First off I love the smell of stores like this. Employees wandered around but I didnt notice they were employees until I was leaving. Would of been nice to have been able to find help to buy some boots.

Worst customer service ever. I was the only customer in line and I had to wait over 10 minutes. Two workers were in the back. Many customers were coming and going- no service. She finally came out and was so rude I told her to cancel my 100 dollar transaction. I left and went to Cavenders in College Station.

First time at this location, great customer service, selection, and quality. Joshua was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way. Definitely recommend, do yourselves a favor and come here for your western wear and dont go to cavenders.

Purchased a $70 hat. Stood waiting for a employee to shape my hat for 30+min. Once a employee was finally ready to help me, he stated it would be 45min til the steamer was heated. I returned the hat and went to Cavendars who immediately assisted me and shaped my hat.

Good boot selection, price is not cheap but also not the most expensive. I only have one major gripe. I dont know why the boots are not in boxes.

The only issue I have is that they refuse to accept payment for a service I would be more than willing to pay for. I almost hate to go back, because I dont want to be a chiseler. The staff have been cordial and courteous both face to face and on the phone.

I have been looking for a new pair of boots for awhile now. I first went to Boot Barn and found a pair of Ariat boots that I really liked but they didnt have them in my size. I talked to the store manager (who was very kind) and she explained their online return policy/ process. She assured me it was an easy process if the boots didnt fit. I usually dont buy online and I really wanted a pair sooner rather than later so I went to Cavendars to see if they had any thing I liked. However, I was extremely turned away by their pushy customer service to buy a pair of boots that were $400+ that I didnt even like that much. I got frustrated and left there and decided to buy the boots online from Boot Barn that I originally liked there but in my size.I paid an extra $10 for quicker shipping and got the boots within 3-5 business days. When I got them, they looked great and the stitching all around was perfect BUT they were too big around my little calves. The boot was tight around my foot (perfect fit there) but was way too big around my leg. So I took them to the Boot Barn that I originally went to and spoke to the same store manager who explained the return process and let me go look for another pair incase a new shipment came in since I was last there.Unfortunately, I couldnt find anything I really wanted that was my size. However, as I was about to head back to finish the return process, the store manager checked on me, listened to what I was looking for in the boot as far as color, design, etc. and found me a BEAUTIFUL pair of Shyanne boots that were a size 8. She advised me we could order the 7 1/2s online but theres no guarantee they would look the same (color wise) as it was made out of leather. I took the chance and we ordered the new pair online with next day shipping so I wouldnt have to wait any longer for my new pair of boots! The store manager was beyond helpful with the return process and sure enough, the boots arrived yesterday and they are PERFECT!!!! Im so thankful for her help and patience because now I have a beautiful pair of boots that I have been wanting for a very long time that are comfortable and perfect for me!! Thank You!I highly recommend this store as everyone was friendly, the store was clean and they have a wide variety of boots and styles for a great price .. Most importantly they arent pushy like Cavendars!!!

Great place . better if they would stock up on black steal toe work boots . but over all very satisfied with customer service.

I love rhe smell of leather as you first walk into the store. It reminds me of the saddle and tack stores from my youth. There is a good selection of apparel and other goods and the staff is not constantly following you around trying to be pushy salespeople.

I went in the store for 1 specific item and when I asked their manager if they had it, in front of my husband, 2 other store employees and other customers, he loudly laughed in my face. I felt embarrassed and so uncomfortable. I have reached out to their customer service department so hopefully they can get this manager some customer service training.

Great prices and staff got a $60 shirt got $20 on clearance. Great selection will definitely be back for all my western wear purchases.

Wasnt impressed with this Location at all. Theyve got a lot of catching up to do with other Boot Barns. Walmart offers more than this Location. Thank goodness for the Katy Location they helped me out.

Ive made several purchases at Boot Barn, Bryan. They always have a nice selection of clothing and good prices on boots. I have 2 pair of Ariat Cowhide and a pair of Dan Post Caiman that I purchased here. All at prices better than any other in B/CS. Management and Sales are eager to help. Plus, if you join the free club you get store credits, discounts, free boot shines and free hat cleaning.They have a pair of tannish/khaki color Dan Post Caiman up there that I want extremely bad!! Also, a mounted set of bull horns that are of such perfect color and uniformity that it would be a shame to not put on the front grille of my truck.Long Story Short-The Place Is Awesome, I Need More Money To Spend.I NEED those boots

Advertised hours of 11am on website for New years Eve and people standing inside ignored us and wouldnt open doors. Wasted trip.

The Boot Barn doesnt back up the product they sell. I bought a $200 pair of work boots there and they totally came apart within 3 months of use and they will do nothing at this store. I will never step foot in there again!
