Your Lot Associate Franco is so nice and courteous. Everytime he sees me coming out of the store with a cart full of things, he always offers to help me put them in my car. Plus, everytime I come here( which is atleast twice a week) the lot looks so clean. I never see any carts in the parking lot or in the handicap parking..You need more Associates like him .

Not happy. I drove from Boca up to Boynton for a particular item. I called before going to confirm it was still available and I was told that 24 had been put out. When I arrived shortly thereafter I was told they were sold out. While they were apologetic I was in essence told too bad, so sad. I was not offered any remedy; i.e., offer a similar item at the same price. Shame on you!

Went to Loews the night before. Staff was hard to find. Waited over an hour. Had clerk paged to flooring 4 times to find out they didnt have what we were looking for. In less than 15 minutes we were out of the H. D. Store (directly across the street) with every thing we needed. Talked to 4 clerks who helped us find what we were looking for and got a great (discount) price on the big item we bought. Angelica who helped us find what we wanted and then went to the register to help with special codes to get the discount rung up was just like a name, an ANGEL.

Very dirty. I went twice this month and the mens restroom has blood on the door and watered down soap bottles inside. If I wanted to get covid I would certainly come here based on the amount of people walking around maskless.

HDs are pretty much all the same and this one is no exception; theyre big, have many customers and theres never anyone around to help when needed.

My products had grease smeared on them. The young man who exchanged them gave me dirty products and kept three. I showed him my pickup receipt for the online purchase. Then when I had to come back in the store because he shorted my product the clerks says he asked them did I check out with one of them. The original clerk who asked him to go exchange the product told him she already checked me out before we noticed the grease. No one apologized for the inconvenience of me having to come in the store three times for the same online purchase. Thank God Lucy had some customer service and brought my blocks to the car. Its amazing how she went and found three clean blocks but the young man couldnt. Ill be at Lowes the next time.

Sales associate personally led us to the product we were looking for and offered advice and help in making a choice. Plus, met a friends son who is an employee who ALSO found exactly what we wanted. Self checkout easy peasy.

Great to have a local store to visit where you can look at products for you own DIY projects.Having a person in each department to speak with is extremely helpful, even if they seldom have the answers youre looking for, they can many times provide references or ideas to help you. This is very helpful. They are not ignorant, but rather trained to help you find your answers. Many times these employees have some outside experience they can offer which can provide some color to a project. This one particular store Ive run into people very helpful with my projects. Definitely builds my confidence in Home Depot.

The store has merchandise BUT NO ONE TO HELP YOU. If you know what you want, great. If you need HELP - you are out of luck. Apparently this retail store must be down on their luck because they cannot afford to hire anyone to help customers or to discuss products. They have no one in customer service and a line out the door to return merchandise. But what choice do we have? These billionaires who own this store are out on their yachts and in the South of France and dont really care about you or me. Good luck with this place and all Home Depots.

I just left the Home Depot in Boynton Beach, Woolbright and 95. I purchased 10, 50 pound bags of paver base. No one around to help. I proceeded to check out and took the cart out to my truck. One gentleman was standing there on his phone watering flowers, another one was standing in the entrance watching. Not only did I load my truck but I helped the gentleman next to me who was loading 20, 18” pavers. He also agreed that the help there was pathetic. I’m a 66-year-old female and I consider myself in pretty good shape but to have two males standing around watching just doesn’t seem right. Just sayin’ !! Guess I’ll be going to Lowe’s.

Not my favorite store. Went here a handful of times in a week while doing a home project and my experiences were all fairly similar. The shelves were not stocked and employees are not helpful when asking for assistance. They tell you “I don’t know” to every question. One employee who “didn’t know” did call someone over to my aisle before walking away but nobody ever came to help. Another customer helped more then any employees did. We left and went to Lowe’s. At least at Lowe’s the shelves and aisles are stocked mostly and when you can’t find something the employees at least try to assist you.

Finding help when you need it can be a challenge. Fortunately I know my way around the store and self-checkouts work pretty well for most items. Holiday decor goes fast and can be hit or miss. I like to check the garden area for cute and inexpensive plants for friends, family, and coworkers. Usually well-stocked and always busy.

Seth from the door department has outstanding customer service skills. He went above and beyond to help us with something as simple as a front door weather strip. It really was nice to see someone take the time and effort to help us resolve our issue. Home Depot should use Seths customer service skills and professionalism to train their employees. It truly makes a difference.

I want to give this Home Depot 5 stars because of one of the employees. His name was Doug and he was very kind and showed the upmost professionalism. He truly went above and beyond in providing the best customer service I’ve had at a Home Depot in years. Please be sure to give Doug a raise because he truly deserves it.

The good: They have a wide variety of stuff at decent prices.The bad: Their customer service keeps being horrible. They need more competition so they can start to care a bit more about clients.

I frequent this location mainly due to just that, its location meaning proximity to my home. That being said, they always have any tool(s) or materials etc for all my projects. HOWEVER, customer service is simply terrible. Ive seen countless employees walk the other way to avoid customers. Many have zero of knowledge where anything in the store is located, including the dpt. theyre responsible for and generally negative attitudes all around. Know what you want. Confirm they have in stock. Dont expect much help.

