Excellent location right off of Beach Blvd and the 91 freeway. The parking lot is ample and easy to navigate. There are many other businesses in the plaza, but there is still enough room to find convenient parking. All the displays are neat and the shelves are nearly stocked. The associates are super helpful and checkout service is quick!

Upon entering (as most of do) we stoped at the restroom before we started to shop.Well, this was the WORSE restroom I have ever seen in a Target. PURE DISGUST! The reputation that Target has this does not perceived them. The purse you see in picture looks like someone stole a purse, and this was the one the left behind. We left and didnt care to shop there(for one we had find restroom now) anymore.

I would give this target no stars if possible. I visited this store today and never have I seen a target like this one. It was absolutely repugnant. It was filthy beyond belief. The shelves were sloppy with items thrown everywhere. Purses, shoes, toys, trash and pillows were on the floors. The floors were littered with trash and food. Abandoned Starbucks Coffee cups were left to rest comfortably on multiple shelves intended for clothing. The store contained multiple safety violations (I counted seven). This store by no means matches the glitzy TV commercials and advertisements for Target. I am truly disgusted that a major corporation can operate such a toxic business in 2017.

Was inside for razors had to try the smartly brand over Harrys and just as brand goes this purchase wasnt impressed due to past reviews this was recommended by target employees outside of california.

This is by far the best Target I have been to. The employees are funny and friendly. Every time I walked into an aisle that had an employee, they would say hi, and ask if Im finding everything okay. They go above and beyond to get items that are in the back. I love shopping for my husbands and toddlers clothing here. The tables and racks are always nice and tidy. My son was screaming and crying, and the cashier was so calm and even gave him stickers! Theyre the best. I visited the Starbucks as well and they are so fast at making drinks, Diana and Raylene are the best! They made 6 drinks for me, they were very quick and looked delicious.

Easy access, items are what I want or need. usually have all that I am looking for.

The app is easy to use whether Im building a list for in store shopping or picking up curbside. That pickup window is generous so its convenient to place an order in the morning and stop by after running other errands on the way home.

They purposely hang up the phone when it rings every time. I can hear it pickup and hang up really fast. I just wanted to know when the pharmacy closes for my prescription.

This target has done a lot of remodels to make it look a lot nicer but everytime I need to use the restroom here, its always disgusting. They clearly need to do more bathroom checks.

While waiting for a coffee at the starbucks I noticed a target employee not standing on the social distancing circle but close to wear they hand out the drinks and the server didnt say anything to this employee.but when my order came up my foot just a little over the circle and the server was quick to put me on blast and tell me to respect the social distancing policy..so most be nice that target employees dont have to follow the rules I guessing

I went in an hour before they closed and the store was clean and organized. Even though they didnt have socks that were not in different colors in one package. I found some socks I liked.

This Target is usually nice and accommodating. The drive up is definitely helpful but today my husband had a terrible experience. He went to go pick up a drive up order. He said the employee came out but didnt have the items for the order. She then went back into the store but didnt return. He waited for almost 30 minutes then decided to go into the store to see what was going on. When he went to the customer service desk he said there were 2 women standing there talking and our order was in a shopping cart next to the women. He asked about the order and what was taking so long and the only response he received was I dont know. He mentioned the employee that initially was supposed to get the order was named Rosie. Not sure if this is due to being short staffed but it has never been an issue before.

Honestly the diversity in the music that plays at target stores makes me feel welcomed. Another think that makes a difference is how everything is stocked and neat. It makes me feel like Im the first person in an aisle and almost like it was stocked for me. The popcorn here is also amazing and Im glad this Target still makes/sells it.

I shopped here just the other day when I could walk right in. Now you must stand in line, wear a mask, and the max occupants is 250. So, stand in line, limited people inside, plus mask on the inside? Doesnt make sense. But it is to keep people healthy right?They remodeled. I dont care for the new Target. They have raised prices, they have few clearance shelves, the stock has dwindled, but their clerks are friendly. I dont go in and browse anymore. Even their clearance items are too much money. To me anyway.

The plus size womans clothing is very limited in selection/style. Everything else non clothing was alright.

