I got a whole pepperoni sub tonight and it was one of the laziest put together subs I have EVER seen. Instead of putting the contents of the sub inside the sub, they threw it all on top of the sub. Instead of spreading the pepperoni out I got two stacks of it just thrown on. I had about 8 to 10 slices of pepperoni in two piles. Absolutely ridiculous who they have working for them. Personally that falls on the supervisors for not enforcing proper protocol. If anyone from corporate reads this, please do a full review of all your staff supervisors included. There was another time when we brought forth an issue to the manager on duty she rolled her eyes at us and mouthed something very slick to us before turning her back and walking off. Very unprofessional. Still better that our other shop across town though.

Good place for gas and food. Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly.Bathrooms were reasonabley clean and the store and parking lot seemed safe and well lit. Multiple entrances to both the lot and the building plus a drive through. Located at a busy intersection and2 blocks from rt.219.In-store music volume was up way too loud was my only complaint.

Just ordered some cheesy bacon bombs and a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken on my sandwich was not cooked. No breading, was still pink, and was extremely rubbery. My friends and I will all think twice before ordering food from Bradford Sheetz ever again. Management had better do something about things like this if they want to stay open.

Would rate a zero if possible! The crowd that hangs out there at night makes the community scared to shop there. They race through the parking lot at a high rate of speed screaming, swearing, and going after people. Many reports have been made to the manager and nothing is ever done.

Only 2 coffee machines and both are broken. This is about my 3rd trip to this sheetz they had no coffee.

Super slow drive thru. Good food, but I started to wonder if I was going to have to get gas by the time I got my food.

The past few times we ordered food from there they either forget something or dont prepare it to the order. Will not be getting food from here again.

Its corporate. Tries to outdo all businesses around it to destroy the mom and Pop stores.

I purchased a “soft serve ice cream with toppings” for $2.99... I couldn’t get the toppings to work so, I asked for help, the store associate was super friendly as she told me, “If nothing comes out, that means we are out of that one.” I then informed her that nothing was coming from any of the dispensers... she replied, “Ye, I guess we’re out.” So, $2.99 for a soft serve ice cream without toppings... I could understand something running out but for literally EVERY SINGLE TOPPING to be missing? Come on..sincerely,Missing those sprinkles

Its Sheetz so its always good. The food was great and so was the WiFi!

I love sheetz but our food was cold and the last couple of times I ordered from sheetz they messed up my order everytime

Rarely encounter any issue and enjoy the rewards program.

Placed an online order through the Sheetz app on an early Saturday morning. I order the same thing multiple times a week from various locations. This location did a great job with my order.

Long waits for simple orders, confuses iced coffee and frozen coffee daily. Third time in a week food took 30 minutes or more. Ill update my rating when Sheetz updates their attention to detail and wait times.

Your standard convenience store items, plus food made to order from an easy to use touchscreen. You can also order online and pick food up @ store. Their rewards program is a must; discounts on food, $0.03 off gas, etc.

Ive tried 5 times to get food here-- only to be aggravated beyond despair. 2 of the bad visits were on opening, figured Ive give them another chance-- it never got any better. Simple orders take 1/2 hour or worse-- they lose the order and have to remake it. Self serve machine not working 2 times in, visible chaos behind counters--employees scurrying and bumping into each other, confusion, orders wrong, ect. Good food if you can get it, just dont be in a hurry. Havent been back since, wont either.

Its an average convenience store, I have tried various menu items and none stand out. So I note this as being as average place.

I have always had good an experience at sheetz bit Bradford was not a good stop. The ice cream was not working and the people that worked there had no problem selling me a dish for nothing.

Sheetz is an awful place to go! The food is great but your rights as a 21 year old citizen of this country are limited if youre with a minor. Which is ridiculous. Also they cant get your order right half the time!

Great gas station! So nice inside. The MTO food takes FOREVER and our order was messed up.

We ordered 1 baja wrap today. There were zero other cars in the drive thru and only a few customers in and out of the store and we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for our wrap. We thought maybe they forgot about us but then saw that the cashier working had just looked and saw us so we waited a little while longer. Finally my husband went into the store and they admitted that they forgot about us even though she had looked directly at us but was obviously too lazy to check on us. He initially asked for a refund but the woman working just went over and grabbed a premade wrap and handed it to him. He was pretty upset considering that she was so unapologetic, she ignored his request for a refund, and then gave him a premade wrap instead of the fresh wrap that he ordered. She had absolutely no customer service skills and didnt seem to care. We will not be coming back to this place.

Love having a Sheetz in town but the cooks cant seem to get the orders right.

Ive been waiting at the drive thru for about 45 minutes when they said it would only be 10-15 minutes. Nobody came to let us know why it was taking so long or anything.

Well today Ive managed to find another sheetz that cant get it right. Two days in a row no fresh coffee just empty vats of stale mud and and little red blinking lights. Not to mention the sticky counters and scattered trash. People go to sheetz specifically for coffee in the morning. This isnt something new. Some sheetz get this perfect everytime so I know its possible. I wouldnt have reviewed had it been a one time occurrence. Also would have only given one star except the staff is semi friendly and that counts for something. Thanks for the free stale coffee guys!

So I love Sheetz!!!! The food amazing!!! The service amazing!!! Except Bradfords. The Service as far as cashiers is fine. Although the could up their friendliness. The food not so fine. We ordered a burger and fries, a 6hoagie and mozzarella sticks. Only half the food was OK. The hoagie was put together and wrapped open faced so all the cheese and meat stuck to the wrapper and the fries were cold so were the mozzarella sticks all in the time it took to walk out of the store to the car (30 sec). We did have them redo the hoagie but was given attitude. They really need to step up their M-T-O area. Not impressed. Totally disappointed. Guess I wait till Im out of area to visit Sheetz!!!!

MTO food TAKES far too long.

Usually understaffed at register......have to wait quite often. Also, the restroom is frequently filthy and I have noticed quite often that employees come in to use bathroom and do not even wash their hands. Pretty gross, overall.

I honestly dont really like this Sheetz at all. Ive gotten food poisoning from here twice! Just tonight I got a veggie sub, and the cucumbers were disgusting. My mac&cheese is watery and bland. Im done getting MTO food.
