I cant stress how much we LOVE our new counter tops. We were looking to renovate our kitchen and decided to shop around. I pass BB Marble every day so I figured I would try them first. As soon as we walked in, I was greeted by the owner Dill..He was so friendly and patient and he was at my house the same day measuring. He gave us a great price on beautiful granite. After I saw the granite and received the quote, I was sold and didnt check any other places. Within a week and a few days, the project was done! They even cut down our ugly breakfast bar and relocated our outlets, all within a few hours for the entire job. The guys were AWESOME and showed care for our home. From the minute I walked in the store until the project was done, it was first class all the way. Trust me, this is the place to go. Worst Service ever! They cancelled the first measurement appointment and then showed up 90 minutes after second second scheduled appointment. What would the actual service be like if I hired them, since they do not keep to a schedule. There are many other companies out there. I do not recommend this company especially if you want things done in a timely manner.

I chose Boynton Beach Marble and Granite for our bathroom renovation because we had an amazing experience with Omar and the company when we remodeled our kitchen several years back. This time around I have to say that the quality of the work performed was as good as it was before. I’m giving them 4 stars because there was some delays in the project, but the outcome was good.

I wish I could give less than one star. I paid over $3,200 for 3 slabs of marble from Boynton Beach Marble and Granite all of which were damaged when they arrived to my fabricators warehouse. So damaged that they couldnt even be used. I tried texting and calling the salesman Eric multiple times but of course- no response. I went into the store that weekend and was told that all sales were final- despite the fact that they sold me damaged slabs. It was funny to me how they were so friendly and accommodating when I was purchasing my slabs, but when I went back to the store to explain that they were damaged, they couldnt have cared less. All the staff cares about was that they got their payment. As a woman, I feel that I have been completely taken advantage of, and Im out $3,200. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR COUNTERTOPS HERE!!!

Worst business experience of my life. I was dealing with Patrick, son of owner. Would take 8 to 10 days to get a call back or an Email response. I had all the measurement and plans done for a master bath remodeling. All they had to do was answer a few questions and place the order for vanities. Multiple calls and emails from me -- totally ignored. The kids are running the business now, taking lots of time off, and dont really care. I cant imagine what it would be like when it came time to install all the stuff. Stay far away unless you want an ulcer or heart attack.

Originally we had purchased granite from another company and they tried to screw us so we went to BOYNTON BEACH MARBLE AND GRANITE we where treated as if we where family. Once we found what we liked they set up the appointment to make the template.Then we went in to place the template onto the quartz so they can see what section we wanted .They installed the vanity top today and all I can say is AMAZING they did a A+ job and I would give them 10 stars if I could so if you need granite, marble,quartz or quartzite dont go any further they are the best. Starting with the exceptional professionalism from Kendrick and Patrick, the two owners, to the gentleman who did a phenomenal job of framing and measuring the counter, to the 3 guys who installed the counter without any hesitation. They new there craft like the back of there hands. They were so flexible when we had a couple of small changes during installation. It was such a pleasure to work with such an incredible team from start to finish. It would be my pleasure to recommend them.

Amazing experience with Boynton Beach Granite. They were recommended to us so we thought we would give them a try and very glad we did. From the initial meeting to the final install was flawless. Boynton Marble and Granite is awesome. I am in the flooring business and really can appreciate great customer service with great products and that is exactly what I got from them. All of the employees were very helpful with the selection process. They provided and installed tops for my bar, kitchen, and windowsills. The bar and kitchen came out awesome. The sills in a couple of sections were not exactly to my liking, the installer actually pointed it out and it probably would have been acceptable to most. However, when I mentioned that I was not 100% satisfied they took it out, no questions asked, and came back and replaced it. It is now 100% perfect! This is a sign of a great company with employees who care about their work and their customers. In addition, I found out that a friend of mine had their home done by them as well and they also received an outstanding job and had a great experience. I would highly recommend Boynton Marble and Granite to anyone.

