are just good, hardworking people like the rest of us! The Mall of GA Firestone is terrific. Fred has been there number of years and always genuinely curious how can be of help. Quality workmanship and great communication.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and came out to be told my brand new Toyota’s belt & battery were bad. Was told that the belt was dry rotting and it needed to be replaced and my batter was a 3.5 and needed to be a 5. They also showed me my air filter that was dirty. Long story short, I allowed them to replace my air filter but wanted a second opinion on my battery & belt. The man basically told me my car wasn’t going to last without it.. I went to Elite Auto Tires and explained everything allegedly going on with my car. He checked it and laughed and said your brake belt is perfect and tested my battery. He brought me into his shop and showed me a bad belt and a good belt and walked me back out to my car and asked me what my belt looks like and I said it looks like a great belt. So the moral of the story.. they really do try to take advantage of you. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They have to up-charge to meet their goals. Now I’m wondering if my air filter was even bad to begin with. Such a scam of a place. Grateful for an honest shop to tell me the truth and save me money.

I had the worst experience with this place. I originally came in because of an oil leak. Paid for a special dye to be placed in with the motor oil in order to find the leak. It was determined to be the valve cover gasket and the oil cap. Paid to have it replaced only to find it still leaking, FROM THE VERY SAME PLACES the very next week. Very bad workmanship. Had to come back to get it re-done but then turns out to be the entire valve cover itself. Smh. To top it all of the technician (Travis) did NOT tighten all the bolt back down. So guess who woke up to a puddle of oil on his driveway. Im am very disappointed and it is with great shame that i write this review. I will not be recommending this place. In fact if you got work down here i recommend that you re-check the work that was done yourself.

The staff is always nice enough, but the prices are just silly.I went in with a squeak under my car, and bald tires. I get the estimate and they want $2,045 for repairs and tires. Apart from the $650 they wanted for new tires, they estimated the repairs at $1,400.My car is only worth $1,500....So naturally, I took it to a friend who said the same thing about the repairs, except he estimated them at $700 INCLUDING tires...Firestone estimated one part at $118 and I needed two of them. My friend ordered the same part online for $15 each leaving me at $30 instead of $238 from Firestone for that part alone.So the moral of the story is that places like this have to make money and they dont mind overcharging to the max to do so. So if you have plenty of money and dont mind the inflated prices for the convenience of having to avoid any amount of work besides swiping your credit card, then this is definitely your place.But if you are economical at all, my suggestion is take in your car for a $10 inspection and estimate, then take it to someone local who is cheaper and just as capable (or a friend, if youre fortunate). See what they think and make an informed decision from there. But if you look around online and inform yourself, youre almost certain to find a better option than Firestone.But once again, the staff was really great and seemed capable. My issue with the company has always been its poor business tactics.

Scott and his team were amazing and won a new customer. I called last night right before closing with a blown tire and needing 4 new ones. He didnt have the tires I needed in stock, but said he would get them by 9am. I was on a pressed schedule for the next morning and Scott went out of his way to make sure I was done quickly and on budget. He told me to come in early, got the tires early, and had me out the door before my appointment was supposed to start! Well done!

I don’t know what happened in the last 6 months but the service has got real bad. Doesn’t matter if you come in first thing in the morning or 3 in the afternoon, they will tell you a oil change or new tires will take 3 to 4 hrs. They used to be a 5 star

Called the store and was quoted a 1.5 wait for 4 new tires. When I arrived I was quoted 1-1.5 hours. Work was completed after 3 hours and 11 minutes with the only additional work being a wheel alignment. They were disrespectful of my time. The work was completed with good workmanship, the staff was courteous, but the wait time and the inaccurate quote for that time ruined what was an otherwise good experience.

The guys there at Firestone were very nice and honest. There were a lot of repairs to be done with my trucks brakes and tires so it was expensive but they bundled a few things together to make it cheaper so I could get the most out of my money! Only took for hours for a ton of work done! Very impressed. Its been 2 months since and my truck is working so smoothly.

Firestone took care of me when my car broke down, getting me back on the road safely. They went over and above to make that happen for which I will always be grateful.

Had an appointment at 12:00 for an alignment, was told it will take an hour. Waiting with two kids in the lobby for 2 hours just to be told that the car is not ready yet is rediculous. Pulled it out and told me it will need to go back on the rack again. Not sure what the point of an appointment is if it serves no timely purpose! Will lot be coming back here again!!

Serious live savers here! My husband and I were driving in the mall of Georgia area where suddenly we heard a loud clicking sound from our car which didn’t sound too good. We searched up auto shops near us and firestone was the closest but it was closing in 20 minutes. We desperately decided to go even though it was cutting it close to closing and the gentleman at the front desk said they could drive it and see for themselves what sound we were hearing even though at this point they were closing in 15 minutes. It turned out to be loose struts and a loose WHEEL so we were lucky to have come in at that time or who knows what could’ve gone wrong on the road. On top of that we were in and out within 15/20 minutes. We’re super appreciative of their great customer service!

I went in for an appointment July 3 at 9:30a. I think a guy named Mark helped me. Everyone was very nice, informative and wasnt pushy. Mark gave me a price on a tire but the tire was out of stock when they went to get it at another store. He did everything to make it right and I ended up leaving in a better situation than I thought. I recommend this location especially if the only day you can get things done is Sunday.

Gf went to another place first and they tried to use and abuse her for more money. Took her kia forte here. These guys know what they are doing. They completed the work earlier than even expected. If your going to go anywhere around i would suggest these guys. They are upfront, honest and fast. On top of that they will sit there and take the time to show you everthing and explain it.

