Very unprofessional customer service, cut me off trying to explain everything, technician are not professional @ all, out of 3 dents they fix 0, very bad experience, do not waist your money with them.P.S.Mr. Matt. Cook, been polite/ethic, is very important for customers satisfaction.

I was very upset when I hit a curb with my wheel, but the team at Dent Wizard in Earth City did a stellar job in a complete wheel repair. They do a thorough job for the entire wheel and its surface, not just a spot job that you find with other repair shops. The quality of work is fantastic and I trust them with my new Jaguar F Type any time. Not only was the work done extremely well, it was done in a very short time and the customer service is second to none. Great Job Dent Wizard Team! Im recommending you to everyone. Not sure, filed a claim a week ago but no word yet. We found out the coverage is not very comprehensive, dealer sold it as a dent and ding repair. The Dent Wizard only repairs dents under the size of a credit card and will not touch up paint dings contrary to what the dealer said.

Great experience with Dent Wizard. I had my claim go through with ease. Calling in, I was greeted promptly with a representative. After scheduling an appointment, the two techs were right on time and performed the dent repair very efficiently. There was concern about one of the dents, lower door on an angled portion, but they were able to take if off with no problem. Door looks like new with no evidence of the dents! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this company. Brandon Bell did an amazing job repairing my car. I thought I was going to be out a lot of money buying a new wheel but he fixed it and my car drives just as good as before. I will always call him for any future repairs myself and my wife needs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! False promises will be made to you, so be prepared for much disappointment. Told me I had until the end of the year to schedule my claim, once I called to schedule my appointment they said my contract expired. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!

St. Louis location-Recently damaged my wheel, 2 days after purchase and wanted to just cry. Was ready to buy a new one when Dent Wizard was recommended. Gave me a quote, dropped it off, picked up the next day. Wheel good as new. Thanks, DW!

Stopped by the location in Fayetteville NC to repair a fent in the rear driver side door. G.W. did an excellent job performing the repair work. I recommend them to anyone needing anything from minor dent repairs to repainting your vehicle!

If you work for this company you will realize as a commissioned technician that they take 60% of your billing from you every month at the most. So for every $100 made you may keep about $15 after deductions. False promises will be made to you, so be prepared for much disappointment. The management will paint a real pretty picture when you first start but once your a commissioned tech your on your own. Goodluck!

I E Mailed this company a week ago, I immediately received an automated email saying someone would call me in the next 24 hours and I have yet to receive that call. If this is a testament to the customer service I’m sure it speaks volumes about the quality of work and my suggestion is to find someone else!

I worked for dent wizard for 30 days after becoming Ill due to a sickle cell crisis I was fired and was told I did not inform anyone I had sickle cell and only missed two days of work DO NOT APPLY 4 THEM training is only two weeks they do not discuss any thing such as benefits or health insurance with you or an attendance policy for that matter the supervisors are rude and do not want to assist with anything and they will lie on you to save their own behinds this is a very unprofessional place do not give them your business

Very Poor policy. I bought a used vehicle and paid for the additional Dent Wizard coverage offered. They painted and re-conditioned the wheels prior to my purchase to get the vehicle ready for re-sale. 8 months after purchasing the vehicle, the clear coat started to peel due to poor workmanship that THEY performed. They claimed they would not cover this, yet they were not able to show me anywhere in the purchase agreement that states that they will not cover their OWN poor workmanship. Thankfully, the dealership was able to talk some sense in to them and get the issue resolved. It is unbelievable that it had to go that far due to the POOR WORKMANSHIP THAT THEY PERFORMED!! It is more unbelievable that rather than take care of the problem without argument, they would rather receive poor reviews. Not a great thing for a small business!

They may do good work but some of their employess might want to drive better around families on the highway and be more courteous.

Emailed Dent Wizard main office and forwarded pictures as requested on 11/29/19 and here on 12/11/19 still waiting to hear from Dent Wizard.

This company is a joke. I enrolled through my car dealer when I bought my new vehicle. I paid $399 for the Dent Wizard contract . I had a 1 inch dent and they wouldnt repair it because the contract doesnt allow dents to have paint on it. I would think most dents would have paint on it from whatever hit it. This is a useless contract.

Absolutely horrible company! Dont buy their warranties or products. NOTHING is covered as they say it is. They have reasons why they cant fix anything you file a claim for. Will never buy again!