After researching many companies to partially remodel our kitchen, we chose Boynton Beach Marble & Granite because they had the best reviews and would complete the project for a fair price. They did a great job modifying our island, adding cabinets that matched our existing cabinets perfectly, and replaced our countertops and backsplashes. We were especially happy that they were able to preserve our wallpaper that we could not have matched. The materials are of great quality, especially the beautiful granite countertops. Omar, the project manager, and his team were great to work with, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen remodel.

Boynton Beach Marble and Granite has just completed another project in my home. This most recent one was remodeling a bathroom. They have previously done kitchen counters and a desk, two other bathrooms and even built a beautiful dining room table for us. They have a huge assortment of natural and man made stone products to choose from. They are creative, absolutely honest, totally reliable, and meticulous in their work. Dil, the owner, and his staff have always been extremely helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with in every way. All of his workers and even the subcontractors he recommended we’re always on time and completed their work on schedule as promised. I would recommend them highly and without reservation.

We have been trying to get prices on granite top and cabinets for two weeks and we can’tGet a response. They wouldn’t give us prices when we were there so I suspect they were playing some kind of game. Waste of time. Unprofessional service.

I visited BBMG because they were one of the few businesses open on a hurricane weekend. They showed me around and helped me find just the granite I was looking for. But what I was MOST impressed by was the speed at which Dil Soares sent out his team to measure for the final product. Fabrication was done and installation within 3 business days! Patrick to the rescue is the best description I can think of. We had used Boynton Beach Marble and Granite for our Kitchen Counters 2 years ago. That experience was amazing. Then it was time to redo the bathrooms, but our contractor used another company for counters. We thought it would be ok, until the fabricator insisted our sinks had to be mounted on the top of the counters when they were designed to be either under counter or top mount. He refused to do the under counter mounting, so we put the brakes on and I drove up to see Patrick and our top notch kitchen counter installers, Boynton Beach Marble and Granite. Patrick looked at the sink, which by the way came in at 62lbs and said it would be no problem to have those installed. They were to our home in a few days to take the measurements. We were given an install date, called when the material was delivered to their warehouse for us to come approve and shown some scratches they wanted us to be aware of. Which by the way was in no way their fault. Fabrication began and the same original appt was kept for the install. The installers we had this time were the same as the ones we had 2 yrs ago for the kitchen. You would never even know they had been working in our home if you didnt see the new counters. So clean, everything covered for their workspace. This remodel has been a nightmare from the time it started and I cant say enough good things about Patrick and the entire process. Wish I had trusted my instincts from the beginning of this and called them to begin with. So thank you Patrick for being the bright spot in all of this. Please pass the thanks onto the installers as well. They did a super job!

We ordered Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets back in February for $19K. We paid you in full When we complained a number of them had to be replaced as they were either pitted, warped or incorrectly cut, we were told we had to wait for a Kraftmaid rep to inspect them, but she was new and not available to get here until August. She came and agreed to replace them. Now we have the replacements, and a few of then are pitted and warped, but our sales rep, Omar, is not returning calls that we and our contractor have made to him. My wife cant stop worrying that you wont make good on this sale and fix our problem, so I figured I would try to get help via this method.After posting this original one star review, Omar called, upset, and said they would make this right. Its taken a few months but we finally got cabinet doors that work. Although this was a problem with Kraftmaids faulty workmanship, this issue should have been addressed in a more timely and professional manner by both Kraftmaid and this company who reps them.

Terrible customer service the woman behind the counter had a terrible attitude tried to give me a brand new sink to transport without a box, we were told the wrong price over the phone for the sink so there was an up charge, we were also told they would come install it on Friday but then they called and told us so sad to bad we are to busy for you the job is to small we were repeate customers but will never go back there again. The only food out come was the gentleman who actually took the time after I asked the woman 5 times to check the back for a box he went and found me one

Horrible experience as of recently. Poor communication all around. They dropped the ball. Refused to separate anything on the quote so we could see pricing accurately. Refused to allow us to speak with the owner.