I took my car for alignment and balancing and they broke down something else and now the checkin engine light is on and they ask me for $ 165 to repair the problem

Dec. 8, 2018 was my visit. I had an appointment. I needed two new tires and two old tires moved around. I arrived on time. They were very busy. I should add this is my first visit to this location. I have dealt with Firestone for a long time now. Its all I run on my equipment. I have been to other locations in our beautiful U.S. I know the tires I wanted. I know the price I was going to pay. Not only the tires price but for mounting, valve and balance. I expected a certain price out the door.As a female, I am always on guard when dealing with mechanical issues. Men believe we are all arm candy and think our husbands handle all the maintenance. So I go in with a no nonsense attitude. Which I hate by the way.I was set at ease very quickly. He didnt try to up sell me. He didnt tell me another tire was better. He didnt over tower me. I bought the tire I came in there for. I got to use the coupon I walked in with. He even matched the on-line price. Now I didnt get in the bay on time. They were very busy when I arrived. The reviews I have read complain about that., Not getting started on when you have an appointment. Well...lets be realistic here. Do you expect them to keep a bay door open just for you? What happens if you dont show up? They are running a business there. An open bay door is not efficient from a financial stand point. So they didnt get to me on-time. Yeah my time is important but I also run a business so I am aware of glitches. Anyways, my experience was great. It took longer then expected but the guys were friendly, entertaining and communication was awesome. Although I am the kind of customer that stays on top of the process but I am not a mother hen. I plan to go back for another set very soon. Thats why I am writing this review. The ones I have read were a good mix but the bad ones were unfair. I thought I would add my two cents. So I have.Its Dec. 30, 2018. I visited Dec. 8, 2018. I plan to visit before 2019. So Happy New year.

Went to have a tire replaced 2 weeks ago. Then after waiting an additional 30 minutes for the tech to turn off my tire pressure gauge light, I was told that they couldnt get the light to turn off because of the equipment they were using. Was told I could come back the following week, but I waited an additional week because I couldnt get over there. So today I had to fight mall traffic to get over there and what I hear is that their device is on order and that they had to get approval from their regional manager. All I know are all they know is that its on order and they dont know when it will be in. I mean this is a tire company, and to not have something as important as whatever mechanism they need to turn off the tire pressure gauge light, is totally unacceptable. Im a patient guy but I dont have time to run to these guys twice 2 have something done the right way. I drive Uber for a living, and now I cant tell if its just the tire that they put on or if theres something wrong with my other tires.

After getting new tires put on by another company the previous day, one of my tires was losing air very quickly. The company that put the tires on was closed over the holiday weekend, but Firestone was able to fit my car in. Turns out the wheel itself was bent, and they had also broken the pressure sensor in the process of putting the new tires on. The repair couldnt wait as I needed transportation for work. Normally wheels take several days to order in, even more so given the holiday; however, I somehow managed to find one the next day. A special thank you to Scott who was very kind and accommodating. My car was fixed before I needed it again for work and for next to nothing. Ill definitely be bringing my car back here for future repairs.

They were in a big hurry to get me out the door for their own personal reasons after an oil change last Sunday. Turned out that they didnt replace my o ring and 2 days later I had engine failure because all my oil had leaked out through the oil filter.I towed my car in and they replaced the o ring and put new oil in. No apology. In fact someone told me when I asked how long I was going to have to smell burning oil (because they barely cleaned up the mess) that I should be thankful that at least it isnt the smell of coolant burning off.I will never trust these guys with my Challenger again.

Always friendly but made the appt. online and put in the type of vehicle which they say will ensure they have the parts on site. I requested both air filters be changed as part of this service and they didn’t have them at the shop causing me to wait for them to come from NAPA. 1 hour and 40 min. for an oil change, tire rotation, and two air filters is a bit much in my opinion.

So I own a 1997 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L engine I know it does not require over 5 quarts of oil 4.4 is the norm. I went in with an online coupon for $19.99 oil change and was quickly told that my vehicle required 5.5 quarts and the total with coupon would be 27.88. Not feeling the mood to argue, get angry or drive to another shop I kept my thoughts to myself. Just know I will take my business else where. I mean if your going to lie about my oil capacity what else will you lie to me about?

$31 dollars and an hour wait to patch my tire. Something most places would do for nothing. It was super frustrating.Fast forward to when I next when to my car. I turned it on and the light was back on and my tire looked low. I brought it to my normal mechanic to fix and they told me the sensor for the tire had been broken and was just hanging in the tire. A sensor is $60 plus tax. My mechanic didnt charge me for the labor.Now Im really upset. Ive spent hours on this one simple issue and almost $100. So I go to Firestone to try to at least get the money back for the bad patch. I am very fortunate that Fred was working there that day because as soon as I explained to him that Firestone had broke my sensor and that the patch wasnt done correctly he refunded me for the tire repair and the sensor repair. Ive updated my rating accordingly.

This is my favorite firestone in GA. They are friendly and helpful and also willing to work with you and explain everything in detail. Love this place.

I have been coming here for a few years and always have a great experience. Today I brought two vehicles in and both were done before the expected time with no further changes or charges that what was explained on drop off.

I have been coming here for a while and my experience is almost the exact same. The check in process is ridiculously long. if the phone rings that comes before the customer that your already helping (the phone rang twice) and those customers were helped before I could even get my vehicle entered into the system. They are always under staffed and the service seems slow. I would be a little bit more understanding if it was because there were people with appointments in front of me, but this is the same experience I have with or without an appointment. suggestions, simplify the check in process, and take care of the customer that is in front of you and have the people on the phone hold while you are taking care of the customer IN FRONT of you. If scott wasn’t so nice this rating would be a 1 star.

Never had an isssue, it does cost a little more money but the service is good and they are honest. If theres any problem they will work with you.
