This store has changed. It was neat and organized. Love shopping there and will go back.

Was crowded but had everything I was looking for the lines went pretty fast good place to shop.

Its rare to see such incompetence in full display but if you want to see it stop here. Told the speedy checkout clerk I needed two bags of ice with my order, checked out and asked her if she added the ice, oops she forgot and asked if I could go get a bag of ice so she could scan it. The ice is at the exit door, I told her she needed to call a manager to teach her how to ring up a bag of ice.

Good customer service, the place is very clean

I try not to go to the Brockton Walmart only because the wait to checkout is always well over 10-15 minutes. I remind myself that everywhere is short staffed and to be patient. They dont have self checkout so you have to wait for a real person, which would be fine if they had a sense of urgency. There are sometimes only 2 or 3 people in front of me and the wait is over 20 minutes. Id rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Abington location for a fast, speedy checkout. *I do have to say that although slow one of the cashiers was nice enough to finish her line before leaving her register, when she couldve just walked off when her time was through.

Did curbside pickup at the oak st Brockton location. Hard to find the location and needed to call since the app didnt alert employees I was waiting. However, the employees were pleasant and helpful and curbside beats going inside with small children anyday!

Lines are always long, lack of employees working. You always have to find someone to assist you as well they never know where items are. But its located in a very convenient place.

This Walmart does not seem to get as much care as a typical store. Shelf were not as stocked. Food section is fairly small

This one needs self checkout. If u havent hired enough cashiers dont punish the customer & make them stand in line for 32min to buy a pack of socks & Toothpaste.

Not too crowded but the staff was not all what I thought it should be. Most to the staff is good however there are some people that just do not want to help you.

To crazy and again language barriers nobody speaks English and black people get followed around the store. They prices rolled up not back they products damaged its crazy Ill go to a moms and pops store

Some of the people who work there at the night shift who is closing up. Who where working in the drink aisle and who is working at the jewelry counter where very rude.

Found home water filter and personal products at reasonable price.

Went shopping for home essentials, found that a lot of shelves were messy and low in stock. When I went check out, they started closing most of the tills even though it was only 7:30 PM on a Saturday (and it closes at 11 PM). I was already in line for one of the tills and one of the workers closed it off right in front of me, so I had to start over at a different line up. It was particularly frustrating since there were about 8 customers in line, so it took about 30 minutes in total to check out. The express checkout lineup stretched to around 12 customers, and folks were visibily frustrated. This Walmart doesnt seem to staff enough given the number of customers.

Favorite place to shop, good sales, good people, and its my pharmacy, also.

I wish all Walmart affiliates would care that theyre understaffed and always have been. I dont know if their employees are hiding or non existent. Occasionally you find one and they have no idea where anything is or have a miserable attitude. Obviously people love it here because the shelves are always bare.

I havent seen such a large gathering of human trash since Occupy Boston. I have not been in this location once without seeing some kind of fight or crazy argument that you can hear from all over the inside of the entire store. Its as if all the trash people that live in the area signed a contract to use this, and only this, Walmart location. Skip it at all costs unless youre looking to film a Barstool or WorldStar fight video.

Large selection of common everyday items. More clothes than food...if you want the large selection of food go to the Avon Walmart if its clothes you want go to this one. Electronics section is about the same in either store. Love the pharmacy at this Walmart its where I go and the people overall are very nice.

Got to contact Walmart they will tell you about it if your credit is up to par thats what I was told. Sounds well.

Overall ok Walmart. Uncomfortably warm inside, and when you mix that with the long lines of people checking out from only having 2 registers open, it’s horrible. No produce or deli, but most of the department store parts and grocery.

Dont recommend this Walmart. Fridge foods are always warm. Not sure if they know or just dont care. Ive found numerous items outdated. Staff is not very pleasant for the most part.

I have seen better Walmart at other location. This is a very convenient location, yet it is small, confused layout, and does not offer as many as other Walmart near by.

Im not a huge fan of this one, the associates never even say hi and give you dirty looks. They stay in little clusters gossiping about how plus size people shouldnt shop at Walmart maybe salvation army. Rude

Walmart was very clean and had the items I was looking to purchase. The issue is they now charge 5 cents per bag. When does the consumer get a break. Prices going up every where and Im tired of hearing because of COVID. News flash we seem to have it under control. So why are prices still going up?

Very friendly, peaceful attitude by store personnel. Shopping experience was good. Very courteous cashiers. Store upkeep was reasonably well kept. Overall, shopping experience was good.

Never enough cashiers and no self-checkout machines (normally I avoid those preferring to deal with a human being) to help with the long lines. Not a good neighbor either with their external PA blaring at night when the store is closed.

Its a Walmart. Its usually clean and stocked but things are not always put in the right spot so prices are confusing and some things dont even have prices like the baby seats, so make sure you have phone to look up the price online. Theres a small grocery section but a lot of food is almost expired or expired already. The employees are the most chipper either. Lastly,, when comes time to check out.. be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. On a busy night they have 2 registers open out of 10 and they wait for the lines to go into the aisles before opening 1 more. Its a typical Walmart.

The store was well organized and I was able to find a pineapple tree which I have been looking for a while now.

This store is well stocked. I typically always find what I went here for plus more. Good quality and great deals. I love the tank top selection cant get enough of them!

Prices starting to increase. Self check out registers for debit & credit card only, resulting in long check out lines. 2p minutes for a couple of items.

Jewelry woman could not read the number of the battery.....so no onecould help......it wasmore important to speak to a friend than to help me make a purchase. Dont think Ill be there any time soon... too bad all the shops went out of business when you moved here. This Walmart was big and fully stocked. The staff was super nice when asking where anything was and the lines were not super long.

I needed help buying a freezer, and had no problem finding someone to take it out to the car for me, very helpful!

Not much electronics in stock and much of it was locked up in this location that isnt usually locked up. It took over 30 minutes for a cellphone rep to get to the station after being called by two different employees multiple times. Everyone was nice though.

No self checkouts.. kind on bummer.. to wait in line for just one item..But the store manager was super helpful in getting the billing done .. thank you