I always go to Home Depot and purchase what I need for the home. I also order online and pick it up at the store, which is convenient. Friendly and knowledgeable associates.

I wish the employees were more spread out throughout the store. Usually when you go in the evening its difficult to find any employee. You need to go in the backroom where they are not really happy to see you since they are relaxing in the back they either not answering or sending you some other place to find one. Really dirty in the toilets. The toilet paper is all over the place!

Very confused as to why this location has so many stars. If we could give zero stars, we absolutely would. My grandmother put in an order on a door in January - there was a mistake made by this Home Depot so the order was canceled. She had the door re-ordered and when she checked with the company, her order was no where to be found. She called the manufacturer directly and the man Derek was truly a piece of work. He was very rude on the phone to her & needless to say we won’t be ordering doors from that company again. After her phone conversation, she went to this Home Depot & stood around for 20 min asking to speak to someone about her situation and no one could help her because it “wasn’t in their department”. Really? It’s now mid April and after putting in two orders, there is still no door after being guaranteed and 6-8 week installation. Don’t waste your time or money here - go to Lowe’s.

Home Depot is often a one store shopping place. The prices are very fair. I took off one star merely because it can be difficult getting assistance. Very often I will see a worker and they are busy with someone else. Wish these stores would hire more people that would enable better customer service throughout their stores.

I went into Home Depot needing to get lightbulbs and then decided I wanted to clean up my garden. I started talking to Deb in the garden department who couldn’t have been any nicer. She took the time to show me different plants, the products I would need to plant them and gave me tips on how to take care of them. Deb gave great customer service and that was appreciated! Good experience here

Managers shine by their absence, called to talked to one for an issue and the person who answered, who wasnt a manager, wanted to know what was my issue, so unproffesional, after that they let me on the line for more than 30 minutes with no one to talk to, got tired and hung up, will never return to this location..And as note to any District Manager in the Miami area, I have never seen a manager deal with anything other than money in your stores...It is very easy to earn lots of money just by hiding and or hanging out in an office.....

On a recent visit to the Garden Shop my wife and I had the best customer service we had ever experienced in a store of this nature. We have absolutely no knowledge about flowers and were completely overwhelmed with the vast number of choices. That is until we had the pleasure of meeting a salesperson named MIME. That girl really cared about us and that we had all the appropriate information we needed. By the time it was over I felt like she was family. I personally believe that is what EVERY customer interaction should be like. Especially here in S Florida where quality customer service is a rare commodity. My review is towards the company itself and not this location. I ordered a grill online for a Christmas gift. As my dad was assembling the grill he found that there was a piece that was bent. I contacted customer service and they did offer a replacement but that would mean to build it again. Not convenient and I just wanted a price adjustment. So anyone that orders a product that’s damaged don’t expect a price adjustment.

I came into the store to purchase a 3 speed fan switch. Prior to coming to Home Depot I looked at the Home Depot website to ensure they had the part I was looking for. The website directed me to Aisle 37 Bay EC2 ... I walked down the Aisle several times and could not locate Bay EC2... I walked up to customer service and ask if someone could help me locate the bay EC2, she said she would call somebody. I walked back to Isle Aisle 37 and waited approximately 15 minutes and no one showed up. After searching for about 20 minutes I finally found it at the end of one of the aisles which was not aisle 37 where their website stated..I went out to the garden section and picked up several items. Justin was the cashier who rang up my items. After paying for my items I asked him to please bag the items I had purchased. He then handed me two bags to pack all of the items I had gotten!!!I will never recommend this Home Depot to anyone. It appears that Pamela who is the manager of the store needs to educate her staff on customer service !!!

Had everything I wanted - except for the service. Misdirection on item location (had to resort to the ap to find my items) and checkout in Garden department was COLD at best. Could have ordered online but I wanted to touch them to verify quality. In the future Ill shop via the ap first and then go to self checkout. Its not a good feeling going to home depot and being treated like a stranger and just another number.

This time the Home Depot was pretty good there werent a lot of people there witch. Might have made the shopping trip better. They had everything I wanted the prices were good. I got help in the garden center when I needed bags of rocks. . However, when I went outside to put them into my car, there was nobody around to help me. Nobody came and none of the cashiers could leave their cash registers and help me. So I had to lift heavy bags of rocks into my SUV. They are still sitting that. To the strong man or a strong woman comes along. The Home Depot definitely needs more people in gardening, especially since spring is coming.

Hard to find help. And when you do they are not helpful and have had my share of some very rude employees here. Curbside pickup is nonexistent. Had to go in to the store 15 minutes after checking in online. Stopped going here. Go to West Delray store. Better service. Employees more helpful and curbside pick up is great. Have used it more than a dozen times.

Besides the fact that it was hot as heck in the store, they only had one of the herbs I was hoping to purchase for my herb garden. They had tons of basil and only a few others which looked only half alive. After asking 2 different associates where an item was, only one of them actually directed us to the aisle. Overall not the best experience but not the worst either.
