I cannot stress enough how AMAZING this company is.On August 14th I went out shopping for a dress to wear to an upcoming Military Ball. I am a plus sized woman (dress size 20). I called all over Tulsa and most of the places that say they carry plus size either stop at a 14-16 or have larger sizes that look like someone grabbed some drapes and cut holes in them.It is so stressful trying to find formal wear when you are bigger.So, I found a dress online and called the store to confirm that it was in stock. It wasn’t, but the nice young lady on the phone told me they do carry plus sizes in store. Inventory was a little low because of prom season ending and homecoming beginning.So I took a chance.I went in expecting the usual treatment. You know the one, not much service, Side eye and looking down the nose at the bigger girl. I’ve been “plus sized” my whole life, and I’m used to it.Not here, though. I had the nicest woman helping me (I hate that I cannot remember her name). She showed me dress after dress until my friend and I agreed on the perfect one. THEN, rather than making me buy this dress and having to pay for serious alterations, she took my measurements and ordered the size I needed!These were not cheaply made David’s Bridal type dresses. These dresses are amazing AND competitively priced!! I believe I saw sizes in store up to a 28.Ladies, I will likely never go anywhere else. I have never been treated so well in a store and I am so grateful I could cry.

Bought dresses throughout all of high school. Each girl has an amazing stylist that helps pick out & put away dresses which makes it so special. By far my favorite dress store for prom, homecoming, etc. & they even have cute daywear too!

Glamour Gowns recommends you make an appointment. Once we entered the store it made sense. It is a small shop that gives you individual attention. After shopping at the mall and other stores I would prefer to shop here. The person who helped us did not push sales but focused on what my daughter wanted. The dress we bought was one the sales person recommended when we asked her to pick something out for us. They have jewelry and underneath items to go with the dresses.

Great customer service and selection of dresses!

I went in looking for a dress for a black tie event and they have a great selection and good prices. Its difficult to find a formal gown that doesnt look like a prom dress and this place had gorgeous dresses to choose from. Service from all of the girls that worked there was great even though they were super busy and they were very accommodating making sure the size and color I needed was ordered in time for an event. I dont even have the dress yet and Ive received compliments on it based on pictures! Cant wait to wear it. Thank you and will definitely keep this place in mind next time I need a formal dress.

I have never felt more judged in my life than when I walked in here. I was looking at my size dress and she tells me that I need a bigger size. Also I stared looking at dresses that were not on sale she came and told me those dresses were way to expensive! How does she know If I can or cant afford it.... well guess what lady I can afford it. I just wont waste my time here.

We love this store. One of the only prom places where the salesperson isnt pushy! We found a dress here one year, didnt the next, then did again this year and theyve been great every season! Ask for Kelly, shes very insightful!

Best place to go, even for us guys. I wanted to buy my wife a Rustic Cuff for Christmas and this place had a great selection. Plus I didnt have to wait in line for hours. Super friendly staff who were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. I knew very little about these bracelets but they were helpful and made the process easy. Definitely putting this top of my list of places to shop for my wife.

Absolutely LOVED going into this store!! The staff were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing at all!! Every dress in the store was gorgeous. I had been all over Tulsa looking for a dress for prom and hasnt found a single dress that I liked at places like Davids Bridal or even Abelinas. As soon as we got to Glamour Gowns & More, though, I liked almost every dress I saw in the store and I ended up buying the second one I tried on! Everyone should try this store, and Ill definitely be coming back for next years prom!!

This was the best formal dress shopping experience weve had yet! We had two ladies helping us, and we felt so supported and cared for. No one was pushy, and the dress selection was incredible! Thank you for a gorgeous prom dress - we will be back next year!

Took my daughter to look for a 8th grade graduation dress. The store was full of older girls looking for prom dresses. This made my daughter a bit uncomfortable being so young and only shopping for a graduation dress. The owner Kelli, made my daughter feel just as important as the older girls. Awful store. I purchased a Sherri Hill dress from this store. Spent 100s of dollars on this dress. They didnt have the color I wanted in store so they ordered it for me. My father picked up the dress at the store and it was the wrong dress. They said it was an mistake and to come back to receive the right dress. We then get a call saying that Sherri Hill false advertised and that they did not have the dress they ordered me. We then called them back and the manager was very rude towards my mother on the phone. The manager basically said it was a human mistake and that we shouldnt be upset, we werent in the beginning but it was one thing after another. We ended up going back to the store to talk to the manager face-to-face. She basically said that we should buy a WHOLE new dress and keep the dress THEY gave us and then switch out the bottoms (this was a two piece dress) and sell the unwanted pieces. We were furious because we, the purchasers, should not have to buy a WHOLE new dress because of the store and companies mistakes. The manager was rude and uncaring about the whole situation. Do NOT buy a dress from this store. If THEY make mistakes they WILL blame it on you. Go get your dream dress from another store and enjoy the occasion you are purchasing it from. No one should have to go through this.

Outstanding customers service! My wife made a wish list for Christmas at GGM. They were extremely organized, helpfully, and efficient. They knew exactly what she wanted. They pulled all the items for me and carefully wrapped each item as to not get damaged. Overall it was a great shopping experience and a huge time saver during the holiday rush.

One word: Rude. I work retail myself, and I would have been fired immediately for the behavior displayed. One employee in particular hatefully snapped at us for simply asking for the price on an item that wasnt priced.
