The drive through is horrible. Came last night at 8:44pm. Drove away at 9pm. 3 cars in front of me, never moved. Came tonight 7:45 and there were 6 cars in drive through so I went did other errand and Came back at 8:20 with 2 cars in front of me. 15 minutes later finally pull up to the window. I had 3 prescriptions, refills, same insurance same everything for years. Finally leave drive through at 8:39. They either need more help or to open another location. Every month I go through this! I even brought my knitting with so I wouldnt be bored. Ridiculous!

One of the places I buy the most. Love curbside. Prices are mostly competitive. Brown Deer location has very limited inventory and is out of stock for many ordinary items. This is so for both in store and especially for online ordering and home delivery.

15 minutes out of the ER for the wife, pharmacy says they dont recognize a prescription from the ER doctor. Called the doctor, doctor says have pharmacist call him. Pharmacist refuses to call and says go to 76 & capital. The pharmacist lied and said theyve never heard of a 200mg iron pill,. Googled it, it exists! So he smarter than the doctor, huh. Lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give it a 0 star, i would. I left my 2 fedex package there saturday. There was no movement so i called on wednesday to check if it got picked up. They said they didnt have it anymore. So i went in thursday and took them about 15 mins to find my package which was STILL IN THE BACK! So i told them I would just drop it off at Fedex myself. I got home and recieved a notification about my package being delivered! So i am out of 2 fedex labels, and have to cancel my customers orders! Never using them again.

I live right down the street from this Walgreens so I go in there a lot but today I was absolutely flabbergasted I went in around 930 the cashiers check it out to customers she got done checking them out then I walked up to get cigarettes and buy my magazine and the look on her face was of absolute disgust and she was talking and I thought she was talking to me no she was on her cell phone the whole time also using derogatory language in front of me as a customer the reason I’m giving the store one star is because it was messy when I walked in and the cashier Caucasian white girl is the worst cashier I’ve ever seen she doesn’t say hello she doesn’t say anything she’s literally on her cell phone the whole transaction and like I said she had this look of why are you making me do my job like I was a complete inconvenience to her

I received my second shot at Brown Deer Walgreens I was very disappointed with there lack of a process.1. There should be one line for Covid vaccine and another line for picking up prescriptions2. All staff members should be trained the same3. Pharmacy Technician administering the vaccine dirty mask and uniform very unsanitary4. Don’t schedule everyone at the same time then take people who just arrive before people who have been waiting5. Don’t allow privilege people to walk up to the consultation line to check in for vaccine, received the vaccine when others were told they had to wait in line.My first vaccine was administered in Waukesha and there process by far was the best process, other Walgreens can learn from how they administer the vaccine. Lastly don’t schedule people for the second shot and not have the correct vaccine

I haven’t had any problems with the pharmacy so far. My prescriptions are always accurate and on time. I always get a text message when they are ready. As far as Walgreens prices, there prices are pretty much the same at every location.

Go to any other pharmacy than this one. Ive never had issues at other locations, but the pharmacy on 60th and Brown Deer is a joke. Youll get a run-around by the employees, youll get a different answer depending on who you speak with and youll have to wait hours. I was told my script would be ready in 20 mins, when I go to pick it up an hour later, they still didnt have it and said they were going on lunch so theyd have to get to it later. 3 plus hours later and its still not ready. An absolute joke.

My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom and this is what she walks into. I am disgusted that she has to even experience that. How could the employees work a full shift and never think to report it??? I did tell the store manager, so hopefully they get it cleaned up and stay on top of it.

STAY AWAY from this pharmacy. The lines are always incredible long and they are so slow servicing people. It also takes forever to get someone on the phone. They also don’t care to help you.

This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. They always have a problem with filling my moms script for her diabetes needles. She has been out of needles for days and the Drs office has called it in several times and I keep getting the same lame excuse, Theres no script for it. Theyre on automatic refill, theres absolutely no excuse for this

This is the second time I have had a prescription disappear from this pharmacy. I am not insinuating anything other than poor customer service. This location never calls when your prescription is ready, they never answer the phone (or they hand up immediately after picking up the line), and there is always pleanty of people working at the pharmacy yet always a line and no one being helped.Walgreens needs to do an evaluation on this store and fix their problem. Perhaps some retraining is needed.Hopefully I will be able to get my prescription tomorrow.

