Great job on my wifes hair, professional braiding and very nice! We are definitely coming back again!

I had scheduled an appointment week in advance online, and paid a down deposit to save my appointment. Come to find out they double booked on the same day and time I was supposed to get my hair braided. First time trying out this place, and also my last . Never again !!

Had an appointment at 5 after rearranging my day from the previous scheduled time that wasn’t able to be kept. Got there at 5 waited an hour and a half for someone to show up since the placed was closed, it’s now almost 8 and not even a phone call.. I obviously left, but this is not how a business is run.. will be taken my business elsewhere

Called several times just to book my appointment. when I booked it I was not asked for my name or number or anything. just showed up for my appointment and the door is locked and no one is answering the phone and you cant leave a message. so ridiculous and unprofessionalohh a response from the owner ! well I dont quite know how they managed to call the clients booked considering the scheduler never even asked for my name or phone number

She claimed my locs would take 3 hours, but i arrived at 10:30 left around 5. overcharged and overpriced, it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and my braids under my locs are already showing. my locs are falling out already. i have sores on my scalp from the locs.these were not well done at all. do not go here. and do not waste your money.

This company has been deleting my review because it’s honest and accurate. The pictures of my hair speak for itself honestly. Appointment was at 4:30pm and I didn’t leave until 1:30am. For $190 this is mess that didn’t last month. The owner started my hair then left some other lady to do my hair who didn’t even know how to twist. Her girl took the hair that I paid for with my money and was dragging around on the floor, stepping on it, and holding it up to other peoples head. The conversation in the shop were deplorable absolutely disgusting how they sit around talking about skin color.

Amazing customer service. Very kind, polite, and pleasant attitude. Only good experience when I go there. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Nice staff, clean great work

I had my wig installed here and it was my first time getting a 360. The next day I saw glue crust forming around my lace to the point that it looked terrible and I had to remove it. I’m so sad because I was going to a wedding and it came out horrible. I don’t mind paying for a good job but the job was very messy and she did not cut all the lace off. And I had a huge bump in the back of the hair so could not do any types of updos.

Great experience. The sew in looks amazing and she also did my makeup for valentines day and i loved it. easy communication and made me feel very welcomed!

My daughter and I got our hair done at Braids and Glam today. The ladies there were very nice and they did a nice( and quick) job on our heads. We both left there with a smile.

People people, this is the salon to go to. I was so impressed from the phone call to getting my hair done. I sat for say about 5 hours getting my hair braided. the chair is so comfortable, my butt wasnt sore at all. and the girl in charge shes very friendly supportive sister please you wouldnt regret it.

They did my hair about a month ago and the braids still look amazing(i get compliments daily 😊). I have a busy schedule and she does everything in her power to work with me. Im really picky when it comes to hairstyles but Ive finally found a place where I can do my hair consistently.Best place to do your hair in Brockton.

So I was in a pinch cause my regular stylist is on vacation and needed some crochet braids in the interim to hold me until she gets back and have an event. I made an appointment for 4:30 agit there at 4:15 and did not leave until 8:00. Im also a licensed cosmetologist so treating myself to get my hair done is to be a relaxing efficient experience. The first impressions of them is that they are very welcoming. That being said they took extremely way too long to do crochet braids which are the easiest braid to do on planet earth. If you cannot talk as you braid you need to not have conversations. Time is money and I had anticipated it would take 2 hours tops. Then when she started to crochet my hair she had to ask another stylist how to do it again. If you do not have a staff that can provide what you are listing and advertising as services you need to remove those services from your salon website. I also did not like seeing a stylist scratch her scalp with a comb and then use it on the client. Its universal precautions. Also some of the conversations as stated in another review are highly inappropriate for salon talk. Save that for when you are on your personal time so clients dont have to forcefully engage in a conversation that they dont want to talk about. Some clients actually just want to not talk at all and get the service done for what they are paying you for. Just giving you feedback, hopefully youll take this comment seriously I wont be referring anyone to this salon based upon this first and final interaction because I was completely irate during and when I left that salon.

Needed a quick touch up for my Braids and Aurelia was more than willing to assist and get my hair freshened up. Im so happy I discovered this salon! Definitely more affordable then the other salons in Brockton. I will most definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the shop with Aurelia. I booked my appointment 3 days prior. I told her I would be bringing my own hair because I like to wash it (vinegar wash) she completely understood and suggested that I purchase xpressions hair. She was completely transparent about the pricing unlike some other shops whose prices vary every time you visit. I had my hair washed at the shop which was an additional $10 but well worth the pampering. I got simple feed in braids going into a high ponytail / bun it took about 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete and it cost me $80. The shop is about an hour from my house but I would definitely come back to get my hair braided it again. Overall wonderful experience thanks Aurelia!

Living in MA it’s very difficult to find a very nice & professional braiding salon and if you’re looking for one THIS IS THE ONE! I traveled over 30 minutes and it was worth the trip. Right off the bat I felt very comfortable, Aurelia was very kind & open to my a million and one questions. Not to mention, I went there to get box braids that I’ve been dying to get for the very first time. I was nervous how I would look with them and I’m absolutely in love with them! I’ve already recommended them to two people & I got my hair done lastnight!

Wow!I had a beautiful experience,more beauty for less money! The Lady of the shop is extremely pleasant,homely and very fast in Braids making. I spent 5 hrs 10 mins to make my hair but it felt like 2 hrs.Braids n glams is your number stop for your braids and weave...Im so loving my new look,everyone that saw me loved it too.....

I went there Yesterday for the first time wow they just perfect and the good thing about them is that they take good care of your hair and you can get your makeup done there too wow go and see if we don’t believe me it’s the first time that I just have braids and sleep because they not tight and they nice wow thank you so much wow and they have good prices 😍🤚🏽 I can’t say no more you guys are so amazing the africain music 😍👌 I will post some pictures of me with the red hair and my makeup too

Update: Im updating my review. Aurelia reached out to me after my previous review, was very understanding and apologetic and gave me a refund. The customer service was noteworthy and I appreciated it.Been here twice now. First time, I sent pictures of the style I wanted and was assured it could be done. I left without getting what I wanted, but I let it go because I wasnt particularly picky about it at the time; it could have been much better but at least it wasnt terrible. My hair looked worn after two weeks, so I became terribly dissatisfied at that point.Second time, I asked for faux locs which began to unravel the day after I had them done. I called and Aurelia was kind enough to agree to retwist the locs and properly seal them. Barely one week later, the locs are unraveling and the hair looks like it was done months before. Not worth the ~$170 I paid to get it done. Utterly disappointed both times. I will not be back.
