Visited on 10/24/21. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service and experience. If I could give a zero star, I would. Appeared obviously very annoyed that they had to be there working to answer questions, had an attitude, and for what? They were not busy at all, there was absolutely nothing going on due to the fact they they are out of all interior paint.Useless employees just taking up space. Will NEVER be back to this Sherwin Williams location. Do not understand 5 star reviews...

I have been in this Sherwin-Williams store a few times and every time I come in everybody’s very helpful with anything I need. They have plenty of items to select from and most things are in stock. I always get great service here.

I needed to match the color of my house with a Sherman Williams color. Everyone one there was more than helpful. Anytime I need paint this is where Im going :)

Walked and was promptly greeted. Knowledgeable staff and very polite. Good prices, I usually ship at the big box stores, but after todays visit will be back.

Most unorganized store. We literally have had a project sitting there since April and I called today and nothing has been done. My phone number has been written on the sheet and no one has bothered to even call.When I called about this no one seemed to care.

The store was hard to spot out. The sign is old and faded. So much for a paint store that doesnt stand out. Otherwise the employees and the materials were good overall

Was referred to this store by another Sherwin Williams store because they said they had the paint I needed in stock. When I got there I was told they didn’t have it and that their inventory was wrong.

Excellent Service! Ive been a painter for about 40 years but have not been working in the field as one for a while now. Brandon and staff were excellent in answering my questions and getting me the products I needed. Some things have changed but I am certain that I will be getting materials here again!

Ive been shopping at Sherwin-Williams for 18 years and the customer service is always great for my little company Baileys Hardwoods they have everything from lockers at primers and the people there have all the information you need when you go in there and ask him a question they know the products that you should use in a proper steps in order to get to the outcome that you really looking for so Im a Im all right Sherwin-Williams at five star

Went looking for paint for our interior walls. Although our original color has changed names the sales person was helpful in finding a match.

We went to Sherwin Williams to buy paint for our front door. We didnt have the number of the paint for the door. All we had to do was give them the name of our neighborhood and address to get the correct paint. The company that was painting our house did the door and it was perfect. Sherwin Williams was very professional and employees were efficient and friendly. It was nice to go to a small paint store rather than the large competitors.

I have been a customer of Sherwin Williams for over 30 years. The advice is always good as is the service, the paint is top notch, color matching is excellent. I highly recommend Sherwin Williams on Hwy 60 in Brandon.

Is the Best place to Buy For painting

Very conveniently located on route 60 in Brandon. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The products are top quality.

40 bucks to match a discontinued Sherman Williams own paint color. Get home and its not even close to the original color. Dried beige and the original color is grey. Why offer a color matching service if you cant match colors.

The female clerk was absolutely pleasant and professional. She was able to match a paint perfectly from a piece of painted sheet rock that was wrongly matched by home depot. GREAT JOB.

The staff here is incredible! They are all so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am in the process of painting all the interior rooms of our new house and I am so grateful for this store and the staff. I didnt visit the store. Nadine came to our house. Talked to each of us. Visited our rooms and asked questions. Then she came up with a great color scheme for our entire house! Ive already recommended her to others. She was great and the who concept is Great! Too bad its not advertised better that this is a service you provide. We only found out because my sister in law did it in New Jersey!!!

The paint quality at Sherwin Williams is by far better than buying other paint brands. Also we always wait until they have coupons and use those.

Oh my goodness! I just hope to God that when I open my paint on Monday and begin my project he mixed the right color!!! . If not I WILL BE HAVING A PROBLEN AND WILL RETURN 65 $ GALLON OF PAINT!!!! Enough said!!!

This store is pretty decent for the most part. However Lindsey is pretty miserable and just plane rude. I left my items laying on the counter and left. I will shop in a store that values their customers from now on.
