It’s nice to have a business like this in our own city. Big name styles with the small town friendliness and caring. I needed tights for one of my granddaughters and she wasn’t with me. The girls helped me guess the size by asking questions and we made the actual correct choice. They have everything a local girl could need and would be able to outfit a large company too. I wish there were more businesses like this. Rock on Stardust!

I placed an order on August 1st and only received confirmation of my order and that the order had been paid for. When I didnt receive my order which I also paid for shipping I attempted to email the store with no response and attempted to call the store with no answer. Now the website says the store is closed temporarily. No communication at all regarding my order. At least if you are going to take my money and not send my order at a minimum please let me know that.

Drove 45 mins to get here just to find out that this store is no longer open. Would be nice if they would update their google so others don’t do the same!

I bought Brunswick sweatshirts here last year for myself and a friend and the sweatshirts still look like new. The quality is so nice. Ive been happy with the quality of all of my purchases here and the staff is so friendly.

I dont want to make this company look bad after seeing their reviews. But I placed an order on June 23rd and only received an email with the order confirmation but nothing else about my order. I have been calling and sent an email still nothing to find out about my order, just wondering how can I get in touch with someone about this issue.

We love, love this store! They always have so many fun and creative things to choose from! We love the spirit clothing and how they can personalize it. I go in for 1 thing and end up walking out with several because their customer service is impeccable.

Large selection of gift ideas for kids or their moms. Owner and staff are hands on wont shop anywhere else . Check them out on-line also with easy to use website.

I just wanted to say thank you to your staff who was so kind and helpful yesterday and today. I was looking for a pair of Russian Pointe shoes for my daughter thinking 1 month before Nutcracker was plenty of time. I called and the women who answered the phone not only looked in your store but in your stock room and found a pair I was able to purchase right away! Ordered a custom infinity bag for my daughter in February tried calling and also email no response an its now almost in august an still no bag my wife got ahold of em they was saying it was in the mail an that was over a month ago terrible way to run a business atleast they could have gave me a refund but they took my money an ran with it

Ive shopped and purchased clothing and accessories for cheer and dance several times from this store. Its conveniently located in Brunswick. The last time we stopped by we were looking for jazz shoes for my daughter who wants to take jazz classes in the fall. We wanted to try some on and check prices ahead of time. The clerk stopped us as soon as we walked in the door stated you can only try them on if you are going to buy them today, or you will have to pay a fitting fee to try shoes on. I was very disappointing in the attitude and lack of customer service from the clerk. Customer service and friendliness is very lacking at this store. I will not be returning to this store for anymore dance or cheer apparel in the future. Its worth the drive to go to another store that has friendlier staff.

We had a good experience at the store when we bought items for dance. I put in an order that day (and paid) for a sweatshirt and was told it would take 1.5 weeks for the order to be completed. After this time came and went, I started calling about once a week to check-in. No one from the store cared to call me to communicate the delay in the order. It seemed like they basically forgot about it and it was on me to follow-up since I had already paid. As soon as I left a disgruntled voicemail at the store, I was texted the next day (4 weeks after placing the order) by a store clerk saying my order was magically ready. No one apologized for the lack of communication or for the delay. I certainly know that delays can happen, but this was just rude. When I picked up the order, same thing--no mention of the delay, no apology for the mistake or attempt to remedy things---terrible customer service!!
