9 times out of 10 the service is above & beyond. Truly appreciated. Ive had cricket service for years & always go to this store. I wont go to another.Wish theyd open at 9 instead of 10, but not a deal breaker.

The slowest data service I have ever had. It took 20 minutes to down load google with 3 LTE bars and the fastest processor in phone. Would not recommend Cricket if you use data. Takes over minute to make phone calls and for texts to go thru. Hope emergency never happens were that slow speed cost a life.

Walked in busted and disgusted came out all shiny and new Switched carriers. Two lines. Out the door $175. Two new StylO6§. Been good on the service so far. So thats a win all day

Horrible experience, I would not recommend buying from this store. We had 2 employees explain the plans but failed to inform us that bring your own phones plans were not going to work with the hot spot i had to pay extra for!. I have spoken to the manager twice and she is not pleasant and basically says nothing she can do. We are out $225 for service we cant even use, and now have to spend another couple hundered dollars to switch to another provider. They dont call people back. They clearly dont train the employees correctly. They refuse to refund us anything or allow us to have the free phones they should have offered knowing we needed hotspot. I feel as if they deliberately took advantage of us.

HORRIBLE customer service. Female that was there today, had MUCH better things to do. We WERE going to just get new phones. Told her that my husbands phone was having a problem with the microphone. She immediately suggested we call the manufacturer, as long as it was less than a year old. She was unable to tell us if it was, however, she did say we were eligible for an upgrade. GREAT! I asked which one...she proceeds to tell me what an upgrade is. I said which phone..Oh, pretty much any phone. Umm...ok...I said I wonder if I was eligible since my phone is much older. Shes not i interested, as she is too busy texting. She then says so...are you going to call the manufacturer?. My husband says well, I need a phone today. She just shrugged her shoulders. We just left. She said have a nice day. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! 12 years with cricket....I may be gobe

The two people working tried to shoo me out the door cuz it was about half an hour before closing and they didnt want to Port my number over and not get off early I guess I managed to talk one of them into getting the account number do it instead of getting a phone that I didnt want and a plan I didnt want I got what I wanted to know is grudgingly on their part to do that and Heavens forbid work till closing.I asked if it was ready to go phone I tried using it didnt work finally figured out they didnt put the Sim in but that was no problem and it worked Im satisfied just not satisfied with them will not go back to that one I wasnt that

Came in here for phone service the other day and Joanna was extremely rude and acted like she had better places to be and like we were bothering her. Called back to speak to a manager and they barely spoke english and claimed there was no Joanna that worked there even though we JUST interacted with her!!!We wont be back and will take our corporate business elsewhere. Dont recommend at ALL.

I was going to buy the new Galaxy, so I called the store to make sure they had it in stock. Google says the store is open, so I called but the phone kept ringing. No answer, no machine, no sale.

Ive bought 4 phones through this location because the vendor has always been honest and knowledgeable about what hes selling.

This cricket store seems more willing to help customers with issues other than trying to make a new phone sale.

I was having communication problem s with a new phone it was not getting calls and was not able to make calls data also was not working went to this store in hopes they could help but this was not to be the guy in there did not care to help me with the new phone I had purchased from them ( service after the sale) yah right ...as it turned out a cell tower in my area was being upgrade but did the sales guy try to find this out NO he just did not care to help the customer at all.Perhaps they should get some new people who want to help the customer ..cricket please fix this problem .

Worst customer service ever waited until my 7 days was up and then decided that it was 8 days and had to return it to Cricket Wireless for the manufacturers warranty and one of the guys that wrote the reviews on this works there. Manager said the asst manager would show me how to work the phone then manager took off for the rest of the day and didnt return.Called 3 times to try and resolve the issue but still was passed off to the next person. Would never do business with them again!

I went to Cricket with my daughter so she could pay her phone bill now I remember why I stopped using Cricket service she had a problem with her phone and she only had it a week and they would not fix it or offer her a replacement that is the exact reason why I stop going through Cricket for a phone and service
