Needed to repair my 2001 Toyota highlander front right bumper. Otilia at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Paul was a pleasure to work with, they kept me up to date on the repair process via texts. they were very covid savy, Paul wiped down the car handles steering wheel etc with wipes. Only took 4 days to fix and what a great job they did. Kudos to the shop workers, The Repair was like new, matched the paint perfectly and they also washed and vaccumed my car, made the tire rims sparkle, car has not looked that good in years. The shop/office area was very clean. Thanks for a great experience guys!

I would highly recommend this place. They are always in contact with you concerning your car making sure you are updated and informed, they got my car done in plenty of time actually ahead of when I expected. The customer service was great while there and they even did an extra courtesy wash on my vehicle! Great place

Did a decent job on the damage repairs but reinstalled my tonneau cover incorrectly causing it to be completely destroyed by wind within a week of them putting it on and refused to make it right. They weaseled out of it by stating that it was already missing a bracket when they got it which is true but it wasnt structurally necessary and was fine for years. These guys reinstalled it with the missing bracket in the spot where it is structurally necessary to have a bracket and left the rail loose and flopping around causing it to break and bend. They say because I didnt specify how to reinstall the cover that its not their fault, but it doesnt take a genius to tell that it was super loose and not right the way they put it back on. Hate to give bad reviews but I really feel like it was a relatively cheap part and if they refused to make this right I can imagine how it will be if something serious comes up. wouldnt recommend.

My vehicle had not been even touched they were waiting for authorization signature for me all the while they needed to negotiate with my insurance. They said theyre looking at two weeks before they can do the maintenance work they were contracted to do by my insurance company.

Had a near head-on collision and you wouldnt be able to tell because of the great work they did. They made an otherwise stressful situation a little easier by the great communication, updates, and helpful service. Highly recommended. I hope I will never need them again, but if I do I would certainly come back.

Being a business owner I look for great service altogether. This place exceeded my expectations. My car repair has zero flaws and the lady at the front desk along with the customer service representative were very welcoming and friendly. I have already recommended this place to clients and family.

I had to deal with a lot with this insurance myself. As soon as it was in Armando hands here at Pacific Elite it was out of my hand! Not only did they do a fabulous job on my car they made everything so easy. I know this is a new business in brea but you should check them out. I know there is a lot of auto body places in brea but this is the one I picked and was very happy with it. Hope I don’t get hit again but I know where I’ll go if I do! From the front office staff to the dude in the back desk everyone was very nice and welcoming. They offered water of coffee. Nice inside with a restroom and a place to view the work being done. Even my car didn’t even have a mile on it.
