I absolutely love this place. The workers are super friendly and always help you find something if you are having any trouble. And the merchandise is super cool with lots of different types. Hot topic is one of my favorite places to go. And they have some awesome deals!

The selection here is really nice. I love all the Gothic clothes coming back in stock instead of more Disney. Ive been shopping here for awhile and theres usually a very good selection. I have also noticed the improvement in plus size availability. It is nice knowing I can shop at Hot Topic again because their clothes will fit.

Very awesome store but like always very overpriced. The shop is still dark as usual which is cool because they have kept that same gothic style appearance. Hot Topic is Military/Veteran friendly you get 10% off with proof of ID. Check it out and enjoy the store.

This shop is so beautiful! ;-; I love it so much. Very good products.

Nice stuff, always up to date with what is popular. The prices are a little high though. The actual prices are always very high, but they always have sales to draw people in, so it works out. Theres walls of t-shirts and merch from games and shows like Overwatch, Rick and Morty, Steven Universe, Pusheen, etc. They also have stuff for several music artists.

My kids love Hot Topic but when we came by this evening to pick my daughters package at 7:30 even though the sign says 8:00 they were closed!

Customer service is top notch! Not one, but two employees went above and beyond to help me find the pins and patches I was looking for.

Most of the employees are extremely rude. I know several people who refuse to shop at this store because of this.

Would not let me use my $5 reward on a purchase that was under $10 although the T&C did not specify that the purchase price has to be $10 or more.
