We have used Premier Collision 3 times. Just recently my suv started giving me problems and since I had work done recently I wanted to check in to see if it was related. The good news is that it wasn’t related. The great news is that Nick helped me isolate the problem and find a very cheap solution. Now it’s working with a repair bill. Great customer service!!!

Nick and his team are awesome! I have (unfortunately :-) ) had to use them several times over the years. I have three kids. Lol. They always do a fantastic job. If you are working with insurance, they take care of everything. You literally take the car to them and that is it. If I pay out of pocket, their costs are always reasonable, they use quality parts (I usually get OEM), they are quick and I promise you will NEVER know your car was even scratched. This is the ONLY place I will take any of my cars when they need body/paint repair. Hopefully, I will not see them soon.

The front of my car was hit by a truck. I dropped my car off, a day and a half later they had taken it apart and called with a quote and timeframe for repairs. They called two days before it was scheduled to be finished to let me know it was ready for pickup. In one week they ordered, painted, and installed the parts. The front looked so good I wish I had asked them to touch-up the entire car.

After hitting a deer, I needed body repairs on a 2018 Suburban. Dealt with Angela at the front desk and Nick in the shop. Both were very polite, professional and helpful. As a USAA recommended repair shop, they made the process extremely easy and met their projected deadline. The quality of the work was outstanding. I noticed a slight misalignment of the front quarter panel when I picked the truck up and pointed it out to Nick. Without hesitation, he took it back into the shop and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall.

I was given a quote of $600 for what I thought was a minor repair on my car. I wound up using a service in Gainesville that did a fantastic job for $300.

I took my daughter’s Jeep to Premier Collision Center after she was in a pretty significant accident. I was expecting it to take several weeks, but Nick promised the car would be ready in 7 days. He actually completed it a day early and it looked better than it did before the accident. While I hope it doesn’t happen often, they will absolutely get all of our business going forward and I am confident in recommending them to everyone else too.

Fast, efficient, and thorough repair completed in minimal amount of time. Very impressed with the proactive and seamless communication between Premier and our Insurance provider (USAA).
