Very cozy place with great and cheerful workers. Brianna attended to me and she was super courteous and resourceful. They charges are very moderate unlike other courier service out there. It’s pretty close to the road and can be easily seen from a car in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible parking and entrance for the differently able.

I can’t speak for everyone, but Ashley that works at this location is exceptional. Excellent customer service and very bright and personable. Awesome experience!! 👍😊

Terrible service they will close in the middle of the day for no reason when their store hours say they’re open for a certain time

Chris was great and helpful on a print job I sent over using the online upload tool. Everything was as expected and timely.

I went to this location today to drop off a prelabeled, prepaid box. When I arrived at the counter, the woman working there charged me for a package to ship my shoe box in because they were out of the free shipping bags. What is the point in having a prepaid box that is ready for “drop off” if the employees at this location are just going to make me pay for extra materials to ship it once I get there? It defeats the purpose of free shipping paid for by the company I’m returning my items to. Customers shouldn’t be forced to pay for alternative shipping materials if the FedEx store runs out of the primary ones. Poor customer service, and a scam for your money if you ask me.

I had to get a package out and was budget-conscious and the Fedex clerk was extremely helpful in explaining the different options to me in terms of timing and cost. I would definitely come back to this location.

They don’t answer their phone why bother calling

Poor customer service, the store manager treats people really bad, and his employees are even worse. I was there printing some pictures, that needed to be done, and the employee Chris had a bad, bad attitude. And then the store managers tell his employee he should take care of someone else why his was trying to take care of me. People dont come to this place, dont buy here, dont spend youre money here.

Go to print transparencies and the worker asked me if I had the transparencies for him to print on like what the heck you guys are supposed to have the supplies 🤦🏻‍♂️

I show up 7 minutes before closing, and they couldn’t create a damn label that doesn’t even take 2 minutes to print out, ridiculous!
