I needed engine and transmission mounts. I called Milex. They said drop it off and they would look at it. I dropped it right off. They called me in an hour with a solution, estimate and completion time. Then they surprised me by having the car done the following day. I wasnt expecting to hear back from them until Monday or Tuesday. They have great customer service. Car runs like a charm. Im super happy with my experience with them.

Great service! Took my car there to get some brakes installed after I purchased the parts myself (wanted some custom front rotors). After dropping the car off, I got a call from one of the guys letting me know that my rear brakes were in perfect condition and didnt need to be replaced at all, but that they would clean them up and adjust them if they needed it. They were honest with me and could have charged me for something that didnt need done. I saved money and was able to return the rear parts. Ive been there twice for both of my vehicles! Wont go anywhere else for work. If you want honest people, who do great work and actually care, Milex is amazing!!

They were also VERY fast in getting the work done and the mechanic that worked on the car came out and showed me a few things he found to keep an eye on. If I need more work done on any of my cars, I will definitely be going back and I will be recommending them to others.

I had the clutch replaced and some miscellaneous work done. The shop got me in fast, the car runs better than the day I bought it and I was impressed with all of the employees! Fair price and no pressure to upscale! My new go to mechanic shop!

I have not used this business before I would love to though based off of the reviews I’m seeing. I have a 2009 chevy traverse LT and I have codes that are coming up about bad sensors in my transmission. Not sure if it’s a wiring issue or not but a lot of places are telling me get a new transmission. But my vehicle still runs and do not have a problem with going into drive or reverse. It a bit confusing for me and I would love the truth. I have spent so much money already on things that was said to fix my issues but my problem has not been resolved. Definitely will look into you guys.

Had to have my car towed after getting stuck. Had it towed to a gm dealer who said it was a Trans problem and they couldnt get to it for 3 weeks.Saw the great reviews of Milex complete auto care who took care of getting it towed from dealership promptly called me within a couple of hours and informed me it wasnt a transmission problem it was a brake caliper. They broke all 4nof my center caps for.my wheels. They were supposed to.be replaced but was told since the employee that broke my center caps no longer worked thereMilex would no longer Cover my center caps.I had a new flywheel put in my vehicle the has not been 12000 mile nor 1 year on the flywheel.which is covered under manufacture warrany. The whole reason this brand.new flywheel.went bad is the owner of the shop Bill chose to put a starter back in my vehicle that he knew would damage the flywheewould havs to comeback for reapirs. The whjole right side of tje housing on the starter was brokin and should have never been reinstalled in my vehicle. I have picture of the started bill put back in my truck. Evry mechanic I have showed this starter to has said it should have never been reinstalle and allowed to leave Molex with the starter in that condition. I am currently seeking legal representation. I would never ever take my.car ortruck to milex They pride themselves and giving cheap service. Well being nice doesnt get vehicles fixed. I spent over 2000 dollar in a litttle.over a year and my truck is still broke. Bill doesnt know what he is doing.If you want a real mechanic thats transparent and professional. I had my car at another car mechanic shop who told me that my car definitely needed a transmission... I was super close to giving them they money for a transmission when my Landlord told me absolutely not get it out of there and take it to Mr. Transmission... They are so kind and on top of that my car ended up not even needing a transmission!!!! It was something else way cheaper and when I picked my car up they went above and beyond and fixed something else I need fixed but couldnt deal with yet to my surprise my horn and all the bottons work in my steering wheel again!!!! Took my vehicle to this place last minute, without any appointment on a Saturday and they got me in within the hour I spoke to them on the phone. Checked my car out, and showed me the transmission fluid. No sketchy techs here, and the woman in the office was very nice. Thanks for the great last minute service!

They took a great deal of time, had my car on the lift, and explained in detail what was going on with my transmission. They indicated everything looked good and it was nothing that needed to be done. They took my car out for a test drive and told me I was all set. Then they told me there was no charge as there was nothing to fix. Great folks, and you can bet I will go back there for anything I really need to have done. Nice to have someone you can trust.

