Please check the bills carefully, when paying ...they tried to charge 2$ per 12 inch Ballon, which is 39$ after lot of discussion..It is expensive store ...

They were out of the stuff I needed but had a good substitute and I was able to get what I needed. I would recommend the place

If you want to spend half your day waiting in line for a single pack of polka dot party hats, then this is the place to go. This store always has the longest lines and the managers never seem to care. Whether there are 3 people in the store or 30 there is only ever one register open. The employees working the register are nice enough and are always apologetic about the wait, but something needs to be done at the managerial level. Maybe have more people on shift or at least create a separate counter for helium balloon orders. Often times I come in just to grab a couple things but then end up waiting for like 5 balloon orders to be fully filled before I can check out my two items.

Order was correct. Ready under the two hour time frame.

I arrived at this store at approximately 7:45pm, 15 minutes prior to the store closing to purchase balloons filled with helium. I approached the front counter and told an employee of my request. This employee directed me to choose the latex balloons I wanted filled. I chose the balloons and waited in line to have them filled and checkout. During this time, several other customers had entered the checkout line, however, the first employee was the only employee addressing customers in the checkout line. Another employee, who smelled like burned marijuana, walked around the front of the store aimlessly. A third employee made his way to the checkout counter and began to assist other customers. When it was my turn in line, I approached the checkout to have the third employee deny me service. This employee stated I had too many balloons, (12 total latex balloons), and the store would be closing soon.I departed this Party City store and went to a competitor, which was open until 9:00pm, and sold me balloons for less than what I would have spent at Party City.

The new location seems smaller. I went looking for a pinata, there were quite a few but it was harder to see them because they were on the top shelf of the isles. It seems the shelving units are much taller than the previous locations. I found a great pinata, but it was more not easy.

The worker Melissa was very helpful and made the experience smooth

Looking for 1yr old party supplies. Not a thing with frogs.

We came in today to get literally 5 regular latex balloons filled. After waiting 15 minutes and being the only one in line, the worker tells me there is a 3 hour wait to get a balloon filled. I mean come on that is absurd. Also didn’t appreciate one worker sitting behind the counter just drinking her Starbucks. Will never be going back to this location again.

A little unorganized but given the time of the year its understandable. They have awesome Halloween decorations for a very reasonable price! Definitely plan ahead if you are planning to get balloons filled! The employees were super kind and helpful!

If you are having a party, this is the place to stock up. We got a great deal on some awesome Halloween decorations.

It was clean and organized. Looking for a specific costume but was going to have to order online.

They shut the lights down on my group twenty minutes before closing time with several other shoppers still in the store. I had even just seen an employee on the floor who knew we were still shopping. Very rude and very hard to see our way to the front. We decided not to make any purchases and not to return.

Seemed understaffed, several large sections were empty, and no one offered to help us. This could be why no one offered to help us.

The only reason they get a 3 was the very nice lady who was checking us out. Have a problem when the manager said they only take the currency marked with blue. Like she didnt know how to tell the difference even with a marker in her hand.

Stopped here to grab a bunch of balloons to bring to a little kids birthday party and after spending 25 minutes picking out my balloons from a book, I was told by the one staff member working in the entire store that she has no helium at all. You would think that I would have been told this prior to standing near the checkout area looking at a balloon book for 25 minutes. If you cant come to this store for helium balloon service then I dont know what classifies them as a Party supply store.

Store manager refunded my money after a store clerk mistakenly forgot to give me my entire order, during my one year old sons birthday party. She didnt ask questions, just made it right and refunded me. Thats wonderful customer service in this day in age.

Well kept place/organized

I get all the party supplies needed for my kids birthday parties here! Ive done cupcake, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and most recently My Little Pony themed parties! They are my go to! The only thing i dont get here are the plates/napkins/plasticware, cheaper at the $1 store for the same thing!

AWFUL - $53 on balloons and 5 burst over night and 6 deflated - they tell me now on the phone that they are only good for 8 hours !! Awful response from management. My dollar store balloons are still great after 3 days !!!

I stopped in because my son had crazy hair day and the cashier was so helpful trying to help me find things to make work to create a surfer dude to pin in his hair . Needless to say amazing customer service and very thoughtful!

I have been waiting 3 hours for a deliver and no one showed! They gave me a delivery time from 4 pm to 7 pm. I called 3 separate times the day before to confirm delivery and still a no show.

Quality of the gift items are not that great. Affordable rates but if you are not expecting a really quality product, you should be okay. Their themes and updating it to the latest characters are great. Staffs can be more friendly.

