Staff keeps you informed on the repairs of your car, any changes to estimated date and time of finishing and very nice lobby to either sit and wait or drop off and run. It is worth noting with the number of bays they are able to handle a large amount of work.

Here, I had the best customer service Ive ever experienced. It was two years ago that I broke down in my van that I was traveling in and he was willing to work with my unusual situation. I had transmission work done on it and it took a few days as expected, but I was always treated courteously. He even offered me a ride to a coffee shop so that I could work on my laptop with wifi! Thanks for the amazing experience during my stressful situation.

I was experiences transmission problems and through a google search i found a few shops, one of them being Lee Myles. I called and emailed a few places, leaving messages explaining my situation. Lee Myles was the first to get back to me, and even through the first emailed made me feel comfortable about bringing my car to them. Transmissions are not cheap as most everyone knows, and can feel like a bad dream. Well i never felt uncomfortable, confused, and taken advantage of at Lee Myles. I got a transmission for a descent price, however what made it even better was the 3 year unlimited miles warranty that came with it. The master mechanic who is now the owner Sean, did a great job through the install, answering questions that i had and following up with me the days after i picked the car up. When i started to experience problems with the timing chain, there was only one place i thought of bringing my car to. Again Sean and the boys at lee Myles did a great job with the timing chain repair and than went above and beyond what i asked of them. They put in cams for me that required complete customization of the rockers, cam gears, radiator, and custom exhaust. They worked through all the complications that my car throw at them and gave me such a reasonable price for the hours and hours they put into it, even on their days off, im forever grateful. Great business, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have been getting my oil changed here for awhile now, and they always let me know what my options are without pressuring me, and will tell me when I absolutely MUST change my air filter, and when I can put it off for a little while longer ;)Recently, I messed up a dial on my dashboard. Not knowing what to do I called Lee Myles and, not only was Alex able to get me in the next day, he fixed the dial for free in less than 10 minutes. Id highly recommend them to anyone.

My Kia Soul was having engine problems that my previous mechanic tried to fix multiple times and failed. I spent so much money on the problem with them with no yield so I decided to take my car elsewhere. Lee Myles fixed the issue in a day. Their customer service really went above and beyond when the light came back on again they replaced a part free of charge and sent me on my way. Although I have heard many bad things from others about their poor customer service and questionable ethics, we had not had any significant issues when using their service over the past ten years. However, recently, we brought our truck in for engine repairs and while communicating with manager over a few weeks to evaluate our options to fix our truck, they called a towing company and had the vehicle impounded without notifying by email; or phone call. From the start it seemed they really did not want to do the work and the rates they quoted were very high. It took many weeks to get clarity on our options for new or used parts as they seemed really reluctant to find solutions/options. When we emailed them to let them know our plan to proceed we learned that our truck had been towed and the cost to recover it from the lot would be nearly $400! This was really surprising as they did not even have the truck towed back to our place of business, 1/2 mile away. This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and we will never use them again. Now I understand why they have such a horrible reputation.

After almost 2 months in their shop to troubleshoot a check engine light and high rpm severe vibration, I was told by Lee Myles that my 6.7L Cummins diesel engine was coming apart internally and they were 98% certain it needed to be replaced... the cost would be $13208 for a used engine replacement. After taking it to another shop, I was told within a few days that a fuel connection showed evidence of a long time leak. After tightening... no more check engine light. The high rpm vibration was solved by the 2nd shop when 2 sheared bolts visible on the rear of the transfer case were replaced that Lee Myles missed. I cant speak to what they may be able to do on gas engines, but I would never take a diesel to this shop. The employees at Lee Myles, particularly Alex, were very friendly. However; based on my experience with their troubleshooting, I certainly wouldnt trust any expensive repair recommendations without taking your vehicle for a second opinion.

These guys are crooks. We took our car in for a squeal that seemed to be coming from the brakes. They advised that rear pads and rotors needed replaced of $450. We had them do the repair and then several days later, we noticed the squeal again. We took it back in and lo and behold they are telling us now the front pads and rotors need replaced. We drove the car for roughly 300 miles between the visits, so hard to believe all of a sudden the front brakes need done. We think it was the front brakes that needed done all along and the scammed us. Stay away!!!
