We had a great experience with Ralph and Az Superior Awning a few years back. He installed 4 awnings for us and they are holding up great. However, in Nov of 2020 we hired him for 2 more window awnings. We paid him 50 percent as was agreed with the remainder due upon completion. He stated 3-4 weeks to build and install. Things went a little haywire and he advised me that he was ill, then other members of his family (out of town) were ill and he was needed to assist. I spoke with him numerous times and he finally gave me date for install as he was now working on a BIG job out in Fountain Hills, i understood and gave him more time. By this time its March of 2021...He then stalled me again...saying he did not know when he could do the job and offered to reimburse me. I wanted the awnings as he had told me they were ready, but did not have the time to install, I suggested to him that I COULD PICK them up at his location and I would find someone to install. He stated that would not work...finally in May of 2021 after several more conversations we agreed that he would reimburse me (and did) our deposit.I really feel bad writing a bad review, but we feel that we went above and beyond being patient as we tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. But I now feel that he was stringing me along and never had them built thus not ever ready to install. WHY would he take a loss and not allow me to pick them up????Again, initial work/install was great. But I would NOT recommend his services based on our last experience. Replying to the negative review that was left on my page . As stated in your contract we do not have control of the weather. A lot oh damage was made last year due to storms in the valley . File a insurance claim to get it fixed . That was not our fault . Your sail has been up for 3years and it was good until last years storms which hit the valley pretty hard .

Ralph installed two awnings for me in 2012. The installation was great, the product is great and it comes with a ten year warranty. But when the awning was torn from a storm, he hasnt come out to repair it. I have spoken to Ralph on the phone many times over a 5 month period and he simple tells me hes too busy to repair it. What good is a warranty if the vendor doesnt back it up.Whats really bad is his address listed on Yelp is 18 Street and Indian School... Im located on 27 Street and Indian School... 9 blocks away!! Actually, I dont think hes really located at 18th Street anymore and he hasnt updated his yelp page. Yet another example of a small business owner that only cares about sales and NOT service.
