The young man that replaced my laptop battery did an excellent job. I called and got a quote. When I arrived, he confirmed the price, took my laptop and returned in 30 minutes with the repair completed. Excellent serivice.

This place is amazing. My first time I was greeted and serviced promptly. My macbook Air was having a little issue, wobbly screen and I brought it in. Bought a new iPad and after setting it up to use the Touch ID after about a weeks use it asked me for my password…Forgot it…I guess I’m officially old! Stopped by the Boynton location and in less then 30 minutes they took care of it and I was on my way….NO CHARGE! Tough this day and age to find a business with customer service like that. I highly recommend them.

The staff was highly professional and knowledgable. They did not try to over sell us and suggested only what was needed. They were also very timely in identifying the issue, getting back to us for approval and implementing whatever repairs or changes were mutually agreed upon. I will definitely use them for any future repairs or purchases of used or new Apple Products.

All the guys at Experimax are awesome. They are knowledgeable, well priced, kind and best of all, honest. The other day I dropped off 2 laptops that had issues, and before so left I asked the gentlemen about a tablet for my father in law. He jumped onto the Beat Buy website and talked about my options. Didn’t try to sell me anything. I just picked up my 2 Toshiba laptops that they looked at for me: one needs a part that they said they could do but did not really recommend putting money into this older laptop. The other one had a problem with the power receptacle being pushed in so there was no way to use a cord. Elijah adjusted the receptacle to where I could get the cord to work and advised me to back it up before it slides again. (Geek squad said I would need a soldering kit and wasn’t worth it. Would run me over $100 just for materials. Didn’t even try to help). How much do I owe you?”....”No charge”. Also didn’t try to sell me anything. These guys are trustworthy-very hard to find these days.

My experience was not good. I had an issue with backspace key. they accepted my machine had it a week, ordered a new battery. did not solve the issue so one more week with keyboard replacement.. My laptop was returned with two cracks in it it, a corner piece chipped off and the speakers distorted and no longer functioning as I brought it in. I inquired about replacing the speakers,Eiligh said they couldnt find them and contacted another place that is fixing it tomorrow Congrats to whoever had success here but have the feeling these kids are winging it. go elsewhere.

Through out that years I have purchased 4 Macs from them and have had one other one (not purchased there) repaired by them. Great experience! Had my sons iPhone 7 glass screen repaired for the 2nd time here. Took less than 2 hours. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful! Also purchased a glass screen protector that was applied perfectly. Alex took the time to clean the phone thoroughly before applying the screen protector, which was above and beyond what was expected! Highly recommend!

Took over a week for them to even look at my laptop. I clearly stated to them it wasnt a power issue at drop off. Thats all they looked for before stating there was nothing they could do 2 weeks later. They then returned my laptop to me with none of the screws in it. Absolutely horrible. Complete waste of my time!

Josh was great! He helped my elderly dad remove some malware from his computer, and made the whole process quick and easy. Even though we didnt asked for it, he also cleaned up other things on the hard drive so the computer was faster and less buggy. I would definitely go back to him for service on any of my devices!

Good place. I got an refurbished unlocked IPhone 6 there. It was pretty expensive, but I got a 1 year warranty which made it all worth it. Amazing customer service and overall a nice place!

I needed a newer MacBook Pro to replace my aging machine, stopped in this store over the weekend. Elijah helped me select a new machine by answering all 100 of my questions completely and ptiently, transferred everything from my old Mac to the new one, and made sure I understood what to do going forward. Great store. Helpful knowledgeable people, they found the right phone for me which is what a good salesman should do.The only drawback was the showroom. It had two big Fabreeze dispensers that effected me badly. I’ve been out of the store an hour now and my eyes are still watery even after a hot shower. So unnecessary as the room was spotless. I feel bad for the employees that have to breath air in that closed environment all day long

When the hard drive on my iMac started to fail I was a bit panicked. Sure, I have a cloud backup, but what a hassle it would be to restore it!But amazingly the Experimax techs were able to transfer ALL of my data from the old drive onto a new SSD. Plus, they recommended a larger drive at a great price!It’s a pleasure doing business with this company; I highly recommend them.

