If you pre-order a game and they tell you it has an early release night before scheduled release date, you’d better call the store and confirm that is truly the case before just coming down for the early release: Don’t want to waste a trip like me- coming over here just to get told “no I said to call first because we MIGHT be doing an early release“Huh… I think I would have remembered that minor detail.

They kept saying dawg and bro for some reason but the selection was good.

I believe it was the store manager whos name I hope is Austin at this particular GameStop in Renaissance Commons in Boynton, who is one of the nicest guys and his customer service is excellent. He went out of his way to help me, even though this store is very busy. He didnt rush me, and took the time to be polite and social. It is rare that someone is so customer service oriented like Austin, but I hope his good example catches on and starts a trend for the lack of service we usually experience in So. Florida. Thank you Austin!

I’m not the type to leave reviews about anything but this is well deserved, I’ve been searching for the PlayStation 5 for over a month now waking up at 4:00 am to try to get in stores first... well that didn’t work, but finally got lucky to be near gamestop at the right time, computers were down and it took quite some time, but Santiago and two other gentlemen were great and made time fly by and helped me order my PlayStation 5, thank you Santiago and co workers, you have made a new happy customer!

Absolutely love the staff here. Each time I go w my son we get treated so well and feel like they actually care about us and they remember us. It’s a rarity these days to get such great customer service and I appreciate their kindness, patience w my son (who is autistic), knowledge is on point 100% about anything we inquire about. They really put a lot of effort into connecting w my son which means so much to me as a single mom who knows 0 about video games. Every thing cool here most the employees are nice and helpful.Just dont get the long haired guy.he just doesnt stop talking, thinks hes Gods gift to earth, and thinks he knows everything..jeez we get it youre 38 years old and working at game stop. We probably be miserable too.

Went in and made a small purchase. The employee told me he was hooking me up with a free warranty on my stuff. Turns out he just used my 5$ off coupon without asking me.. watch your offers on your account they use them at will to make their numbers.2nd visit.The store itself is in alright condition. But I didnt receive any kind of personal service or help. My kid got a brand new game for his birthday, already had it so we tried to return it but was told we couldnt and that was it. Total shut down offered zero help.

I wouldnt recommend trading games in, unless you absolutely dont want it or theres a special going on. Most complaints involving any GameStop start and end here. However GameStop regularly has plenty of sales you can take advantage of and unlike general retail stores you can usually be assured youre paying a fair price for any physical merchandise. This is one of smaller stores, but its clean, helpful and the employees practice social distancing. A natural technique for the introverted gamer.

This place is a joke. I literally bought two used games went straight home to play them but both disk were unreadable. So I quickly went back and exchanged them for two other games. I went home and both games were unreadable again. At this point I’m thinking it’s my PS4 but I put in other disk I own and they worked properly. I’m going back today to return the games and I promise it will be the last time I shop at any GameStop. To any parent out there you know how valuable time is so don’t waste your time with this company. All you will be doing is wasting gas and time to buy garbage product you will just have to return anyway. I’m reporting this GameStop to the BBB.

Tried to trade in a disc version for the digital version. $25 trade in value, for a $60 game. Shut this place down.

So a different GS location sold a copy of a game that came out today that was supposed to be on hold for me. Names and locations won’t be mentioned. This store is my home store, I don’t know why I even went to another location. But whatever.I called this store and Austin picked up (he’s the store manager). In the past he’s helped me out, taken care of my wife and I, he’s awesome. The game I wanted today wasn’t in stock here either. This guy called different stores until he found one that had a copy in stock and asked them to hold it for me. Thanks to Austin, I’ll be getting my game today.Honestly, all the staff at this store are the best. They’re friendly, they’re knowledgeable, and they probably all know me by name now. Just many reasons to keep my business with this store.Thanks, you all rock!

The manager is stand up gentleman. We have been coming for year now and this is the only store we shop at. No matter the question they are willing to answer it to the best of there ability.

Diamond is literally the coolest guy. I’ll do the 10 mile drive just because he gets it. He likes games, he doesn’t mind talking to me about upcoming games, pops, merch, and he just made my experience. I called ahead before I came in because I was hunting something specific and he was willing and able to help me despite it being kind of a random product. Nice Employees are the reason why I don’t buy games online. I want to talk shop with people who get it.

Best gamestop I have been at. I will drive out of my way to go to this location. The staff is awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.

Not gonna lie, came here about 5 times now and the staff is super friendly and very very informative with their products. The one I delt with the most is a employee named Diamond, very friendly individual, very knowledgeable about anything I asked him, he makes buying a new product very easy by not shoving it down your throat but simply selling it for what its worth with as much info on the pros and cons of said item. Gamestop staff, dont change a thing, yah Rock, definitely coming vack to this location over and over again.

Disappointing all the way around. My friend was looking for an Xbox one power cord so we called Game Stop several times and nobody answered the phone. After not being able to find out if they carry a power cord we drove out there only to find out that they don’t, nor does any other Game Stop in all of Florida. A store specializing in games and gaming consoles should have a power cord in stock. Step up your game!

Love GameStop but would never go back to this location. I was sold a faulty game, purchased the warranty, and have been getting attitude from the staff in attempting to return a clearly bad disk for days afterward- despite having purchased the warranty. Calling corporate about the staff at this location now.

GameStop, as a company I have to say I am impressed by the fact that they have been in business so long; however, their time is coming to an end, just look at their stock prices currently on a downward trend since 2014. They sell items (video games) which can be purchased anywhere, including the big stores like Walmart, Target etc.It’s just too corporate for me, everything you are looking to buy is an up sell (Extended warranty on a headset? I can’t believe people fall for this!) and everything you want to trade in has some type of problem and as a result the price is decreased. Not to mention the whole preorder thing, what’s the point it’s not like they’re not going to have enough in stock? I don’t understand why someone would preorder a game in this present day.I was looking to get rid of a bunch of games that I will never play again along with two consoles. While the prices they pay for consoles is somewhat generous the amounts offered on games is a joke, roughly 10-25% of current market value.

Because of the way your employees treated me I will never shop at a gamestop again unless 100% necessary but with best buy right down the street I think Ill be fine. On multiple occasions one of your employees got an attitude with me and laughed st my face had longer dark hair kinda light skin middle eastern completion. I reserved a game and told it came with certain dlc when I played it I found I was lied to total waste of money also why did you release a game a day before it came out I used to work at gamestop did you know its a felony to release a game before its actual release date you can go to jail face a 10000 dollar fine and ha e the store shut down and Ive seen you do it multiple times good thing corporate doesnt care or youd be in some big trouble go buy your game with a companey who actually cares about their customers as soon as I walked into best buy they were so nice and helpful your missing out on a customer of more then 10 years
