They should be informed about what they have in stock. I went in and asked for the Design Essential brand and the lady stated they are out of stock. I ignored her and looked and found an entire aisle of the brand.

Suzy at the Sally’s at Boyton beach location was extremely helpful! She is an asset to the company with her recommendations. I definitely recommend people come to this location as she will help with anyone’s needs.

I went there yesterday on New Year’s Eve because I decided I wanted to dye my hair blonder for the new year. The hair specialist gave me some products and told me it would turn my hair a beautiful blonde. I did exactly what she told me to do and it turned my hair BRIGHT ORANGE. I was so upset I went back there to show her what happened and she had the audacity to tell me “it looked beautiful and she doesn’t know what I’m talking about” it’s so bad I can’t even go in Public without wearing a hat. Now I need to drop $200 on highlights and toner. I showed my hair dresser what she told me to use and she said she hates that product and she would never advise anyone to use it. Do not recommend listening to anything they say when it comes to hair

I visited this Sally’s location Friday night to pick up some protein filler, color and developer because I was trying to color my bleached hair. When I mixed the color (1:1 ratio) and started to apply it, I noticed something was wrong be sure it wasn’t developing. I tried mixing the color more with a whisk which didn’t help. I ended up washing everything out of my hair and figured something was wrong with the developer. The next day I went back to the store to exchange the products and was told I probably did something wrong and that no one else has complained, but they let me exchange the product. I went home, tried the process once again and got the same results. I ended up having to use an old color I had, and it turned out it was the ion permanent color Sally’s was selling. Not only did I get sold a bad product twice in a row, I was treated as incompetent so I’ll be visiting a different location from now on.

Staff is always friendly & helpful. There is a great selection to choose from. You can tell when people are happy at work. Even when busy the staff finds time to answer all of my questions & give helpful input.

Came in looking for a product that theyre supposed to carry but when i arrived they didnt have it in stock so the lady rudely stated that they only what was on the floor and told me basically to get something else because they were all basically the same products. I was looking for a powered bleach so i could bleach my hair. So i did as she said and got something else. Well when i used it at home it didnt even do anything. I gave the product 2 chances to work but it did nothing. Wouldnt recommend this location. Go elsewhere either another store entirely or another location.

Have been using products for 10 years. I love them

First of all, Sallys now closes super early. I came in not knowing it was closing time, which is now 7:30, and the employees were rude as soon as I opened the door. I was informed it was 2 minutes before closing and I could come in if I knew what I wanted. I hesitated but knew what I was looking for. I found what I wanted and had an employee following me because they have to close their registers right at 7:30. Ive worked at retail and never heard such a thing. Will not be returning.

The staff is horrible, rude, and never helpful. They don’t know their behinds from their heads, and every time I go in it’s a problem. Won’t be back anymore. Done. There’s other places I can go for my hair supplies.

They were counting money and didnt acknowledge me as if k was invisible. Like seriously

Service here is pretty terrible. You have to hunt someone down for help. Apparently if they run out of a product on the shelf, its not going to be in the back either. It literally took someone 15 minutes to tell me this.

This is the First review Ive ever written. Costumer service was horrible. Wont be going back to this location.