I went to Experimac with an issue that I’ve been having for several days and although being tech savvy, I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. Josh B. is a god amongst techs and was able to resolve it within 24 hrs of having my unit! Gee golly what a great fella!!!

Run from your Apple store directly to Experimac!! Bought 2 iPhone X and had the sales person at Apple wipe old phones and reload our new phones from the cloud. My phone messages all came back on my phone but not on my wifes. Unfortunately, my wife had messages from her recently deceased mother that she specifically said to the sales person not to loose. We are not computer savvy and did not back them up and the sales person did not say anything about doing that prior to wiping the phone. Long story short, so called genius after genius and a total of 6 hours of time and no-one could do anything about it. Took it to Josh at Boynton Beach Experimac and within 20 minutes retrieved all of the lost messages!! This guy is truly a genius!!! Do not go to the Apple store unless it is your last resort, go to Experimac and you dont have the long waits that you do at apple for mediocre at best support. My sisters iPhone SE screen had broken, and it wasn’t under Apple care. Only option I had was taking it to a computer repair place. A friend told me about Experimac being certified by Apple, which gave me confidence in taking my sisters phone there. Met with this guy Annie, who did a bang up job repairing the phone, looked like to was never dropped before. The shop was neatly decorated, the staff was friendly and Annie even gave us warranty. Any time I need any more of my Apple products repaired or up dated, I gotta go back to Experimac.

Excellent service. I needed to re install my hard drive and they did it right away for no charge. As opposed to Best Buy who told me they would have to ship it away, and wait about 3 weeks. Im thankful I found this place, highly recommend it.

After getting my iPhone screen repaired, it was quite off colored that did not seem to go away after time. Was given my phone back in a timely manner. Although it lasted about 3 months, it unfortunately cracked with an expensive screen protector and case on from about 1 foot off the ground. I would pay the extra fee for the better screen for anyone who needs their screen to last.

This was my first time using Experimax, but not my last. They were fast and efficient. Good prices too.

Had my first experience with Experimac this week when my hard drive crashed on my MacBook Pro. I cannot say enough about Josh Barnes who expertly helped me to get my computer back within 12 hours. Upgraded my hard drive and RAM at a very reasonable cost. My computer is working better than ever. Ill definitely be referring others. And Ill be back when I need something fixed or to purchase a new device.

Worst experience EVER! Took the phone for a screen repair after going through a horrible experience with a different company. The screen was repaired but the screen started to lift not even a full 24hours after its repairs. I took the phone back to get the proper hold glue for the screen. Screen still was not held down properly. Took it back for the second time and now not even a two weeks the phone has black out and I’m being told that the company will not fix the damage. The warranty states 1 year and no damages to the screen/phone which is the case. Company is a total rip off. None of the employees asked to try and resolve this issue and they all stood around me with an I don’t care look.

I have had nothing but amazing service at Experimac. I once dropped my iPhone 6 in the water. They kept it for a few days and spent a lot of time on it. Unfortunately, it was not able to be salvanged, but even though they spent several days trying various solutions, there was no charge--just a friendly smile!A couple months ago, they purchased my iPhone 7+ for more than what Sprint would have given me. I do not want to hassle with selling online, so Experimac is the place to go for great service and a company you can trust!

Ani, is a great team member of Experimac.He was able to diagnose a problem with my mid 2012 13-inch MacBook Pro and tried his best to save the computer. Unfortunately the computer was fried and I was able easily afford a decently priced refurbished Mac for my needs without forking over $2000 to Apple or breaking the bank!The store is very neat and organized and all the associates and managers are friendly. 10/10 would recommend for repair work and refurbished apple products.

Great service. Apps store wanted 3-5 days and $100 to replace my IPhone 6 battery. These guys did it in 45 minutes for half the price, and gave my a 90 day warranty. Had a my phone back to work and saved my day. The best and fastest service!

My experience was delightful. I know that this sounds like some shill who works for the company. I can assure you this is not the case. I dealt with Ani Kahn who was completely helpful without being overbearing. I bought a great machine, had my own ssd installed (which I purchased and brought in) in it and my old data transferred at no extra charge. I am a raving fan!
