Walked in a few minute to closing with a problem on a rack that I didnt purchase at this store. All the employees stopped what they were doing to take a look and brainstorm solutions. Within a few minutes, Nick had set me up with new hardware and I was out the door with a working bike rack, all free of charge!You can tell these guys really know what theyre doing, and genuinely care about the customer. Will be back to buy a ski rack this winter.

Called for help and got great customer service, but they needed me to bring our luggage box in. I came in with our locked Yakima topper in the *back* of our truck because we lost the keys...these guys were so helpful! In ten minutes we were back on the road, new key set in hand. After buying a new truck they went out of their way to help me get parts of my rack from my previous truck to work on the new truck. Ran into a few problems and they went out of their way to help get me up and running in a short amount of time. Would recommend them for anything rack related.

I came in on my lunch break and within 20 minutes they had me outfitted and with exactly what I needed. They were a little over what my budget was but thats okay. I was a little bummed out when I found out that they only got my three out of the four lock cylinders I paid for but out of the whole experience, I was floored. Great staff, kind demeanor and knowledgeable about how to outfit a rig for any adventure needs.Update: I called them this morning and they were more than helpful. I let them know the situation and they already have a lock cylinder put aside! Again, helpful staff and wonderfully kind. I will be purchasing from them in the future

Went in looking for a replacement part which they didnt have. They gave me a strap to help me out until the new part could come in. Very happy with the service, and will be back.

Called up last weekend about my 2017 Subaru Forester and stated I could not install and hitch and wiring harness because my Forester did not come with the tow package. This is why I was calling to get installed. The guys pasted me to his manager and he confirmed. Do not use, they do not know what they are talking about. Got installed by another qualified hitch dealer. I would advise the same.

Mark and his team are the absolute best. I bought a used bike rack from them for an incredible price and am over the moon because its the one Ive been looking for. Since it was used, it didnt have all the original parts which I knew before buying it and after searching and trying to get the right part, I had no luck. Mark happened to have the part in the store and went above and beyond in selling me it to me which he didnt have to. I bought a Thule Motion XT roof box to put on my Acura TSX. The service at RackStarz was top quality. I ordered it and the sales people called me as soon as it was delivered. Then they helped me install it on the roof of my car. It was such a relief that they did a good job putting it together quickly. Now I can spend more time getting ready for my cross-country ski trip to Utah tomorrow. The roof rack lets my kids have more room in the back of the car now that the skis and poles will go in the box. Thanks so much!