Most of the time they show that they have products in store but when you go in store its hardly at its place, then we need to find employees & when you got hold of them they tell you that item is at backside or not in stock. Very less employees & very little help they offer. I prefer going to Walmart or other Target then this store.

Every single time I go into the specific Target I get profiled and followed by security. They make it so obvious that it is insulting. I have never stolen from this institution in my entire life. I am not a thief either. it has now happened so much that I no longer wish to even spend money at that establishment ever again on top of that I am making it my lifes work to ensure and nobody else goes to spend money there as well.

The cashier I had today - Austin! He was amazing!! Its been a very long time since Ive left Target - Buena Park - smiling ear to ear about my purchases. Austin made ALL THE DIFFERENCE FOR ME TODAY! Friendly, professional, and so, so efficient. He asked all the right questions - if I had a Red Card, cartwheel, coupons, just a fantastic shopping trip. I loved it!

This Target is conveniently located in the shopping center with Days Inn and Starbucks in the inside! Try their popcorn so delicious

Amazed of how simple the app works and how reliable it is. I think the most important think here is to appreciate the employees running around for us so we don’t have to either come down and battle Parking when we have children in the car and are just trying to get the task done.

Always love shopping at Target. This time it was for back to school items. They had a great sale on Cat & Jack uniforms $5 shirts and $10 pants. The thing is sizes go fast! The other things like school supplies are priced pretty fair. Enjoy my time there always!

I went in today at 7 am, December 24th and there were zero cashiers or anyone. I finally was told that there was someone working and she was by customer service. I ask for lighters I was told they were by the registers and they werent any. The lady that was suppose to help me, went to the self checkout. I went by the registers for the 3rd time but no one was there to help. I complained at customer service and the arrogant older lady told me that she was too busy and there is nothing she can do but call someone. She did and that person never came.How is a huge company like Target, on Christmas Eve, open and not have a single person up front but an arrogant old lady and another in a wheel chair. The self help line was backed up with over 10 people and there were zero live cashiers and no one was up front for security either.Terrible service.Target, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Very friendly staff, great prices, and exceptional availability

This store probably is the biggest target around the whole city and has variety of products that are in stock. When some items are on a big sale that goes out of stock fast, I was always lucky to get it when I stopped by at this location to check out the item because this target perhaps has most items without those being out of stock. I would recommend this store if you see other locations having limited stocks of the items you are wanting to purchase.

The managements should let costumer know they run out target plastic bag since July 9 and 10. It’s upsetting loading your cart when you reach to cashier telling you “ I’m so sorry we run-out bag” put signs on the entrance door.

The staff went out of their way to grab me a cart and not just one but all 4 of the staff members greeted me with a smile. It’s the little thinks that help and I really appreciated it!

John was so helpful - not pushy at all - listened to our needs and made suggestions - Our order was placed within 45 min of us walking through the door - The best mattress experience we have ever had - Great quality products and cheaper too!

I love Target. Everything is accessible and I rarely leave the store without a purchase.

My experience in there was great, however they probably should have more employees in there to help people find stuff. I was wandering around looking for shampoo for solid 15 minutes. Also, maybe introduce baskets? Cart is sometimes too much for two bottles of shampoo and a bottle of water, but I cant carry that with my bare hands.

The Drive up is the best!! It was easy to shop @Target during the Xmas shopping, I downloaded the Target app and wola, the app told me the exact price and even the isle it was located!! Very pleased with the experience.

This visit was fine. Last time I shopped at Target, wrote a check and it did not go thru, I called the checking co. You work with and was told they could not accept the check because it was over 200 dollars, and I DONT shop there often enough. So I believe I wont shop at your store, and be embarrassed again. I did take the items of which I paid CASH FOR. 200 HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Drive up service is awesome. Super convenient. Some items aren’t available for drive up which I think is the bad thing about it but other than that it’s awesome

This place is always packed and humming with human energy. Love the people in the pharmacy, and Patty, the pharmacist is spot on... friendly and efficient, she aims to satisfy your every need. The store part is always clean, well lighted and amply stocked.

Target is still doing the bait & switch. Incorrect items stocked to make customers think this item is less expensive until you get to the register and it scans for more.