Wow... they have regular candles not in holders!

I needed a black cane for a school program and checked online and Party City carried them. I spotted by and was surprised at how much stuff they carried from helium balloons to birthday items. The cane I found was perfect.

Plenty of variety and after I located the one employee working at the time, I was able to check out. They really should do a better job of employee coverage at all times.

Wow what a great new store they have everything....but no one knew if they would match the internet pricing of their own store

I dont usually review stores, but my experiences at this one are so bad I feel compelled to. The store is confusing and its difficult to find anything. The aisles have big empty signs so you have to walk around searching for a person to ask for help. If you do see one, they dont want to help you. Its probably better if they dont anyway, they shrug you off and point silently. I was looking for something that was on their website (themed birthday candles), and the cashier scoffed at me and told me that the website has different stuff and she couldnt understand why I thought they would have it. She could have been nice about it and helped me find something else, but instead I walked out of there frustrated. I went down a few miles to Barts party supply down by Kohls - what a difference! Someone greeted me right when I walked in and actually walked me over to the stuff I was looking for. Better prices too...do not waste your time here, just drive a few miles down to the other party store.

Tons of variety, the best there is in the area other than shopping online. Prices are average. Make sure to watch them ring you up as I had two items ring at the wrong price. Sale stickers were still out and posted, so I did get the lower price once I brought it to their attention.

I was looking for party hats and found some tiny ones that were great for the dogs for whom I wanted them. Overall impression was a store full of unnecessary, cheaply made, plastic junk thats gointa add to a landfill. What are those who come after us gointa think about our wasteful, materialistic culture?! I did consider making the hats, but too busy working and other responsibilities.

Party city had everything I needed for my 6 year olds b-day party. This is the last party store in my area...hopfully its open for many years to come because they have the last minutes essentials you might be forgetting, plus everything to help decorate for whatever type of party you are having. On top of that, they also have cute decorations and products for the holidays.

They have some good staff, some not so good staff. I am usually able to get what here.

Third time Ive been here and AGAIN they dont have helium. They say they are moving now but cant give me a date when that will happen or say if they will have helium at the new location. Really? And staff didnt seem to care.

Love their selection but This place failed me today. I was having a jurrasic world party for my son and was picking up the dinasour balloons before the party started. The balloon package says free helium inflation. They said that they dont have helium because of some problems with the earth and army gets first dibs. Wth.But yet they had like 40 helium tanks for sale in front for $30-60 they said i can buy. So you have helium then. Use those tanks then!!! Im not paying for a expensive tank just for a dinasour balloon. Ive been coming here for years and never had this problem. So i went to dollar tree and they have helium for their balloons. Maybe that guy didnt feel like doing anything because his story sounds fake. Im so dissapointed. Post it on the door if there really is no helium !!!!

I called to ask how much it would be to blow up balloons purchased elsewhere. When I got there with my balloons, I was told they did not have helium. You think they could have mentioned that when I called. Now Im stuck running around town trying to get balloons blown up.

So frustrating! I wanted to get a few balloons inflated right then but the cashier said they were no longer doing any balloon orders and they would have to be picked up the following day. Its annoying that you are unable to place an order online for balloons to be picked up at a later date AND they will not inflate balloons in store for you while you wait. Why do I have to go to this store in person twice--once to place an order and again to pick up?? Seems so archaic!

Went to buy my years supply of birthday cards and Valentines day cards. Was disappointed to find out that all cards are no longer a dollar. The 14 cards I got ended up costing 37 dollars. Quite a difference from the 14 plus tax that it used to be

I was a little disappointed in this place . I called ahead looking for a specific item . When I got there place was packed . Not one Person asked if they could help me . That’s why I believe in commissions . People should be rewarded for giving great service . I won’t go back there ever .

If youre having a party and would like to decorate with poorly made garbage, Party City has what you need.Additionally, their corporate policy on advertising has no qualms about ostracizing people for having special needs.

This place is poorly managed. The associates do not seem to be trained at all. After spending 75$ on balloons I had to wait and direct the associate myself.... although people are kind.... I just spent a lot of money to a place that didn’t seem to care.

This store was awful. We stopped in on a Saturday morning before a birthday party. The teller didnt even speak to us. We had to wait 30 minutes for our balloons but was never told that when we ordered them. She just grunted and pointed towards the end of the counter, indicating we had to wait. Not a good experience when I dropped over $100 on the party at that store alone.
