The worst service I have ever experienced as a professional company that provides services. I would never recommend this company I would rather drive 4 hours away

Terrible customer service, no communication. Waited 6 months for an oven that we ordered and I had to call to find out that it had been delivered to the warehouse and they never notified me.Quinn is Impossible to get a hold of.

If you are a normal home owner this probably is not the place for you. It took about 2 weeks to get an appointment just to meet with a consultant. Once the appointment date came, I called to confirm and they did not have the appointment on the books. My experience is very similar to the rest of the negative reviews regarding this establishment. I ended up having to purchase my furnishings elsewhere

Everything went very well with this experience of purchasing new kitchen appliances. The showroom had great options installed for viewing and Quinn our salesman was very knowledgeable and found us the right options for our needs. We also paid for the installation of the appliances and the were very professional too. I would definitely recommend this location.

Called twice in one week to ask how much the charge is for installation of a wall oven. I was put into voicemail and no one has ever returned my call. All the other appliance stores readily answered my question.

Very disappointed in customer service...receptionist told me to wait for the one salesperson who was chit chatting with her customer, not realizing I was waiting to be helped. There were 3 other sales people sitting at their desk ignoring me...their loss, I will never return nor recommend.

My experience at Ferguson’s would be described as the polar opposite of good service. I made one visit alone to get a feel for the products and then called the store a couple times to ask some questions. None of my calls were ever returned. I then met my designer there to pick out bathroom fixtures and it took forever to get pricing and details. Coordination and Delivery of Bathroom fixtures was a nightmare and took forever; so much so that I decided to buy all of my kitchen appliances elsewhere (where I got spectacular service and turn around). On my first visit with my designer I expressed to our sales person that I wanted a number of pieces (new toilets, refrig, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and some lighting pieces - probably $10,000 worth of merchandise). I don’t expect anyone to kiss my feet but some common courtesy, follow up and professional business practice might be nice. I won’t be doing business here again and have been told by two of my contractors that they do as little business as possible with Ferguson.

They are in the process of moving so still a little messy. But I walked in and got helped by Patricia. She was super nice, helped me find what I needed. She wasnt super pushy trying to sell me things I didnt need. One stop stopping for your bathroom and knowledge staff.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous, helpful and professional. Even the guy in charge of pick up was especially helpful with a special need. Beautiful showroom.

We are refinishing a small bathroom and order toilet, sink, faucet and mirror for the bathroom. We were missing parts for the toilet installation, defective faucet and missing brackets for mirror. Although we were subsequently shipped new parts. Disappointed in their quality control. This cost me extra money and time for my plumber installer. Will not order anything from them for our other house kitchen and bathroom projects.

Its odd that they cant even take time to answer a few simple questions or offer a book to look through when youd like to do more than browse. Guess I wont buy and wont refer clients.

I cant exaggerate how displeased I am with the service provided at Ferguson. It took over 20 weeks to finally get what we initially requested. After many mistakes, Ferguson failed to take any action to expedite the process or mitigate further mistakes when finalizing our order.

I guess I looked like I couldn’t afford anything only one other customer in the store lots of sales people. Only positive was the receptionist was friendly