Got transmission work done on wife truck 2012 yukon got 3 year Warranty and Everything is good.Now brought my work truck in for repairsFront axle transfer case so he is explaining meHow much parts cost i decided to go with a used transfer case they got that in for me now that front axle bill told me it was $1300 new I thought that was super high and then gave me another option he quoted me just to rebuild my old part for $550 I still though that was too highI get a call from Linda over the phone, calls and says im at the place where they will rebuild your front axl she said she was in St Pete r something but not close to shop ok so I felt bad didnt want to tell to not do it so I said go ahead and do itThen I walk in I mentioned it to my wife and she asked me if I had called auto parts store.Then i called autozone and oreallys turns out the part for my truck was brand new$400 with lifetime warrantyI understand some shops mark their parts 20% higherBut this was not 20% he marked it 300% higherI really didnt want to post this review but somebody else may be getting ripped off!

I got there at 2: 30 and had to be at work at 3. They found out what was wrong with my car and fixed it in less than 20 minutes so I was at work on time and didn’t have to worry about my car anymore!! They were awesome people and very kind and considerate.

This place is a hidden gem. I took my Grand Cherokee in for a routine transmission service since I did not know the service history of the vehicle. Keep in mind, that I was not having any issues but wanted to keep it that way with routine service. Although I wasnt having any issues when I took it in, the shifting and daily driving was much smoother when I got it back! The service took a bit longer and I am so glad it did! The reason was due to their integrity and honesty. They did not have the proper fluid on hand as the Jeep took a different fluid than their standard high quality synthetic. Rather than saying good enough, they went out and got the proper fluid to do it right. They could have just put in their standard and it may have worked good enough all while slowly damaging my transmission. In a service industry such as this, your integrity and customer service is everything. I would not hesitate at all to return. I rarily do reviews unless a business is exceptional or horrible. Thankfully their team is friendly and top notch!

They dont try to sell you what you dont need, they dont over price, they warranty their work, and parts, what more do you want. Its not a chain... You know, like....Midas, Tuffys. Unsatisfactory chains like this. Stay away from chains, the turnover rate for the mechanics in these chains is astronomical. Find yourself a mom and pop store that you can trust, just like this one. I know them because I work at Advance Auto Parts and we highly trust them. If you havent been there, then get there, and check them out.. and you are welcome.

Took my vehicle there twice first time was legit explained and fixed everything as should be 2. ND time got a starter replaced and have had delayed starts no biggie just had to be broken on I guessed and havent had any trouble but when I called the third time to see if I could bring my. Own new part and they install they agreed ( rare thing for a shop to do) by the way it was rear rotors and pads I was told they had to be machined before installing. Also 3 weeks prior to that when the starter was replaced they had told me pads and rotors were good to go. But in reality they never checked the inter pad in any of the pad if they even checked at all..... Needless to say I went somewhere else that installed my. Rotors and pads for 125$..,the fact that they toldMe it would cost (quoted 3 to 4 hundred for. Some. Lifetime replacement pads. As a special they apparently going on. The whole telling me that the new rotors had to be machined and than tried to jack the price sky high highly upset me considering I spent atleast 2k and though I found a repair shop I could trust ( nobody had ever needing to machine new rotors other than to charge extra time for something they didnt even do.., not cool because I did my. Homework and called. Many many places before writing this post. # lost my business and I really did trust them. With my. Car (. Rare thing to trust someone with my car my kids and pregnant wife also drive in) not cool leaving oil. Hand spots all over my front quarters no. Wipe down..,. Other than this last experience the are 100 proof dedicated to fixing your car correctly

I took my car in to a dealership service shop to get an oil change (which is free since I purchased the car from them and bought the extended warranty) and asked them to quote me for tires. They quoted me $650 for tires and another $169 for alignment. They also told me I needed rear brakes. Went to factory tire outlet and I got a better tire and alignment for under $600. I also asked them to check my brakes (I never told them the dealership had told me about needing brakes). Fred told me that I had at least 20,000 more miles on the brakes that I had and that I was fine. I’ve been coming to this shop for a very long time and I find Fred and his staff to be honest, friendly and professional.