The worst. They have absolutely no customer service. When we originally set up the appointment for them to come template our kitchen, I didn’t receive a time frame until the evening prior, which happened to be in the middle of a work day. When I informed them that this time was as inconvenient as could be, the attitude from their employee communicated “we get there when we get there”. Once the employee showed up to template, we assured my wife that there was a 2 week turn around from templating until instillation. They took 5 weeks. On the day of installation I received a call threatening me with a noncompliance penalty for no one being home when they arrived only for them to realize that they were at the wrong house. When they finally installed our counters I was not home. When I got home I noticed that the sink was not centered in the cutout. The sink is flush on the right side with a half inch overhang on the left. I called and set up an appointment to have them fix it. They called to confirm said appointment. I took the day off from work. 30 mins into the allotment, I received a call from them stating that their truck broke down and would not make it. Unacceptable. I called Lowe’s to complain as I used them to purchase the counters in the first place. They called to get the story and were given a completely different story. They told Lowe’s that a guy on the crew had an emergency. They can’t get their story straight. Avoid like the plague!

1st experience with this company. Quality product and great customer service. We have had experience with all types of stones (granite, marble, quartz & soap stone) working in the industry. Any light natural stone will create sweat marks and can cause staining. Our last property had white quartz from ceaser stone which we thought was high maintenance. Our friend told us not to even us color soap - he worked directly for the manufacturer.

BEWARE!!!!!! Purchased Granite through Lowe’s and they gave us this company we had to use to pick the granite through. We selected the granite and three years later we will have to replace! Scam! The granite was not solid granite but over top another composite. They had no customer service and definitely wouldn’t send anyone to evaluate. Gave me the run around and wanted to charge $125 to look at the problem after multiple pictures were sent of the product. Be sure to have it tested before you buy! You may end up like me only three years later! Don’t you buy granite because it’s the least likely to break...... it here!!!!!!!!!

I won a $5000 gift card to Lowes so we decided to replace our kitchen counter tops. Boynton Beach Marble & Granite is the company Lowes subcontracted the job to. We chose black quartz and they were installed. We were not happy with the seams and had a few other issues. Patrick sent a different team and all of our issues were addressed. You no longer see the seams and the attention to detail, by his crew, the A team as they call themselves was perfect! When it comes time to re-do our bathroom counters I will go DIRECTLY to Boynton Beach Marble & Granite.

We had a granite counter top installed 5 years ago. First, I was not home when they installed the countertop. When I got home from work and saw it I said to my husband What is this? This is not the granite I ordered! So they had to remove what they installed and put in the appropriate granite. 3 months later I noticed the seams were coming apart. They sent a man who said it was just settling, and he put in a shim under the part where the seam was separating. Having no experience with granite, I believed him. Here I am 5 years later, the seams are separating more, and a huge crack has appeared behind the sink leading up to the seam! Ipurchased another counter from them for a bathroom 2 weeks ago, and inquired about getting the kitchen one looked at and fixed. I was told that since it was 5 years old, it would cost me $175 to just have a man come out to look!!!! BTW, I was about to order a second bathroom counter from them but cancelled my order. I will go elsewhere.P.S. at the suggestion of my contractor, I went back after I posted this and asked to speak with Patrick . I explained that I was upset about $175 fee to have someone come out and take a look. He was very concerned and said he would have someone call me and look for no fee. Well, 2 weeks later and no phone call. I ordered my master bathroom counter from another place which btw, was less expensive and had 5 star rating!

I had granite counter tops installed by Boynton Beach Marble and Granite 3 years ago. At the time of purchase I asked about if the granite needed to to sealed and was told that it was sealed and was good for 5 years. My wife and I noticed that anytime we set a glass with ice in (sweating) it would leave a water mark. I was told not to worry is would go away. Now we see that thr granite has changed color and is darker in some areas. After many tries we got a service tech to come out and look at it. They sould not determine what the problem was or what caused it. 7 days later I get a call stating there is nothing they can do for me and said it was an oil stain. The problem is in many different areas and was not caused by oil. Please beware of what they tell you, once they have your money they dont care about your problems. Buyer Beware
