My father took his bmw and Mercedes to this shop. Went in for a diagnostic..... called him and told him he owed $900 for diagnostic. We came into shop and they had torn it apart. We never authorized any work on the car. When we arrived we said we didn’t authorize any work to be done, he immediately said he could put it back together but still would work for another $900. Total would be $1800 at this point. Police came and told them to release car, they would not release car and lied and said we needed to pay storage fees for a months worth, keep in mind they kept car there for 12 days. Made excuses that we could’t tow car out because there were other cars in front and they couldn’t move it. Called cops again.... eventually they were forced to move the car out and was able to get car out. Thieves and unprofessional.Update: After taking to another mechanic they were able to fix the car for under $300 and rebuild the mess that Global Auto Center made. The new mechanic also found out that Global Auto Center had removed a bolt from steering wheel mount making it dangerous because the steering wheel would come loose at any moment and cause a big accident. Needless to say they didn’t even need to touch that to fix the engine.Global would not release the car after police waited outside for them to release the car. They came up with excuses that they couldn’t move other cars to release my dads car. Eventually another sheriff came and forced them to move the other cars which they easily turned on and moved without a problem.After that they said they would charge us double for pulling our non functioning car out of the garage. We said we could put in neutral and we would push it out. He screamed and said he would not allow us to step foot inside the shop to move the car as they laughed... out tow truck company was able to go above and beyond and pull car out while Global filmed the whole thing waiting and hoping the tow truck would mess something up since he had to maneuver around their equipment that they wouldn’t move.These people are thieves and liars!!! Never go here. Also their reviews are of friends and family.

Now that my warranty has expired, I will only bring my cars to Global Auto. My wife and I both have BMWs and have been extremely happy with the service Yuri has provided. Hes knowledgeable, honest, fair, and informative. Weve been back multiple times for both regular maintenance and repairs. Maintenance costs are typical for the cars, but repair costs are consistently significantly less than what the dealership quotes for the same repair. Replacement parts have been OEM and have been holding up great. Definitely recommended!

Service here is horrible, took my car here for brake service was told my car was fixed... left with my car and the entire rear wheel locked up on my car. I had the car sent back and was recharged to tighten up some bolts they didn’t secure. Highly not recommended

Pleasant people, great customer service BUT will MILK YOU DRY and smile while doing it. I brought my 2007 BMW X5 there today to have them take a look at my vehicles Stereo/GPS system which had burnt out over the weekend. I explained to the tech/Owner what was going on with the vehicle yesterday (before driving 1 hour from Snellville). I told him that the system burnt out and that there was an electrical smell and smoke coming into the car at the time. I also told him that I thought that maybe it was a fuse but I checked all of my fuses plus a blown fuse wouldnt could smoke to appear in the car. He confirmed that I was right and insisted that I have him take a look at it. So I did.I got there on time, when they first opened and he took a look at it right away, as promised. The customer service was great. He showed me where to sit and offered me coffee. An hour later he came out with a paper and said the he ran a test. I said Awesome, so whats the problem? He said We checked all of the fuses and the fuse were all fine. We also ran a test and the test came back showing that the radio, gps, satellite system, and everything associated isnt working. HOWEVER, we can do a more thorough test to each component to see where the problem lied for another $85 per hour, which would be $170 more because it will take 2 hours.Now I do understand that theres an average cost of $85 to run a diagnosis test (which he never mentioned) but to charge me $85 to run a test just to tell me THE OBVIOUS...which I already explained over the phone is absolulety ABSURD! I asked him what happens if that test doesnt show anything? He said that theyll keep running tests (at $85 per hour) until they figure out the problem. So, adding up the cost for the worse case possibility...Im looking at spending $500 to $1000 just to diagnose a problem. WHAT A RIDICULOUS RIP-OFF!!!I paid my $85 dollars and ran out of there. All the while they were really nice about it...smiles and all. I am definitely NOT using them in the future.

BEWARE of these guys......My father took his BMW to get some diagnosis doen and after he came to get the car these guys SWITCHED HIS WHEELS AND TIRES OUT. They put used tires that are worn and old and scratched up wheels. His tires were Continental and when he came back the car had TOYO tires on it. Wheels were also worn and scratched up everywhere....The guys denied everything and when he called the police they couldnt do anything wither.......We dont know what else to do other than write the reviews about them so others can be more careful.....