Great place to shop. Friendly staff and convenient location. One caveat though, management needs to recognize the checkout process. If customers are 6 deep in line, mgmt needs to get more team members to man the 8 other cashier stations. Not everyone wants to utilize the self-checkout.

Target is a good store. I shop there for about 7 years now, up to 5 days a week. Good to have food and clothes and all those things in one store, makes shopping more relaxed.😊

This is one of the cleanest and best organized Targets Ive been to. The staff is generally pretty friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. The cafe staff however can be hit or miss. I usually avoid stopping there even if I do want to grab some food.

I really enjoy coming to this target and I really like how they have a produce section with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. The employee are always friendly and the store is clean and organized.

I recieved outstanding customer service from Lex at the Buena Park store and Celeste at the Cerritos West store.General issue I find when I shop at Target Target needs more team members on the floor in the departments not just in electronics.It can be annoying to look for assistance while in the isles and there is no one to ask until you reach the register.

This target has gone down hill..from bum central to car racing meetups in the parking lot to it looking like a tornado hit. Its a hot mess. I go all the way to cerritos to feel safe and be able to get my cart down an isle.

I just went to get popcorn. No signs, nothing. And a person behind the counter walked by i said hello. And rudely told it was closed for lunch. Nothing more and she kept walking. Sorry Target. But this is the third incident, extremely rude and very bad customer service.

This use to be such a nice Target but it is an unorganized mess now. There are carts filled with merchandise always blocking merchandise and their shelves are always empty and missing items. It seems they always have stuff in the isles so you can’t maneuver a cart easily. I use to shop at this Target a couple times a week but have now switched to shopping at Staters and the Walmart neighborhood store. It makes me so sad because I use to love shopping at Target. Those days are done for me.

Everyone is always helpful, polite, and thoroughly engaged in providing customer service and a pleasant experience. This goes from entering with a greeting from the first person who sees me (even if they busy and walking by in a rush), to on the floor (asking me how my day is and if there is anything I can be helped with), to checking out (offering info on specials and banter on my Tshirt or purchases). Its always clean and the staff is very helpful. They have just about everything I need and its the first place I go. It can be a bit more expensive than Walmart, but Ill gladly pay that bit extra to shop in a clean and uncrowded environment.

I ran into buy a few simple things before a trip to Disneyland. They had everything that I needed. I was picking up a few snacks for the kiddo: goldfish crackers, juice boxes, water, and some pocket packs of tissue. After several hours at the park, I ended up coming back here to pick up some things for a BBQ wed been invited to. Again, they had everything that I needed. This was our one stop shop for both occasions. The store associates were kind and helpful. One of them wasnt quite sure where we might be able to find charcoal for our bbq but because they didnt know, they said that theyd walk with us so that we would both be in the know. I liked that. I like someone who may not know the answer but is willing to help you solve the problem and learn for themselves in the process. That was nice. I had NO issues checking out and everyone was able to go about their day without any hiccups. I made a quick stop to the restroom and to my shock absolutely everything was clean. I went in there to change my lil one and eve that was clean! I was so pleased. If Im ever in the area and need to find another target, you better believe Ill stop in to this location again.

Truly the smallest Target that Ive ever been to. The selection is limited, but the prices and the quality of the items they carry are still very good.

Quick visit for snacks and coffee. Checkout was seamless and the only feedback I would share is that the restrooms need updating.

I realize everyone has their own experiences that will differ from mine, however I wont let this go unsaid. At this location, myself and my boyfriend of 9 nine years were harassed by an employee by the name of Walter. My boyfriend and I were with a co-worker who needed to pick up a few things before he took us home, and some of these things were a bit personal. This employee noticed what our co-worker bought and made a blatant assumption that since our co-worker was purchasing condoms that the three of us were planning on having intercourse with one another! No employee in any business has any right to make assumptions like that, and Ive reached out to corporate who will be looking into the matter. For what its worth, Im never spending money at any Target again.

This store has gone down hill the bathrooms are beyond disgusting and the store is always disorganized and I find it overwhelming. They hardly have anything we need and that is frustrating because it is the closest one to me. I hope they can clean up their act because I am not the only person that feels this way.
