Quick service, friendly staff, got in and got out in under 30 mins.
Went there Tuesday August 18th around 5pm. The girls at this location were extremely unhelpful. I was able to get more help over the phone at the College Station location. If you dont want to help customers, please stay home and give your shift to people who want to work. Will never use this location again! All I needed to do was use my old sim card, I received a faulty sim from an online cricket purchase. Please go to the College Station location near Harvey and Texas.
It was clean. Nice people. Just somethings i didnt like. Had to come in 2 times just to get a new phone. I try to avoid going to the store to do big things it takes and hour or longer to do.
This business seems like its coming apart at the seams. It takes the sales staff what seems like hours on each customer because either theyre incompetent or the technology is just terrible.They always have to call the manager for small things and offer no discounts for major inconveniences. Sometimes Ive been hard seller on a case I just didnt want. Plus it sounds like a street market in Guatemala in here. As soon as I can afford to Im never stepping foot in here again.
Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about the plans. Their customer service skills are all wonderful!

At least AT the store, I could change my forgotten vm password. However, were this to be a review of Cricket website and app, it would get one star simply because you cannot give it any fewer stars. It was impossible to change my vm password using either the site, or the app. The reset pwd text messages went to the family account owner, rather than my personal phone, regardless of where the request was generated. I could not change the vm password from MY phone and absolutely did NOT want to change the password of the account owner (my son). Changingy personal vm password should NOT require a trip to the store!
