Went there and asked for a socket that nobody else would have had since it was a custom type. I asked and he just asked me to count the points on it. Employee was quick to find the part which was the correct one. Price was just as expected. They are very professional and you can tell that all that they do is with quality. Even the parts they sell. Highly recommend. Due to the quick and knowledgeable service.

Fair pricing and good communication. Didnt test wheels before installation though. My wheels didnt fit. Just make sure they test fit before mounting the tires. My lift on my Forester caused the axles to start failing. Wish they would have caught that before driving further. Buy your wheels. and tires from them so theyre guaranteed.

Did a lift for us on a truck, quoted us right and had few extras but we added that. They do really really good work, did it right and it looks Great! Jake is very knowledgable and helpful, go there and trust them to do your stuff right.

Very disappointed. I visited their shop and was impressed. I sent them a detailed email asking for a quote on building a truck for me and never got a response. I called them, they said they got the email and would have a quote for me the next day, two months later, still havent heard from them. They must not need to make money. I was planning to spend around $15,000 on the build.

Was given a price on a item and went back in to get them and said it was 20 dollars higher and never seen lug nuts go up 20 dollars i less than a month.Horrible customer service

Stoped in to ask a few questions about some upgrades today. Wandered around in the store for 15 minutes until I was finally asked if I needed help. Then I tried to sell myself some parts because the guy at the counter didnt seem to care if he sold any or not.Maybe it was my not so fancy truck but I had walked in there with a couple grand to spend on a lift, wheels and tires and a plan to make it fancy. I wasnt joking about the turbo or the super charger either bud. They must be making too much money here and dont need anymore. I bet I can find somwhere else to spend it.

I have been a customer with RPM for years and would not trust any one else with my vehicles. They are straight forward, caring and always go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Not to mention, they are the cheapest around for the quality of work you receive.

I was unfortunately enough to have a broken axle in the middle of a cross-country trip and had to drive about 40 miles down to Bristol (which was the closest city with auto service). Start searching around and found the guys at RPM Offroad. Gave them a call and they were amazing at the service, took the truck to the shop, they quickly ordered the necessary parts, kept me updated on the status and I was soon back on the road on my way. On top of that, their shop is amazing and you can get anything you need for an offroad excursion if necessary. Would not hesitate to give them a ring.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They dont need your money. They will be nice, until you happen to mention something they dont sell or a place they compete with and then the rudeness comes out. and its not just one of them. Oh, and the price will change on the labor jobs it will go up and you will have to pay or you cant get your truck back. I gave them 2 times to do me right, no more.

Bought a Zone lift for my sons 03 tj. The price was good and came the next day. Guys were very helpful and knowledgeable as to what I needed and what would make my sons Jeep look good with the size tires he is going to run.

We recently had the misfortune to take a truck (1999 Ford F350 ) to RPM off-road. We dropped the truck off for a complete overhaul on the front end of the truck. It was supposed to be a one day job. The steering gear and knuckle were found to be bad and in need of replacement. Both parts were ordered and arrived on Friday. The truck was dropped off on Wednesday. For the next two weeks we were lied to on a daily basis by JAKE. It was one excuse after another . Finally I get my work truck back. There is greasy hand prints from the front bumper to the door. Not only that but there is a airbag light on. I take it to a reputable shop who determined the clockspring is broken. I get in touch with RPM to pay to replace the part they broke. They agree to repair it and cut a check. I do not usually do reviews, but I just returned from vacation and found a lug nut in the driveway . No one else has touched the truck since RPM had it. One of the lugs fell off and three more are finger tight. With my personal experience with this shop I wouldnt trust them from this day forward to install a chain on my bicycle much less with an automobile . I was not allowed to give negative stars to enter this review. If so it would be a negative 10 or greater. Have never been so dissatisfied in my life.

Decent selection but these guys are about as sluggish and uninterested in helping as any Ive found, even on work THEY did (ie, no desire to retain repeat customers). And seemingly very unfamiliar with the products they carry. Any question leads to a look of bewilderment then searching it up on the internet, some of which is expected but not for the simplest of issues with a product theyve carried for years. Im off to search for a better place.

From out of town with a balance issue and they were able to fix the same day. Everyone else I called couldnt balance out of 37. THANKS guys

Was quoted the price of leveling kit and alignment for my truck. Paid deposit to order parts and scheduled work to be done. On the day my truck was being worked on I waited in the lounge area. During this time I was informed that the rear of the truck needed to be lifted to match the front after the leveling kit was installed on the front. I did agree to the additional charges for the rear lift. When time to check out I was then told that the price had almost doubled because of the difficulty of installing the leveling kit. At no time during the process was I ever informed there was going to be additional charges for difficulties. As a previous service advisor I know you can not charge more for repairs than you have quoted. With this being my first time doing business with RPM I left very disgusted with the way they do business and refuse to return for any additional work to my truck. Be aware!!!!

RPM has done quite a lot of work on my wife and Is trucks. Both trucks have been lifted/leveled with larger tires. My truck also had an ARB locker installed. Installs are always very professionally done.These folks are the only people I trust to work on our off road equipment on the trucks. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and do what they say. Very few problems, but the few we have had were handled quickly and with great customer service and communication.

Me and my dad were having some problems with his SCT programner... Neither one of us had ever been to RPM but they treated us like their best customers.. They showed us step by step how to tune the programmer and how you can control timing, spark, shift points etc, My dad is really happy with his truck now and we will continue to be customers at RPM... If your thinking about adding performance upgrades to your truck, then talk to someone that does it everyday RPM OFFROAD

I called RPM Offroad to obtain a quotation for installing a leveling kit on my truck. After agreeing on an out the door total of $405.00, I was billed $1100.00. When I only agreed to pay the quoted price, my vehicle was impounded in their shop. I ended up paying $778.00 total for a simple leveling kit. At no time prior to or during the instillation was I made aware of any potential for a price increase. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing another company for your off-road needs.

My family and I where on vacation and ran into a problem on RT 81. Found RPM off-road on Google. Call RPM off-road staff was very helpful, said come on by ill have one of the techs help you out as soon u get here. One of my wheel had lost a weight and the truck vibrating bad.37x13.50x24 just cant stop anywhere with that size Tech jump in the truck went for a test drive. Pulled it in the shop. And the family and I where back on the road in about 45 min.Very pleased with the customer service. Thanks. Now 580 more miles go........
