Came here on a suggestion of my hair salon in the same center for good coffee that is not burnt.Ordered an Italian Roast and mixed it with cream and sugar. She was right. It was smooth and not bitter. Its a small little coffee place with a small area for out door seating close to a Japanese restaurant tucked near the corner of the shopping center.Inside plenty of seating for groups. Today there was large study group upon entering. A few more tables occupied by lap top users. They served espresso and other drinks. There was a case of pastry and bagels.Nice to know where I can pick up good coffee next time in the area.

We came during our lunch break to get a little pick me up. It was a hot afternoon so we appreciated the nice cool AC in there. The staff was friendly. I got a spice chai latte with soy and it was so good!! Ive been here once before and I forgot what I got but I also enjoyed it!! I would like to try their lunch items one time. Oh and everything is reasonably priced. They take cash or card. Theres a lot of books there too and some tables to sit down and enjoy.

Beautiful spot for coffee and sweets. Hidden away somewhat but I was pleasantly surprised about how nice and ample it was inside .the coffee selections are great. They even make a coffee on charcoal. It also has a nice patio. You can sit outside and enjoy California sun

I really loved studying here pre-covid. Its a great coffee shop open well into the evening hours and a great community spot. Ive sat next to a dungeons and dragons Meetup, a group of people discussing creating a start-up, a manga artist, etc. It was really motivating as I was studying for my fellowship. Enjoy the atmosphere and coffee. I hope this small business continues to stick around in Brea.

I want to take time to thank Danny, a worker at International Coffee Shop. Not only does he always make my drink orders to perfection, he always offers assist by bringing them out to my car (I use a walker to ambulate). He is always friendly and shows compassion. Thanks Danny!

Cozy n HomieLowkey coffee shop in a small business complex. Perfect place to get comfy while working on a laptop. The barista was nice but very busy because he was the only one working there at 8:30am. Expect a 15min wait at minimum if there is people in front of you.Latte was okay. Not bad but not amazing. Give a try, maybe it’ll be your spot.Place 8/10Quality 7/10Service 7/10

Knowledgeable baristas. They were able to explain to me the taste, texture and consistency of the various drinks they make. They were not at all bothered by my requests of customization due to dietary restrictions. Tables are available with board games. I noticed groups of friends there enjoying coffee while playing games. It was not loud either, even with the games being played it remained a relaxing atmosphere.

Great coffee - gotta try the charcoal mocha! Delicious espresso mixed with dark chocolate & a hint of coconut - exotic but familiar taste. Shop is sort of hidden away in a strip mall. Looks small but very roomy inside. Can accommodate large groupsAlso has an assortment of baked goods, breakfast & lunch food. Prices are totally reasonable for coffee of this good quality. Will definitely make this one of my regular coffee spots!

*UPDATE 6/16* They just reopened today and mentioned theyve had issues with updating information on Google. Check their Yelp page for the most up to date info. They are NOT reopen yet! I was very excited this morning when I saw the page saying they were open for takeout since Ive been waiting for them to reopen. I drove 15 minutes today before work to grab my coffee and the door was locked but there were two employees inside still cleaning furniture. Pre-covid Ive also arrived during posted store hours to find the door locked but with the lights on inside. This is the reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5.That all being said I love their coffee, the staff is nice, and its a fantastic place to meet with friends. This is a great little hidden coffee shop. They make my favorite cappuccino, something so simple but it just tastes better.

Feels super local and cozy, obviously very different from all the big name/overrated coffee shops like Starbucks and thats what I adore about this place. Not crowded at all, cutesy decorations on the wall with some miscellaneous collections, friendly barista, great place to study or chillax.

Swung by here for a cup-o-joe. I am not a fan of the big places, so this was a nice alternative. Got a great cafe latte with an extra shot. Super sweet staff! My only complaint was the furniture may have been second hand. I almost couldnt get out of the weathered couch.

Good place to study. Lots of tables to sit at and free WiFi. Prices are very reasonable, service prompt and polite. I had a large Americano and it was just right—not too bitter, neither too strong nor too weak. They have food items as well. A little hard to access the shopping area, but plenty of parking and easy to find.

The International Coffee House is a breath of fresh air among Breas numerous chain coffeehouses. Its an awesome indie coffee shop right across from the mall (more specifically, across from the Nordstroms parking lot). For those looking for a sweet study/work spot, there are plenty of outlets and free Wi-Fi with no time limit. The coffee/teas are top notch. My favorites are the Mango Chai Latte and the White Mocha. Oh and the paninis are delish. I usually go for the pesto swiss grilled cheese Mmm.The staff is super friendly, especially Brian. Theres also a pretty cool open mic. It can be a hit or miss like most but Ive had some great times. I would definitely recommend this place!Update: They dont offer the mango chai anymore! The company that they buy the powder from has discontinued it :(

Eh..If you order a cafe au lait here, its basically a cup of drip coffee with about a half a cup of cold whole milk added. Drink ended up ice cold and undrinkable. Lady at the counter was miffed that I mentioned it was cold. Not a coffee house experience...Waste of $4