YOU’LL NEVER GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS, because they’ll end up WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER, and there’s NEVER a pharmacist on duty. Plus, half the time, they don’t keep regular hours so you can’t get in the store itself, either. If you do need to go in to grab something? Be prepared to settle for broken, dirty, shoddy merchandise at the over-priced Walgreens gauges you’re accustomed to. I will gladly drive 30 mins out of my way to go to any other pharmacy than this dumpster fire.

Worst pharmacy ever! If they tell you to wait 5-10 minutes expect to be there for 45mins or more. We are in the midst of a pandemic with government regulations on gatherings over 10 people. Not only are you surrounded by more than 10 people, they are all sick! I will never go back, absolutely horrible experience.

Gone downhill. This location at one point was ok, however it seems to be understaffed. Getting prescriptions filled on time is generally a challenge. Waits of a 45 min to an hour are the norm and if you call ahead get comfortable, you will be on hold for a long time. Getting hung up on is the norm. Make sure to call in well before an hour before close, if you call close to closing, they will answer and immediately hang up on you just to get rid of you. Go somewhere else.

I used the drive-thru here yesterday, and it was exceptional! The pharmacy staff was amazing, and what I would call a team of extra milers! The only drawback is that there may be a wait before you get to the window (and at the window, too), but its a small trade-off considering the fact that you never have to park or get out of your car to get what you need. Its convenient, and you can always check your email or something if there is a wait. Overall, the customer service was really great!

I go here at least once a week. The people working there are friendly and helpful. The store is neat and clean. From my experience, the pharmacy is faster than other locations. Pleasant place to shop.

Stood in pick up line for prescriptions only to find out they don’t fill call in prescriptions until you show up at the window. Waited 15 min only to be told they were out of stock-come back tomorrow. In my driveway I get a text -my prescription is ready for pickup!! Go back within the hour and there’s one -ONE cashier who’s also working the drive up window. Another 15 min wait-they can’t find my prescription...then in the 4th place he looked he finds it. When I left there were 16, yes sixteen people waiting in line. Go to a different Walgreens!!!!

I have tried to give the benefit of doubt. No more. I need to grade the zero. Now I have to call it what it is..incompetence, bad service, and dont care and maybe vindictive behavior if you complain. My 84 year old Mother needs meds for Copd etc. They always run into some issue filling scripts correctly or timely. Last night 6-7-19, I was told they did not know who their district mgr. Was!. TOO many incidents that were not satisfactory with no improvement. Walgreens needs to understand they serve the community where they sit that keeps them employed. Partnerships with clients and ensuring they receive the best care, scripts are filled without jumping through hoops, accuracy and genuine communication are key. I dont see this now and they need improvement. The best pharmacist ever in this location was Paulette...strangely she went away recently. Get Paulette back.

Everyone seems pretty friendly, good selection and competitive prices on most things. I havent gone through the prescription drive-thru in awhile, but the couple of times I did it was so slow. If theres any car line I just go in the store now.

Poor service in the pharmacy with the pharmacist the clerk are very nice and try to be helpful . So after 48 years of going to Walgreen for my med. I changed Pharmacy even though I have to go further.

The only reason I stop at this location is because it is conveniently close to my house. I will drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way when I have the time to the Walgreens on Port Washington Rd in Mequon if I need a prescription filled quickly or just for the quality, friendly service. This Brown Deer location only has helpful, friendly staff during daytime hours. The night shift is rude. If something isnt on the shelves, forget asking them to check any inventory in the back. My husband went for formula for our baby at 6:30pm, found the shelf to be empty, and asked an employee for help only to receive an attitude. The Mequon location would go out of their way to call other locations or check in the back with a smile.

This drive thru is consistently SLOW. Average wait time is 20-30 mins. There is only one window available. Other Walgreens have at least two lanes. In addition, mix ups seem to be common. They tried to give me a generic even though my history and insurer say brand name. Im seriously considering changing pharmacies. Unacceptable!

This is the worse experience Ive had at a Walgreens. The pharm tech couldnt find my daughters prescription. I called my peds office and they said the prescription was sent and someone confirmed that they received it. Got back in the drive thru waited 30 plus min. Finally get to the window again and shes still unable to find the prescription. After 15 min with a line of cars behind me, she finally returned and said someone is working on it and went in it now for me to come back in 15-20 min. I gave them 4 hrs. Went back and they told me itll be ready in 30min. Wasting my time. Making up excuses saying its my insurance when nothing has changed with my insurance.

The pharmacy has very poor time management. I don’t have time to waste. Switching to another pharmacy, in spite of this store being the closest to my home.
